This is quite a large property set in a farm of coconut, fruits and bananas. It is outside the town so is very private and peaceful. The swimming pool is very welcome after a hot day of travelling. A very comfortable stay.

My friend and I had an incredible stay at this property! The location is wonderfully peaceful, and the presence of adorable cats and dogs added a heartwarming touch to our experience. The true highlight of our stay was the caretaker, Animesh-ji. He went above and beyond to assist us, patiently answering all our questions, helping with local transportation, and offering thoughtful guidance throughout. His exceptional hospitality truly made our visit unforgettable. Highly recommended!

This cozy villa is nestled in a peaceful spot in South goa, yet conveniently close to the national highway. Apt place for people who are travelling with dogs..Agonda and Palolem beaches are just a stone's throw away. The host Prisca is of great help and very responsive as well. The caretaker is a gem - he cooks delicious food and is always ready to lend a hand. Perfect haven for a relaxing getaway!

The description cannot give the true beauty and atmosphere of the property. It was a true home for our big family of 20! The caretaker was a big and reliable help in all our needs. He helped us find best products to prepare amazing food, fresh vegetables, fruit, even the local fish market with the tastiest fish and shrimps we have ever had. Preparing food in this spacious well-equipped kitchen and eating on the terrace was just marvellous. Lots of big and small terraces with tables and sofas to talk, read, play games, rest. Good wi-fi. The amazing swimming pool with water in perfect temperature! The fabulous garden with lush greenery and flowers, magically illuminated at night. A lot of small spaces beautifully arranged, even in a big group you can find space for yourself. We just had a wonderful time, full of laughter, rest, relax, very good food and even dance with live music. We are already willing to come back. Thank you very much!

Very nice traditional Indian style accommodation very close to the beach lovely people

My family and I stayed here for three nights. Arriving after a 13 hour journey Ashok could not have been more welcoming. Ashock was responsive and helpful in every way, for example - after consulting with other guests - he adjusted meal times for our convenience. Unsure how best to get to a nearby town, Ashock gave us a lift there and back. This helpful, generous spirit was present throughout our stay. The freshly cooked meals, presented buffet style, were outstanding. This subtly flavoured, home-cooked food was a culinary experience - it not only tasted wonderful it promoted a real sense of wellbeing. The location of the property gave a vivid experience of rural Goa, with wonderful walks right on the doorstep, sometimes accompanied by Ashocks delightful dogs. Our stay was such a wonderful recuperation. A peaceful place in a beautiful location with a kind and helpful host. We look forward to returning here ourselves and recommend it to anyone seeking blissful tranquility.
