Nuestra experiencia con Carlos como anfitrión fue excelente. La comunicación fue impecable; siempre estuvo atento y respondió rápidamente a nuestros mensajes. Además, nos brindó muy buenas recomendaciones de actividades y restaurantes en la zona, lo cual hizo nuestra estancia aún mejor. La casa es exactamente como se muestra en las fotos, con un ambiente acogedor y todas las comodidades necesarias para una estadía prolongada. Nos sentimos muy cómodos durante todo el tiempo. Definitivamente esperamos poder volver en algún momento que necesitemos quedarnos cerca de la zona!

Amazing Stay for a Family Vacation! We stayed at Casa Peces house for seven days, and it was perfect for our family. Communication with Martha was super easy, and we were thrilled to find such a great house in an excellent and safe location, close to everything we needed. The four bedrooms were fully equipped and very comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to cook and entertain. The BBQ area was a highlight—we used it and had an amazing time! The two living rooms were also very convenient, giving everyone space to relax without feeling crowded. The pool was fantastic, and we made great family memories enjoying it together. The house had everything we needed to feel at home—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. We are so grateful to Martha and Jessica for welcoming us, and we can’t wait to come back in the future. Don’t hesitate to rent this house—it truly has everything you need for an amazing stay!

We stayed at Christopher’s place for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it! We saw so many cool birds, iguanas, geckos and insects while hanging outside. It’s located in Playa Hermosa, just outside Jaco, and centrally located with so many great beaches and restaurants! It’s a very beautiful and peaceful area and nice that it’s just outside of Jaco if we wanted more restaurant options. Christopher recommended some delicious food in the area and masseuses (Askel) to come to the house for a couples massage. There was also free pizza delivery and grocery delivery. Be sure to ask Chris for local beach recommendations and things to do!

The little house was everything we needed. It certainly matched the listing description. Seconds away from the beach and a short walk from many restaurant options!

El alojamiento es hermoso! En medio de la naturaleza, muy iluminado y súper cómodo. Quiero destacar la atención de Jordan que nos recibió cuando llegamos y estuvo a disposición todo el tiempo. La casa es muy cómoda y espaciosa. Queda dentro de un condominio lo que da seguridad y el traslado a la playa es rápido y cercano

We enjoyed our stay at Nucleo Sabana and the apartment. The place is of great confort, new and safe. The apartment is very well equipped. We appreciated 2 bathrooms as we are 2 friends travelling in Costa Rica. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The rooftop and a pool are amazing. The reception desk is open 24/24. There’s also a big choice of places to eat just beside the residence at Gastro club. The communication with Daniel was easy and the instructions were clear.

I don’t normally write reviews but I felt this Airbnb deserved it. It’s a little away from the touristy areas which was really nice and you feel very connected with nature here. The property is stunning and the pool is very well maintained. I recommend the tour of the farm that David offers. He’s very knowledgeable and there wasn’t a question he couldn’t answer. Also, the monkeys that visit regularly kept my family very entertained. David went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. He even went out of his way to try and comfort my son after he had a little scare from a cicada (harmless bug). An overall amazing experience here, 12 stars

Kimberly was a fantastic host and helped us get settled in after a long day of travel. The house was amazing and cozy. Everything was clean, worked, and the pool area was amazing as well. Lots of outlets as well. It’s also perfectly located between Quepos and the beaches. In addition to all of the above; the wildlife around the house was abundant and made for great entertainment while floating the afternoon away in the pool. Cant wait to return and stay longer. Perfect size for two couples or a family. Pura Vida and thanks for everything Kimberly!

La casa de David está muy bien equipada. Somos una familia de 4 personas y estuvo perfecto! La decoración y el equipamiento muy bien pensado y todo exquisitamente puesto e impecable. La terraza con la parrilla y la piscina, súper apropiado para pasar los días de calor. David sumamente atento y preocupado de cada momento de nuestra estadía, inclusive ayudándonos con un late check out. Sin duda volvería a buscar este alojamiento para mi próxima visita a la zona de Herradura.

My first adventure away from North America was even more enjoyable and memorable than I'd ever expected and much of that was due to the wonderful Tiny Home that Andrea meticulously cares for in the enchanting town of Santa Ana. Nestled into the side of the mountain, the charm of the architecture and the warmth of the people here is contagious. I was hoping for an authentic Tico culture experience and I was so pleased to find it here. Grocery stores are a quick and picturesque 20 min walk from the Tiny home. There are also many locally owned restaurants within that distance too all offering a taste of the culture and warmth found in this tiny but mighty country. I say mighty because their hearts are so big and open to all who venture here. Andrea was even able to help me connect with an amazing Tour team so I could enjoy the amazing views and activities that Costa Rica offers its visitors. Roger kept us up to date on everything with very clear instructions. Super clean house, a/c worked well, plenty of space for our dog and the early/late checkout was wonderful! Great stay! Very quiet neighborhood for a peaceful night sleep. Thank you!

Un excelente lugar para descansar, pasarla bien en familia y disfrutar de todas las comodidades que ofrece, definitivamente 10/10, se ve igual a las fotos y todo es sumamente limpio.

It’s hard to sum up my feelings about this place. It was so special and wonderful. It’s hard to describe. I also hesitate about giving it so much praise because I worry that next time I want to book it it’ll be full! The place was perfect. It was right on a private beach at the end of a private road. The water was a perfect temperature. The sand was soft. The ground Keeper was so friendly and very helpful. He was very kind to my kids and we felt right at home! Also a huge added bonus were his dogs. My kids miss our dogs when we travel and they were thrilled to find dogs here waiting for us when we arrived. There were limitless activities for us to do. We could lay around on the beach or swim in the pool or do excursions that were close by. This part of Costa Rica is extremely beautiful! I would stay in a place like this over a resort any day.

I could not say enough positives about this home - it was a slice of paradise! The pool was beautiful and we loved having the outdoor living space to see all the wildlife and enjoy the lush foliage. Having the hotel next door was incredibly convenient and we had the BEST massages there, the staff were absolutely amazing, so helpful, and Eugenia was responsive before and during our entire stay. You can uber anywhere you need easily, which was a huge plus. My only complaint is that we did not book for longer than one week. I would not hesitate to book it again, and will definitely plan another trip back to this home!!

We are so glad we chose to stay here. The downstairs open concept with amazing views of the jungle and ocean never gets old. It truly is better in person than all the pictures you see. Lori went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and the house was so well equipped with everything we needed. We saw numerous toucans throughout our stay on the property and even a falcon! It was such a peaceful stay and we can't wait to come back.

Las casas estaban impecables. Muy limpias y bien equipadas. En lugar es precioso. Se ven pájaros y en la tarde a los largo se ven monitos. Lo único negativo que podría decir es que el lugar es un poco solo y que no hay como una malla que privatice la entrada a la casa, pero en realidad la recomiendo totalmente. Don Carlos y su familia, quienes ayudan en la casa son muy amables también
