Antonia est une hôte absolument charmante. Elle vous offrira un chaleureux accueil et sera ravie de vous partager ses expériences. La maison est très agréable, authentique, on ne peut que y passer un excellent moment ! Le village est lui aussi authentique avec quelques restaurants, un petit supermarché, une pharmacie… je retournerai avec plaisir chez Antonia.

I stayed in the finca for a whole amazing month, mostly alone. The peacefulness was profound, especially being low season. The surrounding landscape, views and ever shifting light and starry nights are forever, indelibly sketched on my memory. The resident cat became my close campion and will be sorely missed. The many sheep ambling around the building are inquistive and characterful. The location is very rural, far from main roads, but towns and villages are nearby. I especially recommend the bakery in Sant Lorenc 10 mins away. Inside there is everything you need for basic cooking. During winter it is cold inside, especially at night. The log burner helps, but take warm thick socks, jumpers and a hotwater bottle! This is the perfect place for gentle solitude away from everything. Natalia is very lovely and clearly wants the place used by those who appreciate nature and are not after blingy perfection. I really felt at home in this most otherly and beautiful place.

We were very happy with our stay here! It was in a great location of City Centre with tons of shops and restaurants around. Just a short walk to the beach. The location is less than a minute walk to the bus line that takes you to places like Cala Comtessa. The place looks just like the pictures and the hosts were quick to respond should we have questions. The check-in was smooth with clear instructions. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Palma!

wer Ruhe und eine außergewöhnliche Unterkunft sucht, ist hier absolut richtig. das Haus ist wunderbar groß, gemütlich und wir mochten, dass es möglich war gemeinsam zu kochen und sich trotzdem privat zurück ziehen zu können. die Natur rundherum ist atemberaubend. der Blick über das Tal und die Berge hat uns jeden Tag neu beeindruckt, wir kommen wirklich gerne wieder. lieben Dank!

Small and almost private residence in the heart of the old town but with the amenities of the restaurant in the square a couple of minutes away. Breakfast was exceptional and roof terrace a bonus.

Loved this hotel! I thought the photos looked too good to be true but it was very accurate. Lovely large rooms with nice furniture and quirky paintings. Tastefully decorated throughout.

Alojamiento en cala pequeña, prrácticamente sobre la playa. Ubicación inmejorable, algo de ruido del restaurant que esta debajo, pero no molesta.

We had a wonderful holiday! Staff are very friendly & helpful, huge room with a big balcony and great views and comfy beds! We had the breakfast a couple of times and thought it was great and definitely worth the cost for all the options available. Evening food was also really good, and the cocktails were great around the pool during the day! Location is excellent, and only a 5 minute wander down to the beach & restaurants. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable 😊

Schönes Hotel, tolle Pool-Area, Umgebung belebt, aber nicht zu laut (an Balneario 03), freundliches & hilfsbereites Personal, habe mich wohl gefühlt und würde wieder kommen.

A beautiful and tranquil place to stay in the heart of the Serra de Tramontana region. The room is well equipped with everything you could need, plenty of space to unpack and settle in. We bought food and drinks to cook for ourselves in the room when we wanted to and could store 2 weeks worth easily in the fridge and in cupboards. There is a lovely space to sit and relax for the day/evening on your own private balcony or other picturesque spaces to relax around the estate. The room interior design is stunning, modern and clean in style and we were able to make the place feel like home for 2 weeks. Breakfast is catered for by Rondaia and the choices are great- all local produce, Ana offered to get anything extra you would like if needed outside of what was already available. This wasn’t necessary for us as the fruit/yogurt/pastries were perfect. The honesty bar available 24hours meant you could have an ice cream/Beer/snack etc as an extra whenever you fancied which was a nice treat. The staff on the estate were all super friendly and helpful and efficient if we needed help, eg.whenever you wanted a change of pool towels or fresh sheets in the room they would do it on request. Overall we had an excellent stay for 2 weeks at Rondaia and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful Holiday to relax in a beautiful location with a great pool with close access to all the pretty villages/ports and coves in Mallorca, when you fancy a day out. We loved it and will be back again, thank you Ana for your hospitality, from start to finish you were in touch to make sure we were happy with our stay and were so accommodating to all of our needs.

Very peaceful location - if you want a relaxing getaway this is your place. Only thing I would say, the breakfast price in relation to the rest of the menu is very steep.
