Palma : locations de vacances dans des maisons de ville

We‘ve been overwhelmed by the friendliness and the care of Joana. She is genuinely interested in making you feel good. The House is nicely located and it is well equipped with everything we needed. The construction site next to the house wasn‘t that disturbing, but we still wanted it to be mentioned that there are constructions going on. Also thank you for your nice Restaurant recommendations, dear Joana :-)

We had a fantastic time as a family with a toddler at Maria's house. It is exactly as described, and on top of that, incredibly clean. We got in so easily, and Maria even allowed us to check out later. And there are three great seating options outside: in front of the house where we enjoyed a lovely breeze and sunshine, in the back, right next to the kitchen, sheltered, or up on the balcony with a nice view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning!

Wunderschönes Haus um voll in das Leben in Valdemossa einzutauchen. Traumhafte Lage direkt in der Innenstadt und ein Ausblick zu Verlieben. Für uns war es der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderungen und danach der ideale Rückzugsort mit einem originalem Wohngefühl bis ins letzte Detail.

Die Unterkunft von Fabio war wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Lage etwas außerhalb von Can Picafort aber dafür 2min zu Fuß von einem LIDL entfernt. Und daher auch super ruhig. Fabio ist ein sehr guter und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Wir selbst waren zu 4 und dadurch hatte jeder sein eigenes Schlafzimmer und genügend Platz. Wir würden die Unterkunft so wieder buchen.

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en casa de Gerd y Angelika. La casa era tal cual aparece en las fotos, en una calle tranquila en el centro. Me sorprendió encontrarnos con tantas cosas de primera necesidad en la cocina, agua, sal, aceite, café... y unas cervezas bien fresquitas. Recomiendo la casa 100% y espero volver

We liked very much the bright light in the house and the nice and comfortable furniture. The wonderful beaches nearby and good restaurants made our holiday perfect.

There were many places that we contemplated staying for our first trip to Mallorca. We finally landed on Pollensa and so glad we did! Domus Lleo is a stunningly beautiful and traditional villa in Old Town. It is modern while maintaining its original character and authenticity. There are multiple outdoor terraces to enjoy an evening glass of wine. Housekeeping came once to tidy, make beds and replace towels, which was wonderful. Upon arriving, Margarita greeted us at a predetermined meeting point on the outside of town. We followed her to the villa and she explained everything you would want to know. The location truly cannot be beat! We had a 5 minute walk to the town square with numerous restaurants and shops. The beach was only a 10 minute drive away and was easily accessible. My family and I have stayed in many AirBNB’s across the globe, but Domus Lleo was something special. Thank you, Margarita. We’ll be back’

We wanted a weekend break in Palma to explore the city, eat out and relax and Eva’s apartment was perfect for our needs. Easy to find, in a quiet central location where we could walk from. It was spacious with two bathrooms and very clean and comfortable with a patio garden with a large lemon tree. Thank you for having us to stay.

Wir haben die Wintermonate hier verbracht. Ein charmantes ursprüngliches Dorf. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, man hat alles was man braucht. Die Dachterrasse ist toll! Allerdings ist zu sagen, dass alles auch etwas alt und brüchig ist. Der alte Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert, das Internet war sehr instabil (bis Ambika sich gekümmert hat), ein Bett ist zusammengebrochen, der Kühlschrank lässt sich manchmal nicht schließen und wird dann warm, Armaturen in der Dusche sind kaputt, der Wasserdruck ist recht schwach. Alles Dinge, mit denen man leben kann, aber man sollte es wissen. Trotzdem haben wir uns hier wohl gefühlt. Vor allem hat Ambika uns so herzlich aufgenommen. Wenn wir ein Problem hatten war sie immer nur einen Anruf entfernt. Es war toll sie als Nachbarin und Ansprechpartnerin im Dorf zu haben. Mit ihren Tipps und Kontakten zu anderen Dorfbewohnern hat sie uns in vielen Situationen ausgeholfen. Sie war wirklich eine sehr große Hilfe, vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

A great find. We were not far from all the amenities. The house was immaculate, excellent facilities. The host responded and gave clear concise answers Would definitely recommend. We had a lovely holiday. Thanks

Our week in the villa was wonderful plenty of lovely restauants all with in walking distance. The villa was well equipped with all you needed, especially liked the extra touches of dish washer tablets and laundry pods. The kitchen had oil and spices so when we did eat in the kitchen was great. I noticed that a comment had been made about the music from the hotel late in to the night we were in the villa first week in October and yes it was loud on occasions, all was off by midnight.

Our group was two couples. We stayed at the Fisher House for a week. Sylvia was a perfect host. Communication was timely and responsive. The house was exactly as described - clean, well-equipped, and comfortable with a nice mix of inside and outside space. The two private quarters are set up as separate suites, so It was perfect for two couples. We rented a car for the week and parking on the street was a piece of cake. All four of us vote two thumbs up!

Piękne miejsce i okolica, bardzo pomocny i miły gospodarz polecam 100%, jedyne minusy to zimna woda w Jacuzzi oraz duża ilość komarów i much, super wypoczynek na pewno wrócimy !

We loved our stay. Lenka so responsive and helpful. The house is charming and the outside terrace is a wonderful place to just sit with a cup of tea or to have a BBQ. Everything was comfortable and felt very welcoming. We’ve already decided to come back in the summer if we can! A couple of points: it’s a very steep (but very quick) walk back from town and if you have toddlers I would not recommend as the stairs are very steep. We have a 7 year old and a non-crawling baby so found it fine but I think a very small kid on the move would be stressful! A wonderful week with a great host.

Lilja has a beautiful home in Fornalutx. I would suggest meeting the caretaker to be shown to the house for the first time. The route down the mountain is preferred vs coming to the house from in town. The house was perfect size for six adults and a baby. The pool was a great spot to relax for the day or after a day of adventuring. Walking to the village for meals was convenient and fun. We would definitely return.

El alojamiento es tal y como aparece en las fotos. Muy bien situado para moverte por los pueblos de alrededor de la isla. Muy bien decorada y equipada. Los anfitriones muy amables y atentos en todo momento. A nuestra llegada, se dieron cuenta de que la luz de la terraza estaba fundida y al día siguiente fueron a cambiarla, todo un detalle. Estancia más que recomendable!

I came to Alcudia for the Ironman 70.3. This house has everything you need and is very well located, quiet, and secure. On top of this Giuseppe is a fantastic, professional host who is flexible and accommodating for requests you have.

Jolie petite maison mitoyenne meublée avec goût et bien équipée. Le WIFI et la climatisation du salon fonctionnent bien. Petits supermarchés dans les villages voisins. La rue et le quartier sont silencieux et paisibles. La mer est à deux pas. La région est à l'écart des grandes vagues touristiques. Point de départ idéal pour l'exploration de l'île. Il faut donc une voiture. Parking très pratique derrière la maison avec porte d'entrée à l'arrière aussi. Le soir, revenu au calme de la maison, de somptueux couchers de soleil vous attendent. Ann-Charlotte a tout prévu pour les moustiques. Ils piquent tout de même ! Les chambres n'ont pas de volet. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour réduire la lumière. L'occultation reste partielle. La communication avec Ann-Charlotte est agréable, simple et efficace. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce logement accueillant et séduisant.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Hajo. Das Haus ist top und man kommt schnell überall hin.

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen 😊 die Unterkunft ist top ausgestattet auch fur einem längeren Aufenthalt. Wir waren zu dritt im Winter und sehr froh, dass es eine Heizung abseits der sonst üblichen Klimaanlagen gab. Die Kommunikation mit Susanne war so, wie man es sich wünscht. Freundlich, klar, schnell und top organisiert. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Wir haben die Unterkunft sehr spontan gebucht, Bridgette war super nett und hat uns vor der angebenden Zeit die Sachen abstellen lassen. Alle Fragen konnte sie uns schnell beantworten. Der Ort & die Unterkunft waren sehr charmant & das Gebirge wunderschön. Sehr zu empfehlen

Let us check out late and have the use of the downstairs to make it easier for us to wait for our airport transfer with our young baby, such a huge help. Beautiful accommodation

Logement spacieux, propre et bien décoré. Le toit terrasse était un vrai plus à cette période de l année et permettait de prendre déjà le petit déjeuner dehors. Piscines bien entrenues, proche de la mer. La maison est très bien équipée, tout y était.

Wir waren 3 Wochen in diesem wunderschönen mallorquinischen ehemaligem Fischerhäuschen Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, jedes Wetter kann ausgehalten werden, man kann den Ofen mit Holz befeuern, wenn es kalt ist, oder bei Sonnenschein und Wärme die Dachterrasse nutzen.
