Our family enjoyed our week at Vic's Mountain Forest Cabin in the canyons above Sylmar, California. It's a really cozy place nestled in a beautiful natural setting. Even though it feels secluded, peaceful and quiet, it's really close to the San Fernando Valley, and easy to get to anywhere you need to be. Our hosts were super attentive, even going out of their way to meet our needs. It would be a pleasure to return some day. Highly recommended!

The house was in a perfect location for us, close to restaurants, grocery stores and the freeway. It was a nice home and well stocked with everything we would need. Janice and Patrick were quick to answer us when we had an issue and addressed it. We would stay there again.

Valerie was very responsive with any and all questions that I had. I appreciate the fact that we were able to have our dogs there in the backyard during our state. Plenty of amenities inside the house as well and the best part is that it was only two minutes from our main home which was being remodeled and full of construction workers.

Cozy clean studio. Host was nice and responsive. No washer or dryer.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Phuong was great host! She's very accommodating and helpful. Her home is very nice and comfy. The neighborhood is very safe with wonderful neighbors. My husband travels for work so we've stayed a couple of times for a total of 5-6 months. We loved it everytime!

In the Antelope Valley- this is a very well done remodel of a residential garage. It is in a quiet, good neighborhood in Quartz Hill, on the west side of valley A 1 bedroom , 1 full bath, and modern kitchen with smart appliances. A remote controlled fan and a separate remote controlled AC-heat unit in both the living room and bedroom worked well. Temperature control was great. A very large screen Smart TV in living room- remember to bring log in passwords to set up your at home channels. Full size fridge, oven , dishwasher and microwave. Sufficient utensils, and dinnerware, glasses and cups, etc. Stackable modern LG washer and dryer was very efficient. Super comfy bed with a 2nd set of linens and extra blankets. A designated off street parking spot- close to front door. Well lit entry. A responsive, friendly host! Good value. Comfortable, cozy, really enjoyed the stay!

my family and I enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and in a good spot. We had more than enough space. and our kids enjoyed the board games that were available there. We loved that we were to have a little cookout in the nice backyard that the house had. Will and his cohost were fast at responding when I needed help or just in responding in general. Thank you for hosting us again!!

Brooke and Marisa's place was great. My husband and I stayed here with a few family and friends following our wedding. We had a large group and this place was very spacious and was able to comfortably accommodate everyone. The neighborhood felt safe. Super easy to find. Check-in process was simple. Ample street parking. They were always super responsive and helpful. We accidentally left a bag of items there and they were super kind letting us back in to get them. Would definitely recommend this place again! Lovely decor and setup.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen had what we needed to cook and make our own food. The beds were comfortable. The home was clean and felt nice to be in. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would stay here again.

Great host! I will definitely recommend staying at this location. My family and I were displaced from our home suddenly due to water damage and Emanuel was very responsive and worked with me throughout the entire time, which helped relieve some of the stress from the whole ordeal! The home had all the amenities as described and became our second home for many months!

Fantastic views and Anita was very responsive and accomidating. We brought a telescope and were able to check out the full moon! I would love to come back and explore more!

Steve responded quickly to any questions we had. Our family felt at home here. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it was very clean and looked refreshing. We go we will definitely get in, on our next visit. There were extra blankets and sheets available for us. It was very comfortable to return to after our busy days out and about. It wasn't too far to the grocery store for us to buy our coffee, food and snacks while we were there. The next time we are in town, we hope to be able to stay here again.

Miguel was excellent and diligent. Would definitely work with any of Miguel’s properties again in the future.

We had the best stay! Everything was nice, clean, and relaxing! They had left some snacks out for us! Cooking and eating Utensils, Nice washer and dryer, full size double door refrigerator! We had a 5 day stay and we were able to feel right at home. Private space and parking felt very safe each night. Well lit and clean property! Couldn't ask for a better space!

Home away from home at this point, always a phenomenal stay at this location.

Love love this ranch. The house is amazing with the best , top of the line fixtures, appliances, beds(!!), etc. You’ll be removing pillow cases too, to find the pillows are bamboo cotton! If you see me outside the gate, don’t mind me just getting back to my “happy place”! ;) Tracee (property manager) and Brian (owner) are so great. Tracee is a great point of contact and made my two week trip easy.
