Amans place was spacious and well equipped with all you require for a nice family vacay. The caretaker Prem was very helpful and prompt. Only the Jacuzzi wasn't functional for some reason but overall our experience was great.

Really great place. Unfortunately the short cut to the beach seems to have been closed so best to hire bikes or scooters from the places up the road to get to the beach and local restaurants. Quiet peaceful place. Would recommend

Lovely place to stay so near to beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Clean and v comfortable. Great pool. Air con bedrooms all ensuite. Plus amazing pool room! Helpful staff. 10min walk to candolim beach- setback from road so quiet and peaceful. Thank you for letting us enjoy your place

Amit's villa is a great place to stay in Calangute if you are looking for a spacious home, close to amazing beach, reasonable distance to night life and a comfortable stay. We had an amazing time and Amit was extremely helpful during our stay. I highly recommend his place!

It's a family holiday trip with my mom and son. We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed a very quality time. The place is very calm and cozy which was very needed by us. The room is well equipped with everything necessary kitchen items and well facility washroom. The host is very humble and polite. Apart from beach adventure, if anyone wants to enjoy greenary, calm and cozy time then this is the right place to choose away from all city noise and hassle. Will surely recommend. The stay always absolute delight,jason is an excellent host and available at any point of time The stay is almost located at the heart of city and there are soo many places to visit near by.and coming to the santity of the flat, it is really good, a well maintained property ,the scenic outer garden with bonsai and a nice and cleanly maintained pool with the food they provide is really good ,finally Raju Bhai is pretty good assistant who will always takes your care no matter whatever be the time...

Hi we stayed for 3 nights at Neeraj’s place and would highly recommend it again 1. Great location - close to Candolim market and beaches. Central to drive anywhere . 2 . Clean well kept spacious house - it is great cozy place for 2-3 people with a small garden and patio as well . It has all the amenities you may need including a washing machine . It has only one bathroom ( a separate shower and toilet) but it is extremely spacious, clean and well kept . 3. Our dog loved it too - as it had a garden up front 4. The Host was responsive whenever you had a question . Thank you for a lovely stay . When we come back to North Goa , we will stay at your place again .

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Goa with family and our dog. The villas are clean, well-maintained, and ideally located—close to Candolim Beach and restaurants, yet peaceful. The service was impeccable, with the caretaker always available and quick to assist. To our surprise, the villa looked even better than in the photos! We spent a lot of time relaxing in the spacious living room and enjoying the shared pool, which also has a good restaurant. My mother especially loved stepping onto her terrace every morning to see the coconut trees—something she still misses now that we're back home. Our stay was truly comfortable, and we would definitely book again. The only small suggestion is a kitchen upgrade, as it felt a bit dated and could use some new utensils. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend Villa Goa for a peaceful and enjoyable stay!

This was the most beautiful house I have ever stayed in - like the pousadas of Portugal or paradores of Spain, only more affordable. I have been to the village of Malar many times as my Goan friends come from there, but this time I needed to work remotely for a few days for my employer, so needed a peaceful place with wifi. It's a 150-year old Portuguese-Goan villa which Rashmi and Pradeep have lovingly restored to its original glory, taking great care of finding furniture, mirrors, lamps and artwork to match the style of the house. All the old seashell windows have been lovingly restored. Even though I stayed by myself I had the run of the house to work from and relax in. Sugam, the caretaker, who lives on the grounds in a small bungalow takes great care of the property which was spotless and the beautiful gardens. He was always on hand and very helpful. The kitchen has all mod cons such as a water purifier, microwave and washing machine and there are condiments, coffee, tea etc.

Nice and cozy place near to beach and restaurant areas. We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed our holidays.

It's a nice and cozy place to spend with dearones and your pet also. Gated community and good security. Essential are very near. It's a great place to stay with lots of greenary around

Mario’s place was just what we needed and more for an early morning flight the next day. It was very homely, and the pool was such a great bonus. Instructions were clear and the place was spotless. We would definitely stay again!

Amit’s place was absolutely flawless! They even had a highchair for our baby. The house is absolutely big and super clean. The caretaker Man Singh was also extremely helpful with everything.

Charles was an amazing host who had the perfect team to co ordinate our arrival and things we need at the villa . Bishnu the house keeper was super friendly and most loving to host us and keep us well fed. The entire villa was sooooo beautiful, serene and very clean . The old Portuguese villa had amazing 4 bedrooms that was well equipped with all amenities . The pool and the sit out was the highlight of the stay I wish we could have stayed longer . But for sure we ll come back as a bigger group to chill in the house .

We stayed at Gurpreet's place for two nights. It is as described in the listing. We had reached earlier and they accomodated an early check in. The process is smooth. The house is close to the main Candolim area but around it there are a few options, everything is about a km away. Since we were driving this was not an issue. At check in there were two minor issues - 1. the water filter was not working and this was highlighted by Jay P himself. Enough bottled water was supplied for the stay. 2. One of the sheets had some minor stains and Jay P changed it immediately. There were enough clean towels and some basic toiletries. Both Gurpreet and Jay P are very responsive and helpful. Rooms are nice and all appliances and wifi work well. Only suggestion for improvement would be a bit thicker mattress in the main bedroom.

Taber's place was lovely! It was clean, felt safe, there were no check in, check out hassles. Taber provided all the amenities mentioned in the description; the kitchen was well equipped, there were sufficient towels and blankets provided, the bathrooms were extremely clean, the hall had a lovely collection of books etc. The best part was the little balcony area from where we could see the river which is just perfect to wake up to. Me and my friends felt very much at home and we even extended our stay. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Carmen's villa IKSHAA is beautiful and peaceful. Carmen was a great host, and Anthony looked after as and provided all we required.

Enjoyed the stay here. Varca beach is very close to this property . House had all amenities required. Also , there are good restaurants nearby. Overall it was cool to stay here.
