Kalven was proactive and reached out to me as I booked to let me know about the place and also watch out for the hotel to try to sell timeshare. Overall really great value for money paid right near union square. Lots of places to go eat and place was safe at least until 11 as long as you don’t head towards tenderloin. Super close to the union square cable car which takes you directly to fisherman s wharf, Lombard etc - buy a day pass and take the red cable car and save money ! Room was spacious, bed was comfy and bathroom delivered comfy showers! Will stay again !

Very central to the peninsula. Freeway entrance/exit a few minutes away. The space was super clean and still had its “brand new” appeal. Very spacious. What made our 2 week stay most special was the developments amenities. Free video game arcade, amazing gym, pool jacuzzi hang out spaces. All great. The only negative comment I have is there’s a business behind the development (either junk yard or dog day care), that had many dogs barking in the middle of the night. If you’re a lighter sleeper this may affect you.

Wonderful property, a hotel but more personal. Amazing location. SF is on the rebound. So nice to walk around all around the property. Wonderful hosts who have been super cool for two stays now. Couldn’t recommend it more for a family. So spacious and the views are second to none.

Just like it says in the description. Good value and in Soma. The other unit in this place has a window and I think is nicer.

Stayed at The Donatello for 2 nights! Very easy check in and check out process. The hotel room was beautiful and spacious and and the staff was very courteous. The building is in downtown SF so it's not completely insulated from noise. Overall, I enjoyed my stay!

Loved this place, it's better than a hotel, the jacuzzi perfect and private. very romantic setting. Also with a pool table and other games. Will stay again.

Bhuvan's abode is a welcome, private getaway from the hustle and bustle. It comes equipped with all the essentials one needs to feel right at home, and it helped us feel like we had a place all to ourselves out here in Mountain House, away from our busy lives! The neighborhood is a comfy and quiet walk, with many dogs to encounter and see along the way, and we felt safe being here. It gave off that feeling one used to have of being a latch key kid here in the states, in the 60s and 70s (or so from what I've been told about that era). Bhuvan is a gracious and accommodating host, and if we had a question or anything like that he was quite prompt on his responsiveness! Thank you so much, Bhuvan, for welcoming us into your home! We look forward to another opportunity to stay here!! 😃

I enjoyed the space for the weekend! It was spacious; clean; quiet and the time there was peaceful. The hostess went out her way to make sure your time there was comfortable. It had all the amenities needed to compliment my stay at the Studio. It was a perfect location, and was only 6 minutes away from a birthday party we were there to attend. I would definitely stay there again when looking to get away for a few days. Thank you!

Great place. I stayed at Mike’s place for a month and found the unit very clean. Everything was as advertised. The facility has a large pool, a hot tub, plenty or parking. Parking is unassigned and open to anyone but totally safe. We always found parking spots. Free EV charging which was not mentioned in the post but turned out to be a bonus. If you use the EV chargers there’s no need to register or open an account, simply plug in. There’s a large gym, I can’t remember if it was 24/7 but it was always open. The gym is open now and provides wipes for people to clean the equipment after use. Plenty of grass for dogs to poop in. There’s also an internet café which I really liked. If you need a quiet place to get work done this is the place. Free coffee too. The unit itself has a desk, internet, DVD player, smart TV. Everything I needed really. Plenty of extra towels and sheets. Friendly staff, I never needed them during my stay but just running into them in the hallway or parking lot they said hi and were welcoming.
