Bashir was our primary contact, and we found him to be incredibly helpful and friendly, as were all the other staff members we interacted with. The apartment was clean, tidy, and truly felt like a home away from home. While slightly out of the city center, this location was exactly what we were looking for. The only minor drawback was the slow internet speed. Despite this, we would definitely be staying here again

The apartment's location is awesome - JBR and Marina are both walking distance. The view from the apartment is also amazing, and the interiors are just as the pictures show - clean, tidy and useful. Gemstay is also extremely responsive as a host. Highly recommended for a short stay in this prime area.

Title: Fantastic Apartment in a Great Location – Highly Recommended! We had an amazing time in this apartment! The accommodation was exactly as described – clean, modern, and tastefully furnished. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax in Dubai. The location is excellent: many attractions, restaurants, and shopping opportunities are easily accessible. The connection to public transport was also a huge plus. A special thanks to our host, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. Every question we had was answered immediately, and we felt welcome from the very beginning. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone and will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Dubai. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

I had a great stay at this apartment. It was very clean, well-equipped, and had a beautiful view from the balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location is excellent—just about a 7-minute walk to JBR Beach and around 10 minutes to the tram station. The host was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

This apartment was absolutely gorgeous! It was spacious, clean and had a wonderful HUGE terrace. Arbaaz was a great host. He attended to all our needs and was very responsive. It was overall a very pleasant weekend.

We had an excellent experience from the moment we made our reservation. Communication and guidance were outstanding, and the check-in process was smooth. The apartment is beautifully furnished with all the amenities and appliances we needed for a comfortable stay. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und sehr geräumig. Der Gastgeber äusserst freundlich und sehr schnell zu erreichen. Die Lage ist gut für Leute, die Party machen wollen. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern fürchterlich und auf gar keinen Fall zu empfehlen! Es ist extrem laut bis in die Morgenstunden.
