Jeff provided an excellent stay for our group, from restaurant recommendations to tourist attractions, he took care of us. All of us had a great time, the location was perfect, and check-in/check-out was a breeze!

Our family stayed at the Anchors Away townhouse in August 2024, and we couldn’t be happier about the house and the location! Very close to the beach, easy to get around, such a peaceful and beautiful location. The house is very big, lit and clean, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you Jo for the wonderful experience!

Location! Location! Location! I plan to come back and never leave the condo, because although Jermeys beach front abode was perfection! And the entire property was well maintained, I found PCB (during spring break) to be a bit ratchet. For anyone wondering I was told outside of Spring Break PCB is less intense. Otherwise my family of 5 and fur babe loved our time at this immaculate condo and had everything we needed!

Amazing view. Everything matched the pictures. We will be back. A bar across the road and walkable grocery store.

It's a privilege to have access to a property in this special place with easy access to the beach and the Seaside community. The master bed was super comfy and the wrap-around porch was nice. We appreciated having some toys for sand castle building at the ready and other little thoughtful things like a great refrigerator and washer/dryer. The Haardt House is part of important social architectural history and was attractive to us for the special access to a little history.

David’s place was absolutely perfect !! We will definitely be back !!

The location of David’s place is perfect! Beautiful, quiet area with amazing ocean views from both balconies. We especially loved being able to bring our pup. We were close to stores, restaurants and Pier Park. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Mark is definitely a super host. This is the 7th place I've stayed at in PCB, and let me tell you, it is my absolute favorite! Beautifully decorated, clean, everything you could need in the kitchen, very nice floors, and I must say again, CLEAN. Loved the beachy vibes. Breathtaking view, watch for the dolphins when you stay here. I look forward to staying here again.

We had a great stay at Todd’s house. The kids enjoyed the decorations, bunk beds, and loved the pool. The heater on the pool was nice to have! The beach was a 3 minute walk. Appreciate that they were very responsive when we had any questions.

We loved this place. First time staying here and we won’t stay anywhere else. They have a tiki grill right in the resort and the prices for meals are amazingly affordable - we didn’t have to leave to get food if we didn’t want to. It’s right on the beach. The room had way more amentities than expected - all we brought was food, extra trash bags and laundry detergent. I give this 10 stars hands die.

This house is perfect!! Great location to the beach access and everything else including restaurants, shopping, etc. Everything was clean and well kept. John responded within 30 mins to all questions. We would definitely come back to this house in the future!

Stayed Thanksgiving week, 4 adults, 4 kids 10-13 years of age. Safe area, short walk to beach, overall we had a great experience.

Fantastic place to stay within emerald resort beach! Beautifully decorated, waves near your balcony. Best part was this host was extremely accommodating, we lost our place for one more night and not only did he give us a one night stay but let us check in immediately!! Really great person, super thankful for his kindness! Would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful Stay! Highly Recommend! We had the pleasure of staying at Mitch's place, and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was beautifully decorated, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, and I especially loved the costal themed decor. The location was perfect – pretty much close to everything. We had no trouble getting around. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Panama City Beach. Just a side note, if you are older, don't go during Spring Break time.

Beautiful oceanfront townhouse in a perfect Seagrove location! The private beach access made our stay extra relaxing, and the home was clean, spacious, and well-equipped for our family. Waking up to ocean views every morning was a dream. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway.

This is a great location and a great place to stay. Easy beach access and a relatively spacious part of the beach. Even on spring break there was plenty of room to move and play. We saw a lot of other spots on the beach that were packed with people in comparison. The condo is in great shape, quiet and well equipped for meal prep and beach life. Washer and dryer very handy. You do have to bring your own beach towels and beach amenities - which is tough if you are flying - but beach chairs and an umbrella are easy to rent in the area with a little planning. Close to lots of shops and restaurants - some walkable. Dora makes everything easy - I highly recommend!

The condo was clean and as described/pictured. Hosts were excellent with communication. The location of the condo, including vicinity right on the beach was exactly what we hoped it would be. Plenty of cooking accessories in the kitchen. Beach accessories in the condo were enjoyed as well. Overall, the family had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Was everything I expected and more!

Well worth the money spent for a relaxing vacation! The host was incredibly communicative and responsive.

Mimi's condo was perfect for our family of four with two teen boys. The condo was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the view was gorgeous, everything was perfect. Mimi responded immediately when I had any questions and provided amenities like beach chairs, beach umbrella, etc. My family loved the condo 🤍

When we need to book a stay in Panama City Beach, we check with Fred first. Previous experience has been great from the booking to the accommodations to communication. Rates are reasonable, we love the area, and their skill in providing comfortable, practical, and attractive lodging is always evident.
