This is a 6 star property. Exactly as the pictures. If you looking for a serene, peaceful stay, villa praia is the place for you. I had stayed with my pet and the place is an absolute blessing for them. Lots of space within the property to roam and play. The beach is 4 mins walk from the property. The area is well lit and lots of places to eat and go out in an around the area. Lourio is a fantastic host, very responsive, very proactive. Not the forget Ranjit, the housekeeper, he was just a phone call away, very polite and helpful. Treat this place like your own and you will have a great time.

Absolutely Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended! My family and I had an incredible 3-day stay at Vallabh's place, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The sea-facing 4BHK apartment at Dona Paula was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were mesmerized by the breathtaking ocean view from the balcony – the perfect spot for morning tea or watching the sunset. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and beautifully furnished, offering all the comforts of home. Each room was well-equipped with cozy beds, air conditioning, and ample space for relaxation. The living area was perfect for our family to spend quality time together, and the kitchen was fully stocked, making meal preparation a breeze. The self-check-in process was seamless, and the lockbox system was extremely convenient. Siddharth was an exceptional caretaker, always responsive and ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

good apartment just few minutes away from the beach

We are a family of 9 and this villa was amazing from the size to the location, it had everything the cleaner was lovely and we had clean towels every day. There is a pool on site just one min away. We would recommend this villa to large families, beautiful scenic location, great air con in every room. Kitchen well equipped but we only just used the glasses as so many great restaurants in walking distance to eat.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful flat located very close to Colva Beach. The easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants made our trip even more convenient and enjoyable. The apartment itself is beautifully arranged and thoughtfully maintained. The views from both balconies were incredibly relaxing, offering a perfect spot to unwind. The residency is calm and secure, with proper security measures and CCTV cameras, making us feel completely at ease. We truly felt at home here and would love to come back to this flat whenever we visit Goa again. We absolutely loved our stay!

This house was super comfortable, clean and well-equipped! Walking distance to the beach, several spas, restaurants and shopping. The caretaker, Mr. Pandey, was also very accessible and considerate of our needs. Definitely recommend!!

premises is big enough for children to bring their own football to play. Can find a trail from house only to the beach 5 min walking, will find only some fishermen and no crowd , it's nice to be there at the beach in morning. House is surrounded by coconut trees. people seeking for peace with no loud DJ'S will definitely like the place. Restaurant near by is Sand and waves restaurant and bar at velsao beach ,will get all the varieties to eat and is near by and is the only restaurant at the beach and is enough as we can get everything to fill tummy.

Renu’s place was very nice! Quaint house nestled deep in South Goa in Talpona. So peaceful, and the beach is right at the door, within 5 minutes of walking. There’s a Zest Cafe, and a couple of restaurants only nearby, but Zest is too good! You’ll not want to leave. Finding basic stuff is easy. Go there if you want a peaceful get away

We had an amazing and a very great stay at this property. The check in was seemless and Vaibhav was very proactive and always available whenever we needed any info / help. The villa was very clean and had all the amenities listed in the website. The perk of the property was that it was very close to the beach ( approx 300 mts ) and we had a fantastic time there . The beach is very pristine and serene with some good shacks and lovely food available. Overall it was an amazing experience and we enjoyed our vacation thoroughly ! Would love to go back again .

First of all, my apologies for the delay in sharing my review, but I really didn't want to write in a rush. My trip was a last-minute one, which is obvious when it's Goa. Though I am a regular visitor, the southern part was untouched, and I needed a place near the beach but not on it, that is peaceful, safe, clean, and gives you a getaway feeling. Believe me, I only chose this house after reading the host reviews, and besides the property being an amazing choice that checks all your laid-back vacation items, Onkar was the most humble BNB host I have experienced so far. I felt like I went to a friend's place, and that's how you care. Thanks, Onkar, for being yourself; it matters a lot for the experience. I would like to visit and stay again during the monsoons; it will be beautiful, I am sure. And I hope you liked us as guests, as it goes both ways. Glad to find a stay to recommend and visit again. I had a great stay! Ritu was friendly and very responsive, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The place was located very close to the beach, and the surrounding areas were very peaceful, loved the vintage look of the place. There is a shack on the beach called Roger’s, which we liked very much and is a 5-10 minute walk from this Airbnb. Pragati was a great host and her response was almost instant. Thank you for having us! (The pool in the property is also a nice facility)

One of the loveliest homes I’ve ever been to. Not only is the location great (right in the middle of many restaurants and a beautiful beach) but the home itself is so beautifully and intentionally decorated. A very warm, welcoming space and we felt right at home.

We spent a wonderful month in this lovely Riverside property in Talpona . Dharman was a great host, he gave us clear instructions on how to find the property and was there to greet us on arrival and show us around. He lives close by and organised a Scooter rental for us and was available if needed. We had a wonderful meal with Dharman and his family. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. Great bathroom and kitchen, lovely bedroom and very comfortable bed. There is Smart TV with Netflix etc. The Verandah is the real plus, looking out onto the river with comfortable sofas, table and chairs and great lighting. We loved our evenings looking out over a few drinks and a meal. Talpona is a great location, lovely peaceful village with a few local shops for necessities, a handful of bars/restaurants and a great beach. We must mention Ravi who's boat is moored by the house. We did a great river boat trip with him. We love this house and location and will return, highly recommend.

For my wife and I the location was perfect, close to Colva but set back from the noise of the main road. Mrs Geetha was always responsive and helpful. The villa could do with a few more pieces of furniture (bedside cabinets etc.) but we managed with what was available. We shall return :-)

Lovely place! Thibault was a gracious host with help and recommendations throughout the stay. The place has everything you’ll need from to make yourself comfortable. It was exactly as it looks in the pictures. There’s plenty of places to eat and drink in walkable distance and both Palolem and Patnem beaches are 5-7 mins away via two wheeler/car. You can’t go wrong with it!

Great property, great location, and very responsive owner. It’s well located with everything you could want for a short stay - washing machine, gas and stove. The lockbox check in was smooth and Carmin was kind enough to allow for an early check in. It’s near Palolem and you can walk, but the roads aren’t very pedestrian friendly - but it’s a great location with lots of nice cafés and scooty rentals nearby. Maybe because of our early check in there were a few missing items (soap) and a few things that needed to be removed from the apartment before we arrived, but the caretaker was really helpful and cleared everything up. Overall I would recommend this property.
