Lynette's place was a good stopover on our way to Wellington. The cottage is in a peaceful area and very clean and tidy. Lynette also has the kitchen well stocked for doing breakfast. Would happily recommend.

Fabulous place to stay. Host is great to work with and super supportive. We had a team staying and the space the house has available works really well. Very clean and fresh. Great outdoor area, big kitchen, big bedrooms and the lounge set up was fantastic. Highly recommend staying here!

John has a beautiful farm house in a great location with an amazing grounds. There was fresh fruit from the many trees outside of the house. Shannon is a very nice town in a great part of New Zealand. This is our second stay in Shannon but our first stay with John. We'll definitely come back.

Beautiful older home, had window latches I haven’t seen since the old state houses were rebuilt, great location easy to find shops etc

What a great place to stay. Handy yo everything we needed, especially golf. Great check in treats, especially loved the OJ, Peanuts & Snickers Bars. The addition of a chipping net to practice in the back yard was a very special touch. Highly recommended & we'll definstely be back when next in Palmy. Thanks Jo for a great stay.

We stayed at the Cabin Noir on our journey up the North Island. The accommodation was immaculate, stylish and very comfortable. It was also perfect as we were travelling with our dog. It's a quiet location with a beautiful view but surprisingly close to local townships. Would definitely stay again.

Like Philippa stated when villa finishes renovation it definitely looks grand and posh. But still loved interiors tastefully decorated furniture and personal touches. All of us enjoyed something different than normal air b&b experience. Thanks

Loved our stay, wish we could have stayed longer! We arrived in cold driving rain, in no time at all the woodstove had us all cosy warm in the generous living area. Our group included UK relatives, they loved the unique setting, the generous hot drinks and marshmallows, the labels on the bedroom doors, great fun. Thank you

The place was very welcoming. It had basic living ammenities, which made our stay way easier, not having to purchase/bring items that we'd use little of, like spices, cooking oil, detergent, shampoo and washing powder. The place was well furnished. We had a relaxing time using the spa, and cooked awesome food on the big grill outside. The water hose was easily usable as well. We really valued the surplus of clean towels and facecloths, as well as the labeling of items across the whole house. The guest book was very detailed and quite informative. We also appreciated the host's tailored recommendations based on the interests of our group. The board games were a nice touch from the host. The checkout procedure was very smooth and painless. The host was accommodating of a friend joining us for one night. She responded very promptly and was extremely pleasant to interact with. Overall, we had an excellent trip, and staying at the host's place was an integral part of it.

Location of the house was perfect for us, close to supermarkets and the city center. We were a large group that needed to be up early to get to the Central Energy Trust Stadium in Palmerston and were often late back after games so, this was perfect for us. The house is very spacious, even having a big group we didn't feel over crowded, plus having an awesome back yard helped. Grant and Beccy are amazing hosts, always responsive if and when I needed to ask them something which made our stay even better!! Would love to book this beautiful home again next year if they will have us back :)

What a beautiful, well-designed space. The thoughtfulness is really about guest experience, with numerous special touches that really invite a luxury stay. I loved the balance of masculine colours and strong earthy furniture, with feminine sprinkles through lighting and welcoming music. Loved the native bird themes, the practical items for both dog and owner, plus children. Thank you for all you have considered for guests (and what an awesome, comprehensive guest book!). My daughter and I had a wonderful stay, hindered only by having not booked longer. A highlight, and I look forward to booking again.

My motorcycle got cancelled on me so Plan B came into effect. This property is exactly what I needed after I rode my motorcycle to Palmerston North. Great Host, lovely garden with your own reading/coffee nook. The room had everything you needed with a lovely selection of tea/coffee beverages, snacks that I truly appreciated after my ride. I felt at home and I was completely relaxed feet up and enjoyed the company of the dogs and chooks. Thanks team I would definitely rebook.

I had an amazing three-day, two-night stay at this beautiful Airbnb estate! Everything was perfectly arranged, making my stay comfortable and stress-free. The property was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The host was friendly and attentive, ensuring a seamless experience. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay again!

What a beautiful peaceful setting. The lack of wifi and internet connection added to the restfulness. The spa pool was such a treat in the evenings. The outdoor shower provided a warm shower and was a unique experience. An absolutely lovely getaway, very closely situated to Palmerston North. Would absolutely recommend of you want a bit of an off-grid experience!

Really great space to stay in. Was perfect for a group of us walking around town.
