This place was quaint and in a great location. We hardly used our car. The Queen bed was very comfortable but in general, we prefer a King size. We had a lovely long weekend and would recommend it as a simple, quiet place to stay right on the beach.

I’m almost afraid to say how great this place was because I want it to be available so we can book it again! I looked at a lot of places and was drawn to the photos of the interior layout and design as well as proximity to the beach. On both counts, Seas the Day met every expectation. For example, I’m a coffee drinker, and there were no less than 3 different options for making it. Then, once made, I could choose to sit in the comfy chair on the east side balcony with my feet up and the sun rising, or on the west side, maybe stretching out in the hammock. When we wanted to sit at the beach, we were supplied with great chairs and an umbrella. After beach, washing sand off feet etc. in the outdoor shower. We were right in the middle of great restaurants north or south, and far enough away from what for our taste feels “too touristy.” The space feels roomy and private and incredibly comfortable. Don’t tell the owners but it seems like it should go for a lot more money! Feeling grateful ❤️

Great location near beach, restaurants, grocery store. Comfortable beds. Beautiful beach and neighborhood to take evening walks. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck.

We were very happy with our stay...unbeatable location and value for us. Catherine was willing to let us check in a couple of hours early. We had a bit of a hiccup getting in the front gate but Catherine was readily available to help us and the rest of our stay was great. I'm hopeful we can schedule another stay next year.

Clay’s place was clean and spacious. Great area, quick walk to beach and many restaurants very close! Clay was very helpful with info and recommendations. Would definitely stay again!

Angela is a very thoughtful host. The apartment was well stocked, including with beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and even beach toys for kids. Everything is very clearly labeled, including light switches. We appreciated the ability to bring our pet. You absolutely cannot beat this location. It’s quite literally in the dunes, steps from the water. We saw gopher turtles burrowing in the dunes. One thing that would make this listing absolutely perfect and a repeat go-to for visits to St. Augustine would be if the sliding glass doors were clear and replaced (the ones in the bedroom do not open, which is disclosed in the listing, and the ones in the living room are hard to open; the glass doors on both sets are very cloudy; they are not dirty…they’re just sea swept and thus permanently filmy). Overall, a terrific location and a great host!

This place has a beautiful view, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, free wifi. A bonus is filtered water from the fridge. The host is very responsive and helpful. I 100 percent recommend this place. I would love to come back when the weather is warmer. The only thing that I didn’t like was check out time being 10 am . I feel like 11 would be more appropriate . This place feels like a home away from home.

We will definitely stay here when traveling through the area again the place was clean comfortable and convenient!! Perfect for the pups!

This cottage met all expectations and is just what we've been looking for in this area. We will definitely stay here again each year on our way home from South Florida! Comfy beds, reading lights in bedrooms and living room. Great location. Great host! We love it!

We had multiple family members meeting together and had plenty of space. Very convenient to beach, groceries, and restaurants. Safe surroundings and all around good stay. Would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The stunning views and incredible amenities had us spending more time enjoying the home than exploring the town. From the beach chairs and hot tub to the grill, everything was thoughtfully provided to make our stay comfortable and fun. The kitchen was fully stocked with high-quality pots and pans, making it easy and enjoyable to cook breakfast, lunch, and even grill burgers—while soaking in the most amazing beach view! The layout of the home gave us the freedom to tailor the experience to our group's needs. Whether someone wanted to relax with a nap or head to the beach, it was effortlessly convenient. The beds were so comfy, ensuring restful nights, and the cleanliness of the entire place was impeccable. This home had everything we needed and more, making it a perfect destination for our Daytona trip. We’re already looking forward to planning future stays here!

We had the pleasure of returning to Melissa & David's absolutely perfect beach house for the second time in 2 years. This cute little house with great access to the beach had all the amenities we needed for a cozy, comfortable and relaxing vacation. We're already planning our next visit. 5 stars!!

We had another great vacation at Xue's. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, and Xue was amazing as always with helping us out with questions and recommendations and such. This home was perfect for our stay. We were able to walk to the beach, it was a 15 minute drive to St. Augustine, and there were 2 parks South on route A1A that we were able to visit. The house was very comfortable and spacious enough for 4 people. We ate lunches at the table on the side deck. I would recommend taking wash clothes if you use them and chairs for the back yard. We really enjoyed watching the birds at low tide in the canal out back. Overall, a great stay!

We loved our time here. It’s spotless, incredibly comfortable and the best views. Absolutely perfect location and set up.

My boyfriend and I decided to go on vacay to St Augustine for the first time for both of us. I honestly believe that even though St Augustine is a really wonderful and charming city as we were told, staying at Todd's place really enhanced our overall experience. It was very convenient and it's located very close to the beach. We rode bikes to get there, just for fun and it was like 5 min away but walking I guess it's like 10 to 12 min. It was 15 minutes away to all the touristic attractions downtown and 7 min from the Lighthouse. We also did some kayaking to see the dolphins and it was only 8 min away. The apartment was perfectly clean and equiped with nice furniture, comfortable bed and tv's. We really enjoyed our stay and will absolutely come back soon and stay where we did.

Butch's beach and ocean facing condo was a great way to soak in the sun on the St. Augustine coast for a few days! The condo had everything a small family would need for a visit, including a Graco pack&play that was perfect for our daughter. There's plenty of shopping and restaurants close by to pick up anything you may have forgotten to bring along. The condo is a short walk over the sand dunes to a very relaxing beach, and we enjoyed relaxing to the sounds of the ocean waves in our room to our morning coffee and evening drink. Overall the location was great, the unit is in a well maintained complex guarded 24x7 and just south of the main activities in St. Augustine Beach, but still a short drive to some great restaurants, shopping and the attractions in historic St. Augustine. Communication with Butch was fantastic, and he provided all the details needed to make the check in process seamless. Great unit and great host, hope to be back again!

We have stayed in Chris' condo for 4 years..enjoyed very stay . condo is equipped with everything you could need or want ...always clean and filled with owner pride...view from balcony is second to none..over these years we have noticed the entire complex has been well maintained..close to St Augustine historic area..they fire the cannons on weekends!..and outlet mall...enjoy eating at seafood kitchen..get the seafood platter for 2! ..good communication and Chris is always quick to respond..thanks Chris for letting us stay in your condo ..or your little piece or paradise...

Beautiful condo, breathtaking views, and so comfortable! I loved having a very well-equipped kitchen, and Erica provided lots of conveniences that made the trip super enjoyable.

The location was right on the steps of Daytona Beach and conveniently located near stores and restaraunts walking distance. Kelly was super communicative and helpful and the whole trip went smoothly. I appreciated the sun hats and beach paraphernalia in the place. Also the fully stocked toiletries. All in all a great stay. On a side note the elevator was not working the whole time we were there which didn’t bother me but for someone physically impaired you have to climb stairs and walk a bit to get to the place. This is March 15 and I’m sure elevator is working by now. This does not affect my rating of the stay in any way. I highly recommend!

We loved staying at this condo, it was perfect. Sunsets and sunrises in easy walking distance. It’s so nice not to have to find a parking spot at the beach. Very peaceful. Condo all renovated, super cute and nice. Would stay here again for sure if we ever go back to St. Augustine.

Great place and location was really nice the only bad thing is that it was a little bit further from the beach then we liked but over all it was a nice clean place and very easy to find
