A great place to stay for my work trip. Updated renovation, super clean. Close to many good restaurants. Would stay again.

A great place to stay and Arash’s description is exactly what you will see when you arrive. This was my second time staying at this property (it’s my go to place), first place I check for availability. The only not so good thing is availability, lol!!! I can’t say one thing bad about anything at this property. I can’t say I am so grateful to have found it and look forward to staying again!!!!

The place was clean and very clear instructions for entering and exiting. The outdoor area was very nice and well managed. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay near miami.

Es todo de lujo, con gym, piscina, garage, restaurantes y bares cerca, el Bayside a pocas cuadras. Elvis súper atento y a disposición. El lugar al que volveré a hospedarme cuando vaya a Miami

Best airb&b experience i’ve had. Host was responsive and kind. I ended up staying an extra night since my flight was canceled and they accommodated me immediately early in the morning. I will absolutely be staying with them again! Unit was gorgeous and the view was immaculate. 100/10 stay and experience! Will only be staying with them when i’m in Miami from now on!

We stay in a lot of Airbnb's since we travel with our Golden Retriever. Most are "OK" a few so-so and once in a while you run into a GEM! This was one of those times. Lots of space - VERY clean - very dog friendly/not fussy decor. The fenced backyard and view of the pond was a big bonus! It was so relaxing to sit out in the morning and watch the ducks on the pond. House was convenient to restaurants and other services. We chose it for a day trip to the Everglades and it worked out perfectly. I would say the only drawback is the lack of first floor powder room, but I would book again if looking for a nice place to stay in the area.

We enjoyed our stay. The home is lovely and has all the comforts of home. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. We are definitely going to book again for our annual trip.

Great location and safe! Very responsive host. Very clean and updated. Two things to note, you have your own house, but it is duplex/connected to neighbor. We didn’t have any issues with this, as it was fairly quiet. Also, there is no stove in the kitchen. Aside from that, the stay was perfect and in a very safe area in Miami. Would recommend and stay again! Thank you!

Das Haus war wirklich schön, vorallem der Pool. Super Aufteilung und große Küche. Das einzige zur Optimierung, wäre wenn es mehr Stühle draußen geben würde und der Tisch repariert werden würde.

We had an awesome stay at Cynthia's property. The location is great. It's outside of Miami far enough where you don't have a crazy amount of traffic but close enough for a short to medium length drive to other destinations & attractions. The property is fantastic. it is well maintained, clean and very spacious (there were 4 in our party). The neighborhood is nice and feels very safe. We took many walks around the area. There is some traffic noise but by no means a deterrent for choosing this property. For us the pool is a highlight. It's a large pool & deck and the water is kept warm. Cynthia is a great host. She provided and responded to all communications very timely. Overall, I highly recommend this property.

We had a great time at Greg’s place! He was an awesome host. The place is spacious, great area with everything close by. The pool was the best part which the whole family enjoyed. It had a heater which was a plus. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay at Tony’s apartment over our winter vacation. The apartment is indeed as described, very clean, well appointed and obviously well taken care of. The location is fantastic; a short walk to the beach as well as multiple restaurants, however not as frenetic as the neighborhood north of Fifth. It was nice to have the availability of a grill and the outdoor pool and dining areas. Tony was a very proactive and responsive host, checking in with us multiple times during our stay. We had a minor toilet issue that Tony quickly resolved. We look forward to staying with Tony again later this year.

This was a wonderful place to stay for a quick trip. The views were unbeatable and it was just what was needed for a weekend of relaxing. You can tell Alex has done some wonderful updates to the place in comparison to much of the rest of the property. Check-in was smooth and valet was relatively quick, even when busy. We had everything we needed while there. The bed is a little more firm than expected, but doesn’t deter you from having a fantastic stay. The privacy of the patio is also a major perk when the beach is crowded or you just don’t want to walk down to the sand. Overall, 10/10 stay.

Beautiful building, very clean, everything you could need from an apartment. Loved the bbq and pool area on the 6th floor. Only slight issue was the noise from the road at night but it’s to be expected in a lively city like Miami. Dani was a great host!

Had a pleasant stay! This Airbnb is located in a beautiful, large luxury building in a perfect area of south beach! Building has many upscale amenities like fitness center, pool etc. The host was very responsive and if there was an issue it was handled swiftly. Would recommend!

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and fully equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is well-stocked, the dining area is lovely, and the balcony offers breathtaking views of the beach. Having a washing machine and dryer was a huge plus. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The host was outstanding—really responsive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay in Fort Lauderdale, I highly recommend this Airbnb. I'll definitely be back!

We had a great time on our vacation. The condo was clean and comfortable, the beach was beautiful, and there were lots of great restaurants and stores within a half mile.

Le logement est vraiment très spacieux et fonctionnel. Il est très bien situé, à côté du bayside Marketplace et de bayfront park. La station de metromover College Bayside est juste en face de la résidence. Merci à Philip pour sa réactivité et sa gentillesse. Je conseille vivement cet appartement à tous les voyageurs qui souhaitent séjourner sur Downtown.
