The house was immaculately clean! Pool was beautiful and the house had plenty of beach chairs, toys for anyone coming with kids! While it is further from the beach (about 3 blocks) it was an easy walk or golf cart ride. Craig responded extremely quickly when we would message. Opening and closing up the house with his instructions was very easy and minimal! The heated pool was amazing! Definitely recommend

Sarah was a great host and the place was perfect for our groups spring break! Such a close walk to the beach and restaurants! Absolutely loved the area and would definitely stay again.

Karen gave my family and I such a wonderful and stress free vacation from the moment we booked and beyond! She was very kind and reached out personally mutiple times to not only check on us but to even help excite us for the vacation. Her response time was immaculate! The house was also just like the pictures and we enjoyed all the amenities! What a deal for all the fun things to do under one roof! Even us older "kids" found ourselves on the trampoline and shooting hoops by the pool! The massage in the jacuzzi was the perfect ending to every night! We had an amazing stay, the house is beautiful and well taken care of. The location was great, Meredith provided great recommendations and we got to explore the area very easily. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to find and the instructions for check in and check out were straightforward. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great place, very clean, very peaceful, feels like you’re at home. Property manger lives in the same neighborhood and was very helpful and friendly. You won’t be dissatisfied staying here.

This is our 2nd stay at Kiersten's place. We love the house and the neighborhood. Kiersten is a very responsive host. It is convenient to many stores, restaurants and the beach. Of course, Thomas' Donuts is a MUST and it is an easy ride on the golf cart.

Great place in a fantastic location. Walking distance to everything including restaurants, beach, and shopping. Green space behind the house was perfect for our 5 young kids to play. Pleasant surprise to find plenty of beach toys and chairs stored on the patio. While the beach amenity is private there is plenty of room to bring your own chairs and umbrellas. Highly recommended.

Brian helped make our trip seamless and effortless, he always responded quickly and made some great local recommendations for us. The house is absolutely stunning and less than a five minute walk from the beach. The layout is perfect, and the master bedroom is gorgeous. The pool is the perfect size and heats up nicely. The next-door neighbor was super sweet and helpful the entire time! My group and I never wanted to leave. I couldn’t recommend a better place to spend your vacation. Bonus points for the Panini press.

House was better than described…I have stayed at many Airbnb’s and this hike was by far the best value…We will be returning. Great house, great location. We loved our stay!!!

LOVED this place! Such a great home away from home. It was stocked well and had plenty of space for our family to spread out. Would definitely stay here again! Quiet location away from the hustle of PCB. The house was walkable to the beach but the golf cart was a plus! We loved driving down front beach road and seeing all of the views. I would recommend to all of my friends and family.

As a family of 5, we found John’s place to be the perfect home to stay in! Very spacious, quiet area, and cozy home! The hot tub was a great way to end a relaxing day, a quick minute golf cart ride to the beach was the cherry on top! And contacting John was easy, he was so kind and responsive. We had no issues so didn’t need to contact him for anything while being there. I’d stay there again for sure!

This was one of my favorite Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! My friends and I had an amazing time. Tracie is by far the best host I’ve ever worked with. She was super responsive, kind, and accommodating. She gave tons of excellent recommendations for fun things to do and was flexible with check-in/check-out because we were flying in from Boston. Could not recommend this place more!!

We called this home the Flip-flop house! Super cozy and decorated with a great beach vibe. Conveniently located to Schooners, Patches, Fins and much more. Loved it!

Absolutely 5 stars! This Airbnb just outside Rosemary Beach was everything our family needed for the perfect vacation—and then some. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with all the little extras that make traveling with kids easier (hello, beach chairs, towels, and even board games!). The location was dreamy—peaceful and private, yet just minutes from the charm and buzz of Rosemary Beach. We spent our days biking to the beach, watching sunsets, and making memories around the dinner table and fire pit. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and responsive, making us feel more like guests in a friend’s home than renters. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we left with full hearts, sun-kissed faces, and plans to return next year. If you’re looking for a special place to create lifelong family memories, this is it!

Spent a week there with our kids. Pool was awesome and warm during late March/early February. It was a short walk to the beach. The space was well designed, clean and inviting. Hosts were very responsive. Enough room for more than one family. Golf cart was very convenient and a great way to get around the area. Plenty of restaurants close by as well.

What a wonderful place to stay in PCB. Walking distance to the beautiful beaches and short drives to all the amenities that the area has to offer. House was immaculately clean with plenty of space for everyone. The pool and hot tub are First Class. The game room was used by everyone and a nice place for kids & adults to have some fun. The huge porch was the perfect place for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as the family Game Nights! I would recommend this house for anyone looking for the perfect family vacation in PCB.
