I have one word for this place and it is AMAZING! Everything you see in the pictures is exactly how it is in real life. The view was unbeatable and all of the amenities were top notch. My family and I made so many beautiful memories during our stay. We loved her house so much I extended our trip a day just so we could stay for longer and Elizabeth had no issue letting me stay another night. I truly couldn’t have picked a better place for our vacation this year. No complaints! 10 out of 10! You will NOT regret booking with Elizabeth and staying in her wonderful home!

It was very nice to stay at this place. Off the beaten path, but has its own beautiful scenery outside.

Brandon was an amazing host. The Airbnb was VERY family friendly and had everything you can think of from magazines to board games even a PlayStation. The location was peaceful and quiet. Our hosts left a new container of worms for us to fish which was super nice and helpful. Will recommend this place to our friends and will visit again soon.

We had a great stay! We visited outer banks for my mother’s birthday and she loved every minute. This home is very close to the Wright Brothers Memorial and all the nice beaches of the outer banks. All of their restaurant/eatery recommendations were spot on. Of note, if you are traveling with dogs, the neighbors on either side of the home have dogs and they are frequently barking. If you want a quick breakfast before heading out for the day, stop at the gas station down the road (TJs) they make a pretty egg and cheese on a biscuit!

The house was a good size to accommodate our family of 13, and was very clean and comfortable. The views couldn’t have been any more beautiful! There were plenty of things to do around the property, and close by. Garet was very clear with instructions and things to do near by! Would definitely love to stay again! Thank you for allowing my family to stay at your home.

What a great time we had at this house. We arrived in town to celebrate a wedding and the house had plenty of room. What a beautifu view and so serene. I especially enjoyed having our morning coffee on the deck overlooking the water. The temperature was perfect for our stay allowing us to check out the community as well. Beautiful place and very responsive host. Directions were easy to follow and everything was nicely laid out. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great stay in the outer banks! The view was just as amazing as the photos show. We loved the paddle boards and kayaks- so easy to use and get in and out. The host was super responsive as well with all communication. We would stay again!

We had a relaxing stay in a peaceful, country setting. The home has a cozy, private feel, and we really enjoyed the beautiful weather and quiet time by the water. Fishing was a fun bonus, and the views made for a really calming backdrop. The house had what we needed for a comfortable week stay, and the host was kind and responsive in communications. It’s definitely a place for unplugging and slowing down, and we appreciated the chance to recharge in a quieter corner of the state.

Really enjoyed the condo it was a perfect base camp for a variety of activities in the OBX. There was a well stocked kitchen which was great as we did a lot of home meals. The condo was nicely decorated, and the beds were super comfy! James was easy to contact and communicated back quickly if asked a question. Was a great stay.

Clean, comfortable, and nice decor. I like to cook... this home away from home had great cookware and beautiful dishes. We enjoyed wonderful sunrises from the bedroom window. A great place to stay!!!

Great stay at Jean’s place. The Fairport Harbour location is safe, has plenty of activities including a fitness center, hot tub, pool and marina. Streets are beautifully kept, walkable and peaceful. Friendly neighbors. What a gem!

Mary and Larry’s house was absolutely amazing and comfortable. We have two small children and they both loved our stay there and they didn’t want to leave! Their place is so beautiful and easy walk to the beach and swimming pool. They have all the beach equipments and toys ready for us to use and the huge inflatable duck float was definitely a big hit for our kids. Thank you so much again for your kindness and hospitality, Mary and Larry! It was nice meeting you. We will definitely come back and stay at their place again!

Patricia’s cottage had everything we needed to make ourselves comfortable, best of all the view and area provided the peace and tranquillity we needed the most. Patricia was extremely thoughtful, friendly and kind and she took extra steps to make us and our furr babies feel beyond welcomed. Patricia was an exceptional host and we will absolutely be back very soon!! Highly recommend!

We were attending the Bass master tournament in Elizabeth city. It was an easy drive day and night. Such a beautiful cabin. Loved looking out over the water each day and night. Plenty of room for our family of 4 and my husband had room to park the boat. Appreciated the quick response to all questions. Felt like we were home with the full kitchen, washer dryer, and strong WiFi. Hope to stay again.

This was our second stay at Chris's waterfront cottage. We were lucky enough to be here during the local Christmas holiday festivities in Oriental. Chris's place was so peaceful and serene. We can't wait to stay again!

We very much enjoyed our stay. When we walked in for the first time it was clean, inviting and had a calm, peaceful atmosphere. Everything was easy to find throughout the house, and the instructions for check-in, the stay and check-out were very clear and easy to follow. We found everything in good, working condition. The time and attention to detail taken for this rental made it easy to have a great stay. It was only a couple minutes drive to the beach, and the neighborhood was very nice for walking in as well. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for a providing such a great place for a beach vacation!

This cottage was perfect for our family's spring break trip. It was peaceful, quiet, and a quick walk to the beach! The cottage itself was wonderful--clean, decorated wonderfully, and surprisingly spacious!

We had a great stay at Michelle’s place! The house was spacious and had a great layout for our family. There was plenty of room on the large sofa, and we loved dining on the screened in porch. The house is in a great location with easy access to the grocery store and plenty of restaurants. We rented bikes and the kids loved biking to the pool and around the large neighborhood. The beach was a little bit of a walk but was definitely doable especially with a wagon to haul our things. The house is also a short drive to a great sound side beach. Michelle was very responsive and clear with communication. When we had an issue with the WiFi she resolved it right away. Check in was also a breeze. Between the beach, pool, paddle boarding on the sound, reading on the porch, board games, and surf lessons for the kids (Endless Summer Surf OBX) we had a fabulous week! We would definitely choose Michelle’s place for our Avon vacation again!

From beginning to end this cottage is off the charts. Cute, unique, functiinal, confortable, well organized, thoroughly supplied and the location is private and beautiful.
