Amazing Stay at Fahim’s Place! I recently stayed at Fahim’s place in Colombo, and it was a fantastic experience. The property was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a hassle-free stay. The location was ideal, providing easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Fahim was an outstanding host, always responsive and ready to assist. I highly recommend Fahim’s place to anyone visiting Colombo and would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Tolle Wohnung , toller Gastgeber und gute Lage. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und unsere ganze Müdigkeit war nach dem langen Flug verschwunden, als wir auf dem Roof top waren. Die Unterkunft ist extrem sauber, der Ausblick fantastisch. Savon hat uns freundlich begrüßt und schnell reagiert.

Отличное расположение, просторная квартира, бассейн на крыше с видом на море и тренажёрный зал. В квартире есть всё необходимое. Перебоев со светом не бывает — есть генератор. Отличный быстрый Wi-Fi.

We stayed at this place for over two weeks. Host Sudaththa and the manager Lakshanee were responsive and ready to help. Our flight arrived after midnight and the drive from airport was slow due to heavy rain. Lakshanee waited for us to let us in and introduce the facilities. They were also happy to accommodate our request to get some groceries for our immediate needs. The pool on the roof is small but very clean and is set in nice surroundings (can see the ocean from the rooftop). A/c units and fans kept us cool and the generator on standby meant there was no power interruption for more than a few seconds. The security guards were alert even after 19 pm and opened the gate for us when we were a little late to get back. Overall the experience was better than anticipated. The kitchen utensil range is limited but if we had asked I believe what we needed would have been provided. We did not because we only needed to make breakfast and tea there.

I enjoyed a peaceful week at Faazil's apartment. It's very spacious, clean and offers good facilities for self catering... having use of a washing machine and oven was much appreciated. The bedroom is quiet and bed comfortable. ACs are installed throughout the apartment. It was nice to have house plants and good natural light. The location is great for strolling to Galle Face Green. Many thanks to Faazil for easy communication, hassle free check in and flexible check in-out times.

Peter was an amazingly proactive and helpful host, more than happy to give help and advice and answer any questions. The apartment was just as described. Very comfortable with good facilities and a perfect mix of being on a relatively quiet street with sea views but so close to amenities and transport options.

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The property was exactly as described in the listing (if not better!) and spotlessly clean. The location of the property perfectly located for whatever needed to do. It is about 50 meters from the main road, so you don't hear the noise from the main road. It was incredibly convenient and made exploring a breeze. The nivanka/nadee were incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. They provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. There was a full time care taker at the property and the Shanika - property manager was very helpful. Whatever questions were resolved over a text message I truly felt at home during my stay, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area, and I would love to stay here again the next time. Thank you, for such a memorable stay!

The house was very neat and clean. It had necessary cooking elements also. The most beautiful thing was the sea view just exactly as the picture which you can enjoy just by sitting on the bed. The area had also lots of local veg non veg restaurants. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay at rika's place.

Lovely property in the suburbs of Colombo! Perfect for a small group of friends and family of 4-5 people. Extremely spacious rooms with well thought out furniture and fittings and to top it all off a large patio to unwind and chill.

Unser Heim in Colombo! Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und modern. Ein Highlight ist die Dachterrasse. Jo spricht, was in Sri Lanka nicht die Regel ist, ausgezeichnet Englisch. Sie und ihre Familie haben sich sehr um uns und unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Die Aufnahme war sehr familiär und herzlich. Ihr Angebot, dass wir uns bei etwaigen problematischen Situationen während unseres Sri Lanka Aufhalst telefonisch an sie um Hilfe wenden können, ist uns eine sehr gute Beruhigung. Gastfreundschaft wird hier groß geschrieben! Das Haus ist günstig gelegen, Restaurants, Supermarkt und Busstation in Laufnähe. Mit den Bussen ist man direkt sehr schnell in der Innenstadt und am Bahnhof. Wir vergeben vollen Herzens 5 Sterne plus 5 Extrasterne für die Gastfreundchaft.

I was very happy with my stay at Osho's place. Exceptionally clean, functional and good quality furniture. One of the very few places in SL where the kitchen is spacious and well resourced, specially cooking pots were new and of great quality. Everything was top notch.... Congratulations to this family for putting so much care and attention. Location is perfect close to beach and to shops and transport. Ranjit, their father lives downstairs and was available by phone and personally when needed. For a solo female traveler very very safe indeed. I highly recommend Osho's place....you will be delighted and surprised on how welcoming this place feels As I need to return to Colombo I have already booked my second stay

My elderly mother, a relative and myself stayed at Prasanna’s place. Prasanna was a friendly host and facilitated especially the needs of my mother. The house was a silent peaceful place. I managed to read a lot in my stay and participated online conference from there. We had good overnight sleep in those great air conditioned rooms. The garden was spacious with lots of trees . Many of them had local fruit which we enjoyed with permission from Prasanna. Local areas were still villages and good to experience the feel of Sri Lankan villages

The Palm Beach Villa was absolutely amazing! Piyal, the house manager, was waiting for us at the airport, and drove us to the Villa, even tho we arrived early in the morning. There was a wonderful breakfast waiting for us upon our arrival. Piyal and Sujami took such great care of us during the day, and Sumith was there all night, which made us feel very safe. We weren't expecting the high level of pampering we received from the 3 of them. It really made our stay truly relaxing. The Villa and grounds are beautiful! The dogs were an added surprise, and were definitely part of the experience :) The pool was heavenly! The beach was right there!!! and was so beautiful and virtually empty! Watching and helping with the morning fishermen was an experience we will never forget! The location is so private, but close enough to many of the island's attractions. Piyal was a gracious host, driver, and AMAZING cook!!! Sujami was so sweet and helpful. Sumith was great! Will def be back!

Very nice place, and couple minutes walking distance to town - all the shopping and restaurants you could ask for. The host family is very nice, accommodating, and reaponsive. Great stay! So much more than this traveler needed, and oh so nice. Loved being able to do laundry. Did it at night and it was dry in the morning - they have a drying rack which was awesome. Thank you for everything!

Great location, and more than I expected. We had a great time and the host was really good at checking in on us and making the whole trip smooth. He taught how to turn on the POOL JACUZZI!! It was amazing! The bed sheets and towels were brand new or felt new! The space was spotless. We walked right across to the beach and had some amazing food! Surprise is mentioned the hosts name and you get some great service. Everyone seems to know him! The backyard is really quiet and you can have a lovely drink in the Gazebo overlooking the pool. This was a great find! I would recommend this for single and family visitors! Sri Lanka is amazing and the host is a true island hospitality king! We felt safe in the house and the neighborhood. Great WiFi and fully stocked kitchen! Bathrooms were spotless and great shower pressure. We loved it all and wished we stayed longer.

Indeed a SUPER HOST! She accommodated all our requests with kindness and professionalism including early check in. Property is incredibly clean and beautiful especially it is a spacious house with lots of day light located in third floor. Interior is decently done and has all required amenities. Tusitha ensured to provide us clean towels and bed linens frequently. Famous shopping places are walking distance as well as great restaurants. Neighbourhood is safe and quiet even we can travel mid of the night. It is always super easy to book a cab via Uber or Pick me due to location convenience. Not only Tusitha as a host but also her mother treated us with respect and kindness and were extremely friendly. Their hospitality is top notch and we are very glad that we found this place via AirBNB. We can recommend Tusita as a host and her property without any hesitation.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. The spacious apartment was perfect for our needs, especially with all our stuff. The electric clothes rack was a nice touch, and the location made it easy to explore the city. The security guard was super patient, which we really appreciated. A minor con was the AC dripping into the middle of the hall balcony, but it didn’t affect our overall experience. Highly recommend this place for a convenient and comfortable stay in Colombo!

We had a very enjoyable stay in Colombo. The hosts communicated very well from the initial contact we had with them. They were professional in their services, flexible, the apartment was also very clean and the linen was good quality.

The place was really cool. It had everything at a walkable distance. We had flexible early check in, which most of the Airbnb really don't do, but the host Shiffon he was kind enough to come by himself and guide us to the house.

The apartment was nice and cosy. Had lovely views of the city and the sea. Located in a safe area with security at the ground level. Lots of amenities within walking distance or a short tuk ride away. Ahmed and Shaira are also sweet and very responsive hosts. They personally came to check us in and out. They even have a little guide with recommendations for tourists. No regrets staying in Alfred Fern. Definitely will go back again on our next trip to Colombo!

We had a fantastic time at the appartement. The Caretaker as well as Prajot been super helpful and always been reachable for us. The location of the place is perfect starts with going out for food or shopping as well as the fantastic view. We loved being able to use the spacious and clean pool as Colombo gets really hot during the day. Everything has been absolutely great for us and we would surely stay here again.

Stayed with 2 other people. Tamara was a great host. She was very helpful and communicative. She was particularly helpful as we navigated our airport cab driver who needed additional directions. You get what you see in the photos on the listing. A note for people with big bags or luggage: you will have to use stairs to get to the rooms (one room is on the 2nd floor along with the kitchen and dining, and the other two are on the 3rd) The rooms had towels and linens, comfy beds, although could do with a bit more dusting prior to people checking in. Tamara left bottled water for us in the fridge as well, which we appreciated. You will have all the basic necessities. While it's not a major issue, we were surprised by the open holes in the bathroom showers. They are high enough to give you privacy, but open out into the side of the building with no screen or cover. Overall, this is a good choice if you need a safe place to sleep and leave your things, as you explore Colombo.

A Perfect Stay with Stunning Views! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely Airbnb, and I can't recommend it enough! The beautiful view of the Indian Ocean truly made our stay unforgettable. The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the beach, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the stunning scenery. Our only regret was not being able to enjoy the rooftop pool due to our busy schedule, but it just gives us another reason to return! The property felt very safe, which was a big plus for us. Vasanty and Joseph were incredible hosts—they were very accommodating and went above and beyond to assist us with our special needs. Their hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. If we find ourselves in the area again on our next trip to Sri Lanka, we would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
