Needed a place in Acton, so it was perfect. Loved all the little kitchen and bathroom amenities. Loved the kitchen and living areas. Bed was too firm for me, but that’s just my personal preference. Thanks for the great stay!

Great stay! Clean and comfortable beds. Bathroom is huge! Only thing to make sure you are aware of is the spiral staircase going up to the unit would be difficult with heavy luggage or someone older. We were well aware of the spiral staircase so knew what to expect and it didn't affect us negatively.

You won’t regret booking this place! It was peaceful, relaxing and felt like home. Response time was immediate when we had any issues or concerns. Aaron and Krystal were great hosts, they made sure we were comfortable while we settled in. I’d definitely be back again.

We took a little family trip and this apartment was big enough for all of us to relax and unwind after being out all days sightseeing. We could laugh and hang out. It had everything we needed and space.

First impressions: everything was awesome! when I first opened the door everything was clean, smelled good and look nice. Beds were clean and comfy. They provided enough blankets and pillows for comfort. Two bathrooms in the unit we're game changer. It being fully furnished allows you to not have to spend money on expensive restaurants. Views out the front of the mountains were beautiful. Overall 5 out of 5 stars! Would recommend.

Baljit and his family were very friendly and accommodating. They even set up a small space for our toddler daughter. There was a private entrance for us so it didn’t even feel like we were staying in their house in a separate room. It was a lovely stay in a lovely neighborhood.

Wonderful rental in a beautiful place. So quiet, it's hard to believe you are in LA. Surrounded by nature and trails, horses and peacocks nearby. At night you see the stars clearly. Lovely backyard with citrus trees, beautiful shrubs and flowers. The rental is clean and new, like you are the first people in there. The shower is amazing, great pressure. The beds are both exceptionally comfortable, surprisingly so for a murphy bed, it was very stable and slept great on it. It's nice to have allocated parking spaces. Very easy to access, though you may lose phone service on the last few turns approaching the house so make sure to screenshot your directions and codes just incase. Strong wifi on the property. Would absolutely stay again, and probably rent the attached side unit thats available too and have a second full bedroom and bathroom. Host was communicative, quick to respond to anything needed. We were able to book in last minute, same day with no problem. Thanks so much!

Cozy clean studio. Host was nice and responsive. No washer or dryer.

Staying at Jon's lovely home made us feel very comfortable especially with small children. Very spacious and the location is just so peaceful. Our family would enjoy staying here again in the future!

We loved Andy’s place. We felt right at home. It was just like the description. It had a nice little back yard with outdoor patio and you can bbq as well. So many restaurants and lots to do nearby. We loved that the home had board games. The kids enjoyed it and we got to spend some extra family time.

Great place to stay. I’ve stayed at his place twice now and had a very pleasant stay both times.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was comfotable, cozy, well equiped and in a great location. Restaurants, a movie theater and groceries were all within walking distance. The complex has a pool, tennis courts and a walking/bike riding trail that is accessible from the parking lot. The host, James provided towels for the pool, tennis rackets and tennis balls for the court and very clear directions on how to access the trail. James provided many suggestions for restaurants, entertainment, and exploring which enhanced our stay. James was helpful, kind and always available to answer questions. Some Airbnb host have complicated check in procedures and long lists of things you are required to do before checking out. James's check in and the check out process was easy and stress free. That gave us more time to relax and enjoy our stay. We look forward to visiting this property again in the future.
