We stayed in this charming apartment for a few days and couldn't have been happier! Liked the funky interior with breakfast bar. Plenty of space and shelves. Everything we wanted and as listed and a lovely clean pool on site for swimming. We were close to many restaurants and Patnem beach only 10 minutes walk. So glad we chose to stay here! Hardeep was very helpful and ensured we were happy!

Place was really clean and quite close to the major tourist spots and market. Host was super helpful and responded quickly whenever reached out. No complaints whatsoever.

Amazing place to stay we felt like we Wr back home the location is amazing and accessible to most of the beautiful beaches in south Goa. The place was exactly the same as show in the pictures both the host Neha and Abhishek were so friendly and co-operative on all our additional requirements. This was my first time in South Goa and I am glad that I booked Shivani's place. She is an awesome host who is always ready to greet, meet and support the guests. As mentioned in other reviews she also helped with local recommendations and shared detailed itenary for South Goa. Would definitely want to come again and stay for longer duration this time. The property was well maintained and decorated from heart by the host. It almost near a Forest Area so be ready to encounter Monkeys, Langoors and different species of birds chirping during morning hours. Overall a great stay by a Great Host. Last but not the least there are many scams going around car, scooty and cab rentals in Goa but folks suggested by Shivani for the same were Genuine Folks. They did not try to overcharge or fetch extra money from us. Shivani's place is highly recommended by us.

We had a wonderful stay at Preksha’s Airbnb! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures and described in the listing. It was super close to the beach, just a 5-10 minutes, which was perfect. Preksha was an amazing host — she was incredibly responsive and kept checking in to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. She also provided very clear instructions about the property in advance, which made everything easy and stress-free. The property itself was spotless, beautifully done, and well-maintained. Overall, it was definitely worth it, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay

What a lovely apartment, I had a great stay. The apartment was even better than the photos. So quiet, lovely area, and close to everything. It was lovely inside with very large terraces. You can watch the sunrise from the windows or the terrace. Leena was great, very responsive and gave me loads of recommendations for restaurants. I absolutely loved it and will definitely stay again. We chose Casa De Dona Telma because we wanted to stay in a Goanese house. High ceilings, large rooms, tall windows—this place had it all. The location was perfect. It is in the heart of Madgao yet situated in a peaceful locality. We could easily visit South Goa, North Goa, and interior Goa from there. The house had all the basic amenities required for cooking. We enjoyed preparing our breakfasts, sitting in the very large dining room, and chatting late into the evenings. Savio, the host, was exceptional. From the day we booked the homestay, he stayed in touch, answering all our queries promptly and helping us with local transportation. Whenever we needed something, no matter how small, he arranged it without delay. Thank you, Savio, for your hospitality. I would highly recommend this place.

Our stay in the four-bedroom Airbnb in Goa was nothing short of fantastic. The spacious accommodation provided a comfortable and luxurious environment for our group. The location was ideal, offering both tranquility and easy access to Goa's vibrant scene. However, what truly set our experience apart was the exceptional hospitality of our host, Girish. His warmth, attentiveness, and local insights enriched our stay, making it truly memorable. We wholeheartedly give this Airbnb a five-star rating, thanks to Girish's outstanding hosting.

Very beautifull and clean villa. Had all the basic amenities for use in good condition. Had cleaning ladies cleaning the place everyday morning. Location is good and colva beach is very close to the place. Grocery store, department store and fairly good eating options available nearby. Also food delivery apps delivery available. Pool was very clean and overall vibe of the place is very inviting. Cleaning ladies and the caretaker were good behaved. Owner was resposive over chat and helped to locate nearby good restaurants, stores and vehicle renting options. It's a good gated society hence very safe to go with family and friends. Highly recommended.

Tanvi and Dipanshu's place is absolutely amazing!! We had a fantastic stay in the traditional cottage which is set in beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The location is perfect and there are lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance, also the beautiful beach of Patnem is only a scenic 10 minute walk away. The AC works great as does the WiFi. The cottage itself is very spacious and extremely comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need including a big fridge/freezer and the large bathroom has a lovely shower which seems to have endless hot water! What really makes this place special is the big outside balcony area where you can relax on the comfortable furniture and listen to all the different wildlife. The hosts were always available and helpful.. I would definitely recommend this beautiful traditional Goan cottage to future guests 🙂

We had a truly wonderful stay at villa Azul. Ishita was a responsive host and the caretakers Pappu and Sangeeta were friendly and so helpful. The house is set down a road lined by coconut groves and it really feels like the Goa of the past that I grew up knowing - rustic, charming and sleepy - but with all our modern needs met. It is such a bonus that it is a pet friendly place as we were able to bring our small elderly dog who could safely wander the compound thanks to a boundary wall. The property is immaculate, with a well maintained garden and faultless cleaning indoors too. Basic supplies such as tea, coffee, milk, eggs and bread are provided - but stock up on anything else you need at a general store beforehand. I'd be back in a heartbeat as it was the perfect setting to unwind with a book, in the hammock or on the veranda. Thank you for a memorable visit.

Mavila is a wonderful host and is very quick to respond and sorted all our queries before our arrival. During our stay she took care and followed-up to ensure we had a good stay. The villa has a fantastic location in a quiet and safe area. It is around 5 mins drive to the quieter Fatrade and Zalor beach and about 10-15mins drive to Cavelossim. There are bike rentals right next to the villa (Joe's bike rental), and Joe is also very helpful to arrange bikes on short notice. The villa has 4 air-conditioned rooms, clean bathrooms with hot water too, and the villa is very clean and spacious. It has all the required amenities with an equipped kitchen at home for a comfortable stay. Thank you Mavila for taking your time to ensure my family had an enjoyable stay.

I stayed at this amazing place for three nights and absolutely loved it! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and looked exactly like the photos. Everything was just as described, which made our stay super comfortable and hassle-free. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. She also gave us some fantastic local recommendations that really added to our experience. The location is another big plus—it’s just a short walk to the serene Zalor Beach, which was perfect for morning strolls and relaxing sunsets. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy the South side of Goa, nearest beach is Palolem, is just 2km away. The appartment was very clean, looked exactly like the photos, and check-in and check-out was smooth and flexible. One thing that really stood out to me was the additional support provided by Lalitha, Lalitha was very friendly and provided advice throughout my stay. As this was my first time visiting Goa, her detailed guidelines helped me a lot - Lalitha recommended good restaurants, shared trusted contacts from water activities, bike rentals and more. Unlike other hosts, Lalitha is very helpful and responsive, communicated with me from the moment booked, giving advices, sharing best itinerary without asking.

I stayed here for two whole weeks and felt right at home. The apartment is perfectly located in the south, allowing you to explore all the nearby haunts of Palolem and Patnem with ease. The restaurants nearby are nice and there is also a general store very nearby for added convenience. Perfect for long stays if you're looking to soak in the beauty of south Goa. The view from the balcony was soothing and I also enjoyed the occasional visits of the monkeys (there's a net in the balcony to protect you, don't worry). The WiFi is fast and reliable if you're looking to work remotely out of here. The apartment has a guard for added security and all the people working there are ultra sweet, even the doggos. Madhavi was very kind and friendly and was proactive any time I needed anything. The caretaker Nilesh was also super helpful and always available, and he also helped me get a bike rental of good value. I truly enjoyed my time here and certainly look forward to staying here again.

We loved our stay at Anand's place. Very spacious in a peaceful, tranquil setting. Perfect getaway from noisy Mumbai. Loved the balcony for morning coffee with views of lush greenery. Definitely would stay again.

Fantastic apartment & host! Berty's place is ideal for staying in Colva, particularly for a longer period. REALLY well equipped with just about anything you can think of > fridge, gas hob, water purifier, washing machine, smart TV. It has good AC and hot water. It was all the other small touches as well - needles/ thread, 1st aid kit, liquid for the washing machine, condiments in the kitchen, a few drinks and snacks, hair dryer, iron, spare pillows/ blankets. Cleaner comes every few days. The apartment has a good sized, clean pool and a decent gym with few cardio machines, basic free weights, multi-machine. Location is just a five mins walk to the beach and far enough back so it is always quiet and calm. 3 mins to a small shop,10 mins walk to our favourite cafe (Baytree), 15 to our favourite beach shack (Pinacolada). Berty is a fantastic host. Always on the other end of the phone & happy to help with anything you need. He put up with our frequent change in plans without complaint!

Our stay at the place was awesome! Shankar and Jagdish were very responsive and helpful at every hour of the day. When we checked in we had a couple of questions and Jagdish came over to answer those questions and assure us of the security of the place. Even though this could be done on the phone, he took the effort of coming over. The overall place was clean, chiç and well maintained. The cleaning service is done every alternate days and is done very efficiently. Just a couple of things that could be bothersome - The washrooms are a little crammed up with very little leg space. My husband, who is over 6 ft, wouldn't fit on the toilet space. - The bedsheets may have not been completely clean as my husband and I both had itching on our legs after a nap. However, our overall experience was amazing and I would definately recommend this place for peaceful time in Goa.

Stay was very beautiful and comfortable. Everything you need is super close. Felt safe, right and home far away from home at Ally’s place. I will definitely book it again whenever there’s any plan for south goa.
