super appartement ! facile à trouver et facile d'accès (on peut se garer facilement tout près). José a été très réactif et arrangeant pour notre arrivée et pour notre départ (encore merci d'avoir tout fait pour que je récupère des affaires oubliées après avoir quitté le logement.. 🤦🏻‍♀️) l'appartement est très spacieux et propre. Le seul bémol est que les lits doubles sont deux matelas simples. Ça n'a pas été dérangeant pour 1 nuit mais bon à savoir. il manque effectivement 1 congélateur ou freezer mais pareil, pour 1 nuit, ça ne nous a pas manqué. C'est clairement une adresse à garder précieusement !

My stay was short but sweet. Jakuzzi really did the trick to help us relax and wind down. The house is amazing and Joze was really hospitable and friendly. We also got a late checkout since we arrived late the day before. This is just what our family needed, spacious and in a really calm, peacefull and secure area. (gated community)

It is a lovely place to stay and a good walking distance to the city center as well as the beach. Can definitely recommend the place and perfect also to park a car in front of the house.

Uma casa maravilhosa e muito espaçosa para uma grande empresa. Passamos vários dias lá, vindos de diversos países para comemorar o casamento da minha filha. Nelson a été super avec nous. Très réactif et aux petits soins pour nous. Nous avons passés un très bon moment dans cette belle maison, nous avions profité du calme résidentiel et de son incroyable piscine. Je recommande Nelson

L'emplacement est parfait, à proximité des plages, Lisbonne et restaurant ce qui a rendu mes déplacements très faciles. Villa très spacieuse et séjour très agréable dans la région de Sétubal. Très belle expérience dans ce manoir très charmant et reposant. Je recommande ce logement à 100%. Hôtes très accueillants et disponibles pour toutes nos questions. Petit apéritif d’accueil à notre arrivée très apprécié par toute la famille. Beliggenheten var nydelig, litt bort fra sentrum, men var ikke mer enn 15 min gange til hovedgaten. Utrolig fin utsikt med badebasseng. Verdt å nevne i anonsen at man må benytte seg av badehette hvis man skal bruke bassenget inne da det var umulig å finne i butikkene

Exactly as pictured! Cheng did an excellent job explaining the check in process and the quirks of a historic building. He was always responsive. As he suggests, I do recommend getting an Uber to/from the Airport as the hills of Lisbon are best walked without luggage. There are many groceries, bars, and restaurant options within a short walk. It was stocked with basic cooking equipment and a decent sized fridge making it easy to have supplies for breakfast and afternoon snack. The 4th floor apartment was located near a school and we always felt very safe during our 1 week stay. I'd recommend this place or any of Chengs other options to other travelers!

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend – stets schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und ordentlich, was den Aufenthalt äußerst angenehm gemacht hat. Ich kann diese Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

We had a fantastic stay. Ling is kind, helpful, and responsive. It was easy to find and access the condo. She accommodated an early check in and the place was so welcoming when we walked in. It was perfect for our family after a long flight. We loved the walkability of the area... a perfect spot to launch from when exploring Lisbon. Highly recommend.

Kleine maar fijne flat, met heerlijk ocean view én soundscape. Sixties-vibe gebouwtje van weleer, bestemd voor vakanties, dus fijn een Airbnb te vinden die de huizenmarkt in een stad niét verstoort. José is super bereikbaar en behulpzaam. Alles netjes en voorhanden, eenvoudig maar goed.

Stare a casa di Heinz è stato come "essere a casa". In più di due mesi di soggiorno, ho apprezzato la comodità di una casa grande, confortevole e con giardino privato!! Corroios è una cittadina tranquilla ma offre tutti i servizi. Può sembrare lontana dal centro ma, fidatevi, è tra le più collegate del Margem Sul! Avrete l'imbarazzo della scelta per quale mezzo utilizzare! Il Fertagus, a 10 minuti a piedi (2 minuti in tram) vi porta a Lisbona passando per il Ponte 25 de Abril. Il mio modo preferito, è stato il tram (direttamente sotto casa, a tutti gli orari, ogni 7-9 minuti - stazione Casa do Povo). Arrivati a Cacilhas (che ho amato per i suggestivi tramonti a ponto Final) traghetto per Cais do Sodré, e in meno di 10 minuti sarete nel cuore di Lisbona! Scoprire i dintorni di Corroios (Almada, Costa da Caparica, Setubàl) mi ha permesso di vivere anche la parte meno turistica del Portogallo, quella che mi ha fatto innamorare di questo paese! Andate a casa di Heinz, non ve ne pentirete!

Absolutely beautiful, newly renovated, spacious and bright apartment right on the beach of Praia da California. The apartment was immaculately clean and the kitchen is still brand new. The highlight of course is being right on the beach and waking up and falling asleep every day to the sound of the waves crashing on to the shore. The ocean views are impeccable! It also only takes about a 2minute walk down the stairs to get to the beach. I went there in October and the beach was pretty much empty, weather still pretty warm & even the ocean was warm enough to swim in every day. You can tell the apartment is looked after very well by its owner, David and is also great for a longer stay. You have all cooking utensils and a washing machine to really make your stay comfortable. Overall, an amazing place to stay and David is an absolute please to communicate with and you can tell he really cares for his guests and the apartment. I hope to be back soon! Highly recommended!
