Perfect All-in-One Stay! Staying in this unit was an absolute delight! Being on the same floor as the pool and gym made it super convenient for me to enjoy the amenities without any hassle. Plus, having convenience stores, a hospital clinic, and beauty salons just four floors down meant I never had to leave the building vicinity for essentials. An added bonus was the restaurant on the ground floor—you can either dine in or have food delivered straight to your door, which was a game-changer! Overall, this stay was an all-in-one package, and I loved every bit of it. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I visit Dubai!

I stayed in this apartment from May until the end of December 2024 and I loved my stay!! Wesam and Bilal were fantastic hosts. Bilal was always extremely helpful and responsive whenever I needed to extend the stay. They would also organise a cleaner to come once a month too and the cleaner would change all towels and bedding. This was a nice touch on top of doing your own cleaning and washing. The price did jump up significantly during the peak season but that is bound to happen anywhere. I would recommend this apartment to anyone. The building has a pool and gym and there is one parking space. There are shops close by and you are approx 4 mins drive from the circle mall.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Dubai! The space was incredibly spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it a perfect home away from home. The location was convenient, and the atmosphere was both comfortable and stylish. Communication with the host was excellent—quick responses, helpful recommendations, and a very smooth check-in process. They went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubai and would definitely stay here again!

Fantastisk lejlighed med udsigt. Super god kommunikation med Loulou og meget hjælpsom concierge service. Virkelig god beliggenhed med gåafstand til Mallen og Burj Kalifa.

Nadeem’s place is spotless and very comfortable. The view is wonderful, and having a small terrace is lovely. I was traveling with a friend and it was extremely convenient for each of us to have her own bedroom with full en-suite bathroom. The convenience of having a small, 24-hour market on the ground floor was incredible, and the pool was a lovely retreat. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment stay was awesome! The apartment was clean and surrounding area was nice although lot of construction going around. One suggestion, I would share pictures of building location/surrounding because there are lot of "Sobha" projects/building going on and it is very easy to miss the building name and the entry to the building. Other than this my stay was awesome and the host was responsive. I would stay with this host again if I ever go back to Dubai. Completely recommend this.

“Exceptional stay in the heart of Downtown Dubai!” This Airbnb was an absolute gem! The unit was modern, spotlessly clean, and had breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa right from the building. The location couldn’t be better—walking distance to Dubai Mall, the fountains, and some of the best restaurants in the city. It truly felt like a luxury hotel experience with the added comfort of home. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. If you’re looking to experience the best of Downtown Dubai, this is the place to stay. 10/10—highly recommend!

Très bon séjour. L’hôte, Michael, a su très bien nous accueillir malgré l’heure d’arrivée tardive. Il a su être clair malgré le fait que je ne parle pas beaucoup anglais et nous donner des conseils sur différentes activités. Le logement est très bien situé avec de nombreuses activités dans les alentours. Mention spécial pour Mohamed qui a été au top avec nous et qui a appris à parler en Français 😂 Je recommande fortement ce logement.

Daniel's Villa is away from the hustle and bustle of Dubai yet still a 20-30 minute drive to most places. Rooms were excellent and the place was exactly as described. Had a perfect 6 night stay.

It was an excellent stay, and the apartment is better than the pictures, comfortable, close to the metro station, services, and Kari, a nice person who is responsive along the way, and as soon as possible, I recommend staying with her, and I will come back again

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Dubai Marina! The location is unbeatable—just a 15-minute walk to the beach, with stunning views of the marina, a mosque right in front, and 24/7 restaurants and a supermarket conveniently located nearby. It truly made our trip so much more enjoyable. The apartment itself was amazing—clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family of four, including two small children. Our host, Moncef, went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. He was incredibly responsive to every request, ensuring we had everything we needed, often within minutes. His hospitality truly stood out and made us feel at home. We loved our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again—highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubai Marina!

Housing is excellent! I really liked the area, if possible we will return to live in this area. Good ventilation and really liked the new appliances in the kitchen.

Resma is very friendly and always was responsive to any requests. The apartment had everything as described.

Roya was super nice and responsive at all times! The house was just what we needed for that trip.
