The place is exactly like the photos. Check in & check out procedures are simple and hassel free. There is a few little stores and laundry matt across the road. The roof top pool and restaurant is very nice and can also eat downstairs in front of the pool. The apartment is away from the hustle and its so peaceful & you can easily get a side car or grab to the main action and shopping malls and it's so cheap. There is security at the main entrance so you always feel safe, even walking around outside is safe. The room was very clean and the bed is so comfortable! All the staff are very friendly and helpful, and dealing with Kaye was so easy and she's very responsive. Make sure you book this place, you won't be disappointed!!! If you ever wanted to design your own "man cave penthouse", this place is exactly that! Exactly as pictured and well-designed in every way. A big step in quality above most rentals in the Philippines. Speaking of which, noise is always a wild card with rentals in the Philippines, but this unit is great because it's near the top of the building and faces the interior courtyard, not the street, so it's quiet. Jacq is a very organized, friendly guy who takes the utmost pride in presenting his place in pristine condition. It is personally cleaned by him and his family to a standard that rivals 5-star hotels in the West. I can't say enough positive things about this property. Go experience it yourself!

II was very pleased to stay Dwight place. Communication was very-very good. Location is very nice, the place as well. It has a few pools, massage spa area, few restaurants with affordable rates. Other words for Dwight itself, he is very kind and helpful man, with a ton of respect to their guest. Overall, I 100% recommend this place, and we definitely stay there again.

Very clean new unit . Large clean bathroom. Large and comfortable king size bed . Internet worked well . If your staying more than one night I suggest you buy some TP and bring some dish soap and paper towels or dish cloth and Personal soaps and toothbrush.. Pool and other amenities in the residences are wonderful with very nice and helpful staff. The rooftop pools are a must visit especially on Saturday after 4 pm . The sky lounge restaurant is very good . Within walking distance to Margarita Station and about 4 perimeter Rd bars . 150 php trycycle ride to good Korean restaurants on Korea town and to the beginning of Res Street . Good inexpensive massages in the building . Would definitely book this unit again

Jai passé un très agréable séjour chez honey. Elle a été très réactive et arrangeante a mon égard (mon vol partait le soir et elle m'a permise de partir un peu plus tard afin que je puisse me reposer convenablement avant mon départ). L'appartement était fidèle à la description de l'annonce et très propres et tout les services proposés dans la résidence était à la hauteur de mes attentes un grand merci au personnel de la résidence qui eux aussi sont très réactif et très sympathique. Et surtout un grand merci à vous Honey je reviendrais avec grand plaisir 😉😉😉

Great unit in a very good complex. Unit has all I needed, great bed, zircon, tv and great pressure and heating showroom.Nice couch to sit and watch a movie for those lazy days.Complex has 3 great pools anice rooftop restaurant,easy walk to SM clark, tricycles at the door.and jeepneys short walk away,. I have no hesitation in recommending the unit, and will rebook again.Great place to base yourself, close enough to everything but far enough away to be a bit more peaceful. I really have no negatives to say about the unit and the complex, great place and a good host.
