Great place. It was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The caretaker, Kailash, was also very polite and helpful. The only downside is that it’s in a gated society and the neighbours complain about the smallest of noise. There was a complaint about people talking laughing in the swimming pool even though it was during daytime, not that loud and there was no music or anything of the sort. The place itself, however, is great and well worth it. Maybe if you’re going with a smaller group (we were 9 people), you won’t have issues with noise complaints either.

One of the highlights was the well decorated plants across the house and the items on the 2nd floor. It truly added a special touch to our stay. The location was fantastic, conveniently located near to the beach (as advertised). The neighborhood was safe and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The caretaker was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The housing complex has some very specific rules about the swimming pool which is a little bit of inconvenience, but nothing that can't be managed by paying close attention to the rules that are sent before hand. Overall a fantastic stay, we can't wait to book this again during our next vacation !

We went with kids including infants and wanted a home away from home. And Radha’s place was it. Villa was clean and kitchen stocked. Every item was accessible at the right place. With instructions printed and pasted for electronic devices. Caretaker lochan deserves special mention, he was responsive. At check in he made sure AC was on, so we went into a cool home. And also helped throughout the stay. Pool is clean and beach is walking distance. If you want a quiet place this it. Their adjacent resort has a restaurant and playground for kids. Only itch is that it’s a bit away from grocery stores/restaurants etc. so make sure you have a handy bike/car.

We had an amazing stay for 6 days... both Bharath and Manoj were very helpful and responsive. Location: The Villa is located at the perfect spot. Very close to beach and also to all other amenities. 2 great restaurants and general store at the community gate, 2 super markets within walking distance, and all the shopping and more restaurants you want on the same street. Food deliveries were very quick due to the location. Villa: Beautiful community, peaceful and quiet. Villa was spotless clean, no clutter, better than the photos, very comfortable stay. Kitchen had all necessary utensils, and basic groceries for cooking were already arranged by the hosts. Hosts: Superb Hosts. I was traveling with a small kid and 3 elders. Very responsive and helpful with contacts for cab, self drive cars, and recommendations. They made sure to check in with us daily will definitely make it a go-to option for our next visit. We booked Sunflower Villa for a relaxing, fun weekend getaway with just the girls -- and it was perfect. Having already stayed at Louisa before, our expectations were high and we're happy to say that they were all met. Peaceful, relaxing, full of lovely plants and birds, and adding to that, the super helpful staff made this the best weekend trip we've had in a while.

I had the pleasure of staying here recently for three nights. If I had to describe it in three words I would say Cozy, Clean and Comfortable but I’ll write a little more 😉The place is lovely. We were a group of ten and we didn’t have to fight for a bed, there were plenty as the place is super spacious . Extra points for no wait time for hot water, if you’re one of those people that likes a warm shower even if its boiling outside (like me). The beach is really close by and its one of those quiet ones, perfect for a sunset stroll. All the good restaurants are also within ~10kms . Kurt was an amazing host and was very responsive and friendly with every query we had even before we reached the property and also after. Kudos to Kurt. Once we reached the place, Kurt’s mum helped us with the check-in and suggested us some places we could go visit . What truly stood out was that she was always just a message away and helped us with everything we needed :) Highly recommend!!

Great location for family or 2/3 couples- good size rooms each with en-suite. Pool is clean & complex is small, clean & safe. 2 mins walk into main shopping street with Restaurants. ATM outside gate & great restaurant opposite, although all we tried in town are fantastic. £1.50 tuktuk to beautiful beach or 20mins easy walk. Definitely recommend

Short Review: 10/10 exceeds expectations - One of the best airbnb experiences I've ever had overall. Fantastic deal at this price point. The location, the property, the host, the apartment itself - I highly recommend it all. Longer Review: The Unit is: - Ideal for solo travellers, couples, or 2 friends. - Clean, homely and had everything I needed. - Close to Majorda and Utorda beach, a cool museum/coffee shop and a several great restaurants. - In a larger beautiful property owned by Astrid and her fam that's well maintained and really green (they live separately in the adjacent house). The place is quiet, private and idyllic. Astrid and her mum Melba are wonderful hosts - the perfect mix of "respectful of your privacy" and "super warm/helpful/doing everything to make sure you have a great stay". I interacted more with Melba and she is a truly gem of a human being. Super friendly and positive and welcoming. (She fed me a bunch of delicious local goan dishes!)

Very beautifull and clean villa. Had all the basic amenities for use in good condition. Had cleaning ladies cleaning the place everyday morning. Location is good and colva beach is very close to the place. Grocery store, department store and fairly good eating options available nearby. Also food delivery apps delivery available. Pool was very clean and overall vibe of the place is very inviting. Cleaning ladies and the caretaker were good behaved. Owner was resposive over chat and helped to locate nearby good restaurants, stores and vehicle renting options. It's a good gated society hence very safe to go with family and friends. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Cora Homestay near Talpona Beach! Our family of 6, including 2 children and 4 adults, found the place perfect for a relaxing holiday. We chose Casa De Dona Telma because we wanted to stay in a Goanese house. High ceilings, large rooms, tall windows—this place had it all. The location was perfect. It is in the heart of Madgao yet situated in a peaceful locality. We could easily visit South Goa, North Goa, and interior Goa from there. The house had all the basic amenities required for cooking. We enjoyed preparing our breakfasts, sitting in the very large dining room, and chatting late into the evenings. Savio, the host, was exceptional. From the day we booked the homestay, he stayed in touch, answering all our queries promptly and helping us with local transportation. Whenever we needed something, no matter how small, he arranged it without delay. Thank you, Savio, for your hospitality. I would highly recommend this place.

We stayed here for 10 days and enjoyed the place a lot. Its a good calm place where you can enjoy with your family in goa. Its secured and can order food from outside as well via other food delivering app. Overall 10/10 for this place. I will strongly recommend this place for staying.

Our stay at Vishal’s house was absolutely enjoyable. Private location and peaceful surrounding offered us great relaxing time. House looked exactly as shown on the photos, rooms felt even more spacious. House was clean and tidy, even brand new towels were provided. And Diljit, our everyday house caretaker- he was truly amazing! He was quick to respond, sometimes arrived to house just few minutes after his comment. He helped us with every possible request we had- either ATM, pharmacy, trip to Netravali park or even a wish to grill prawns at home. Nothing was impossible for him. We would surely choose this house next time again and strongly recommend it! It’s a lovely pearl in a quiet neighbourhood close to Patnem beach!

Our stay at this property by the River Sal was truly wonderful! The rooms provided stunning views of the river. Romehome was incredibly helpful in making our stay comfortable and memorable! Khushi was responsive and ensured we had everything we needed, and the caretaker, Inder was attentive and friendly. The location is fantastic – it’s just a short walk to the beach. Plus, the shopping arcade nearby is a great bonus! From quaint shops to great dining options, everything we needed was close by. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax in a picturesque setting. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

I stayed here with my partner, toddler, mom and sister and were happy and comfortable! The area is set back from the road, full of beautiful trees and plants and feels safe and relaxed. The hosts are in a house next door and were helpful and responsive. There’s a little path down to palolem that takes 5 minutes, or patnem is a 15 min walk/3 min tuk tuk ride away. Agnelo and Hazel are great hosts and are very friendly to approach. They suggested amazing restaurants to check out as well. Check in process was smooth. They were very hospitable.
