This home is absolutely beautiful - even more so than the photos! Breanne was friendly and responsive and made sure we were well taken care of. There were SO many thoughtful little touches to welcome us (and our pups!) and make us feel comfortable and at home. The yard is big and private which was great for our pups, and the huge master suite in addition gave everyone lots of space. the master bath area, shower, and tub were so luxurious and the perfect place to unwind. The Modern Farmhouse is one of the best rentals! If you are considering this rental & the dates you need are available, book it before you lose the opportunity. Cindy & John are great hosts. Once arriving to the Modern Farmhouse we were pleasantly surprised to find a personalized note. The house itself is EXTREMELY comfortable. The 2 bedrooms both have comfortable beds, pillows & linens. Dresser in both bedrooms. The bathroom has a great shower & lovely tile. The frosted window in bathroom makes morning showers special with the natural sunlight coming in. The couch is very comfortable & also turns into a pull out bed. The kitchen has a great gas range, adorable coffee station & everything you need to make full meals. Backyard is just as described & even better in person. Location is top notch. Just blocks away from Old Colorado City. You can walk to the shops & restaurants on Colorado Ave. You will not regret booking the Modern Farmhouse. We were sad to leave. Thank you John & Cindy!

This stay was great. It was an amazing location with good restaurants and chill bars within walking distance. The house was clean and we all felt right at home.

We had a wonderful stay!! The house was so cute and felt very homey. The hot tub was clean and made for a great amenity. Linda left very detailed instructions and notes about the house which was so helpful! If we don’t know where something was, we could look it up in the binder she left us and find our answer. Linda is very kind and responsive. When our flight out of Colorado Springs got delayed, she gave us an extended check out. Overall, great experience!

Nicole is a fantastic hostess and was extremely responsive with messages! House is cute and Castle Rock is great! We have family in town and needed somewhere where we could be close but still have our own space and this couldn't have been better. Thank you Nicole!

Laura's house was a great place to stay for the weekend. I visit Springs often and like staying in the OCC area. The house was a perfect size for 2 people. The bathroom is tiny but worked fine for us. Everything was really comfortable and the backyard is so cute! The hot tub and pergola were especially nice. From the house we walked to the European Cafe (always a breakfast favorite), Sherpa and Summa. Nice area for walking too - there is a park nearby.

We Love this house and try to always stay here when visiting our son. Our dog Charley loves the yard and I feel very safe when she is out there. The space is comfortable, cozy, and private. We’ll keep staying here as long as Susan (who is fabulous btw) will have us. Thanks so much for always making us feel right at home ♥️

Great location near Manitou Springs and Garden of the Gods. Lots of space too! Spotless kitchen, bathrooms, and bedroom. Brian was a great host! Would stay there again, 100%.

Great place and I've stayed in a lot of places. This rates as one of the highest places for Air BnB. Kitchen was well stocked with quality appliances. House was clean and charming. Well maintained. Very happy with our stay.

I stated for a month and it was wonderful. The location was easy to get around and within walking distance to restaurants and cute cafes. The bed was so comfortable and the kitchen had everything I needed and more, felt like I was at home. The bath tub was an absolute life saver. Job I had while staying caused a lot of strain on my back, being able to soak melted all my tension. Thank you for a relaxing stay!

Austin was a wonderful host. Responsive in a timely manner, home was clean and had everything we needed. Newer appliances. Comfy beds. Amazing hot tub. Very homey. We even had a little accident with a tablet hitting the wall and he was very understanding thank goodness because I felt horrible that it happened the day we were leaving.

This would be my # 1 Airbnb in col springs to stay at for short or longer term stays. Such a cool place in nice neighborhood in the mountains. Close to Cheyenne state park and other trails. As for place itself, great kitchen area to cook/do remote work, stone shower that is very relaxing, bed was super comfy with nice pillows and I’m picky sleeper. Nice patio area, saw several deer during my stay and nice view of stars/moon/mountain. billiard table and nice home entertainment system with nice furniture. Jennifer was very friendly host with great local recommendations. Always responsive if I had any questions. Great quality and Value Airbnb!

Very peaceful with back porch and furniture to enjoy it. Saw plenty of deer throughout the week in the yard and neighborhood. Best part was seeing the bear and the cubs on during the week. Mark was very responsive and sent a message when he was back in town as well as checking in on how my race went. Had suggestions for things to do. Nice park about a 1/4 mile from house with plenty of trails to walk and run. House was clean on arrival and had everything described. With you in the basement, I would take the basement photo out; but it was clearly communicated that basement was occupied by you.

We loved staying at Zoey's place! It was clean and quiet. Zoey was very responsive to our questions. The driveway was clearly marked and easy to pull into.

Our stay was in a great location and the owner reached out early in our stay to see if we needed anything. The layout was good size for our family.

I had a great time during my stay here! I was here for 3 months and enjoyed every bit of it. The beginning was a bit rough during the Miller moth season since the windows had big gaps in them letting in tons of the little guys, but after I patched it up I don’t have a bad thing to say about my stay. Cindy the host was extremely helpful throughout my stay and very flexible when I had to extend it a couple days and always got back to me in a timely manner with questions I had. Highly recommend and would stay here again! Thank you Cindy!

Great location next to Garden of the Gods! Quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, easy check in and out. Fun trip to Manitou Springs!
