Great place to unwind, plenty of space, spotless, and I didn't see a single bug, love the enclosed screens. Everything worked, there was everything I needed and more, great hosts, great place, felt at home instantly.

We enjoyed our stay in Tampa at Chris’s home. House was exactly as described and in pictures. The pool and hot tub was a great addition. Chris was very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our short visits from Joseph the cat and friend .

This place was absolutely incredible. Every time we turned around, we were pleasantly surprised by how much everything was thought through. It was incredibly clean, comfortable, and honestly, we felt pampered. We would recommend this house without any hesitation. Just lovely.

Dafran's house was one the best places we have used. He is a great host and his responses were in timely manner. Place was sparkling clean and spacious. We already referred his place to our friends. He is very well organized and thoughtful. His house is on the water front with beautiful view. I can go on and on praising him and his place since it was so nice. Book this great house for the location alone! You will get a Superhost in Ryan, and a nicely appointed vacation home with easy access to a lovely nature park just across the street all while less than a 1.5 miles to the famous Sponge Docks and Greek section of Tarpon Springs. The nature park is a great spot to walk your dog or just enjoy the natural beauty of the area. Clean, comfortable and nicely remodeled home, great bed, and functional kitchen with plenty of storage for your items. Ryan is highly engaged and responsive; you won’t be disappointed with this Tarpon Springs home. We would book again without hesitation.

Super unique home, great location, close to everything, but also tucked away. The home had something for everyone, fishing, lots of space and very cool antiques. The home was very clean and inviting. Pete and Tammy were great, we look forward to visiting again. Thank you for everything!

Our cottage wasn’t ready when we arrived but Captain Al was very responsive and accommodating! He provided us another cottage in a timely manner and generously took care of our dinner tab while we waited. It was very chilly in Florida during our stay and Captain Al brought us an additional space heater to use during our stay. The location is amazing and the cottages are very unique! We’d definitely come back!

If you are looking for a historic, old-school Florida home, this is it. The only reason it isn’t a perfect score is that the hurricane closed most of the shops that make Pass-a-Grille quaint. We were able to support a few local restaurants, and the local traffic was very light. We wouldn’t have changed our trip, but it would have been good to know. It seems like businesses are working hard to get back on their feet. Overall a good experience. I appreciate Lisa’s great responsiveness.

This was our second stay at this cottage and we are already looking forward to booking again! My husband and I appreciate the attention to detail with every aspect of our stay. Kristen is a fantastic host. We didn’t have to bother her during our stay because the cottage is stocked with everything we needed. Another awesome stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Great neighborhood with a park across the street, walkable to the beach, coffee and more. the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The home itself was very clean, cozy and well stocked with everything we needed including great beach gear. The fenced in backyard and hot tub were a great bonus. Highly recommend!

Martha and George are two of the most wonderful and entertaining hosts in have ever had. The bungalo was absolutely wonderful and in a beautiful location. Hope to have the opportunity to stay with them again. Everything was absolutely phenomenal.

This super cute cottage is very clean with up-to-date appliances and beautifully decorated with well-thought-out use of space! We stayed for 10 weeks and slept soundly every night due to the comfortable mattress, peaceful & quiet safe neighborhood. The newer fixtures and large washer/dryer were so convenient. Communication with Mary Jane was fantastic. She’s very responsive to questions and even though she lives next door, never intrusive. She’s so gracious we’d be back in a heartbeat! 💗 Truly one of the best experiences we’ve had in the nearly decade of staying in Airbnbs. Location is a bonus as is very walkable to Bay/Beach or bicycle to the Pinellas Trail. This area has so much to offer with beaches, trails, restaurants, fairs, etc

If you're looking for a quiet place to unwind by a beautiful river, this is your spot. Perfect place to getaway for a few days of meditation and getting the mind right. Judy was so helpful and accommodating! 10/10 I will definitely be back!

We had a party of 8 which included 5 kids. Everyone had a good time and enjoyed staying here. The house has lots of space, is inviting and relaxing. The playroom/area downstairs kept the kids entertained. The checkout process is one of the easiest I've experienced. I loved not feeling rushed and overtasked on the morning of checkout. The home is in good shape with lots of seemingly new furniture. The outside was decent considering the effects of the hurricane in this area. I may have missed it in the description, but it was important to understand that two bedrooms are downstairs and use a totally separate entrance from the main house.
