Francisco's place is very well maintained and overall great! There is a nice view of the bay too. His instructions were very clear and we didn't have any confusion. The apartment feels very safe, and the apartment building has a pool and plenty of parking. There is no AC in the living room, but the breeze from the porch is enough to cool the room. The ACs in the bedrooms are loud but bearable. We had minor issues with the water heater, but Francisco was very quick and helpful with how to fix it, so it didn't end up being a problem. There isn't much to do within walking distance, so a car is almost essential. Overall, we had an amazing experience with the apartment, and we highly recommend it to any staying in the Fajardo area of PR.

This double apartment was perfect for our bachelorette trip with 9 girls - space to hang out & cook, walkable to grocery & bars, and a good location to get to various beaches. We loved the pool access too - we basically had it to ourselves the whole weekend. There's definitely some nightlife noise, but with earplugs it was totally fine.

I haven't been back to PR in 10 years so I was nervous coming back to visit my family as an adult now but Kia was genuinely one of the best hosts I've ever had. He truly understands hospitality on another level. Whether it's checking in to make sure I was okay or responding to me within 5-10 min, it all made me feel very cared for! He also gave many recommendations and made sure to emphasize that communication was more than welcome. The rooms, bathroom, and kitchen were clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need for a short stay! The beds were extremely comfortable and I really loved that the rooms had lamps. A small detail I love! The A/C was an amazing break from the heat and the water got very hot so the showers were more than enjoyable. Parking was fairly easy but just know how to parallel park just in case! I would definitely stay here again. Everything was fairly close and easy to get to. 10 stars if I could!

I barely leave reviews but Vanessa's place was and is amazing...my wife love the place so much that she wants to buy it...Vanessa was so helpful and always asking if we needed anything...this is the spot to stay if you want to have a nice place and so many places to shop around

My stay was great! Rocky was very responsive whenever I had a question. Having access to all 3 apartments was fantastic for my group. The pool was beautiful and we used it a lot. Rocky was a great host. Even went out of his way and bought us a charcoal grill. The location was ideal. About 10 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from Old San Juan. I will definitely stay here again.

This was one of the most beautiful houses I ever been in while traveling that I’ve found on AirBnb and for the price of it was too good not to book. If I were to go back to PR I would 10/10 book this house again! Amazing house, amazing stay, amazing trip! Thank you, Horacio!!!

This was an amazing experience, I felt right at home and it was very roomy with me and my 3 kids and my niece. The hosts were very responsive when I needed to ask a question which is a plus. Will definitely book again in the future !

We spent four nights at Nathan's place in Ceiba and it was a wonderful stay! The saltwater pool was amazing, at night you can float and look at the stars! The house was clean and Nathan provided clear instructions for check-in. We spent time in Luquillo, Fajardo and El Yunque which are all fairly close, and had several great meals at nearby restaurants. I would definitely recommend Nathan's place for your stay in Ceiba.

This is one of the best places to stay in Puerto Rico, words cannot express how perfect this place was, the views are absolutely breathtaking. Waking up every morning to the beautiful view is an image we will always cherish. It is the only way to visit Puerto Rico with a large family, plenty of space for everyone , with all the amenities you need and then some. The gated community was a great plus made us all feel safe and comfortable. We felt at home being here. Loved how close the stores were and local beaches. Not to mention host Connie was very informative and accommodating, responsive. Highly recommended 10/10 we will be coming back again! Thank you again host ( Connie) we had a great time!

Our stay at this apartment was truly one of the best experiences we've had with Airbnb! From the moment we walked in, we felt immediately at home. The space was incredibly well-organized and spacious, which made it perfect for our family of four. The fact that the apartment offered individual bedrooms for both our kids and for my wife and I was such a thoughtful touch—it gave everyone the privacy and comfort they needed while still keeping us close together as a family. The layout of the apartment was just ideal for our needs, with plenty of room for all of us to spread out and relax. The amenities were top-notch, and we appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was. It was clear that a lot of attention had been paid to creating a welcoming, comfortable space for guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and we’ll certainly be looking forward to returning the next time we’re in the area!

The house was great for our trip to PR! We took advantage of the backyard and grill and had a great night at the house. The neighbor was very comfortable. Linda provided great instructions and recommendations. We struggled a bit with the lock when we first got there but after multiple attempts, we got the keys and it was smooth sailing after that.

Home away from home! Amy and Esteban’s rental was perfect for our family of 3. The pull out couch was extremely comfortable and became my spot for our trip. The views are breathtaking, the building is super secure, the employees are friendly and helpful and its location is close to lots of activities! Parking is secure and easy. Highly recommend making this your getaway spot!

Location & Value for Location! What a value! Leon’s place is clean, well organized & equipped with everything you’ll need. It’s located next to the Old San Juan hotel giving you access to amazing restaurants just a walking distance away. You walk out to the pool, a park and the beach right at your footsteps. There are Jet ski rentals on the beach, and a fun beach restaurant just 2 doors down to enjoy cocktails or a meal. There are beach chairs and umbrella rental available on the beach but no worries because Leon also provide chairs. We really loved this place and would love to return. Thanks Leon!

We just landed back home and can’t wait to go back! Antonio was a great host - very responsive and proactive (especially when the whole island lost power!). The unit is beautifully decorated and very spacious. The golf cart was really fun and useful as well loved exploring different spots around the hotel/golf course. Highly recommended for a family. We loved our time in PR.

Amazing place to stay, centrally located near everything you will need. 24 hour security, loundry room, pool closes at 10pm. I would recommend this for a couple, single person or max 3 people.

Our stay with Daniel exceeded our expectations. He maintained excellent communication, providing timely and informative responses. His local knowledge and recommendations for dining and sightseeing were invaluable. The property was meticulously maintained, offering a clean and spacious environment for a couple. Daniel provided an array of amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, beach towels, a small cooler, a first aid kit, and various toiletries. We will certainly be revisiting this property and exploring his other listings throughout Puerto Rico.

We had a great stay! Condo was nice, just like the photos. It was perfect for a girls trip of 7. Great location for restaurants and lots of people walking at night so it felt safe. Could get a little busy at night but we didn’t mind it. The condo had everything you need- plenty of towels, bed covers, and loved the beach chairs. Also easy access to the beach which was great. AC was amazing and the beds were comfortable. The restrooms were nice and plenty of counter space for your products. The big mirrors were a hit, especially when you have a lot of people. Eric and his team were very responsive and nice, answered all our questions. Overall, was a wonderful stay. Thanks!
