The house was great. It was clean and had everything one would need for a vacation. The host was very helpful and very responsive. The only thing one would need to know is the bathroom situation. It only has access through 2 of the bedrooms so if anyone staying in the 3rd bedroom will need to walk through another guest room to get to it. But it’s definitely worth it considering the price to rent the place. We will definitely be back to the area and will again rent from these hosts. They also have other rentals so be sure to check out all that they have to plan your perfect vacation. Thank you so much for everything Alicia & John!

Would highly recommend! The location was 10/10 and walking distance to the beach as well! Beautiful house and Beth was so helpful and great when communicating with her! We definitely would love to come back next year!

Sayra and Jeff were so great . They were very responsible, the place had everything we needed, very clean , and we will definitely visit again. Mr.Jeff was very responsive when Ms.Sayra wasn’t able to respond quickly. They accommodated us so well . Thank you guys for the great stay .

Paul and Janet were amazing hosts! They thought of everything from beach toys, children’s books with a Narwhal theme, to bowls for the dogs. My entire family had a great time at the beach (only a few min walk) and in the quiet neighborhood walking the dogs. If you are looking for an amazing home that is pet friendly by the beach definitely consider staying at Paul and Janet’s place!!!

Highly recommend. Me and my partner rented this for my birthday weekend and thoroughly enjoyed the property. I’ve stayed at several different places in Panama City Beach and this one is at the top of my most favorite list. Everything was clean, smelled good, and just felt like home. Check in and out process couldn’t have been any easier. Everything was labeled so there was no need to message the host for any small questions. If there was more than five stars to rate, this place would get them all!

The Pelican's Nest was adorable, clean, and well-appointed. Had everything we needed, including coffee, a toaster, and nice pans to cook with. The location is great with all the essentials and attractions nearby. It was especially peaceful to be next to the water. We weren't able to enjoy the beautiful dock or kayaks due to storms, so that will be a treat next time. The greenhouse was unique and interesting with a variety of plants. We also appreciated the communication and simple check-in/parking info. We will certainly be back!

The view of the Gulf of Mexico was exceptionally gorgeous, and it was great to be able to walk so easily and quickly down to the beach. The condo was very clean when we arrived, and the living area was a nice, cozy space away from stress. I would definitely stay at this place again, and this host provided helpful information.

Excellent stay for the price! Loved the close proximity to the state park for the trails, and also quick drive to Rosemary and Alys beach. Room is very nice for the price with modern updates and a beautiful view of the lake from the living room and porch. Will stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Debbie's studio. Everything was very clean and the convenience to the beach was perfect. The chairs, umbrella, and beach towels provided was a plus. We would definitely stay there again!

Sea Vista at Sunbird Condos was truly a wonderful stay! From the incredible views of the ocean from the balcony, to the feeling of safety and peace, to the thoughtfulness of all the amenities and items for our use- it seems like they thought of everything! We had a peaceful and rejuvenating stay, and hope to book here again!

Description & pictures are spot on and we NEVER heard any neighbors! Elevators were not a problem as we were weren't staying during peak season. Keith had great suggestions on being prepared for potential long check ins and elevator waits. Check in was less than 5 minutes & we had a 5 minute wait one time for the elevator! 180° view of the ocean is breath taking. We saw a manatee, and watched visits from manna rays several times a day. Bed & linens were very comfortable, & I'm picky about linens! My back never hurt due to an uncomfortable bed. I would find myself waking up at night and going out to the balcony to take in the sights & sounds. With a full moon during our stay the beach was fairly bright at night. Several beach towels, chairs, & umbrella were available for us. The walk to the water is a shorter distance than other beaches. Bring a scoop of some sort to look for the bigger sea shells! Come prepared for a very pleasant week & a lot of time at the beach!

Valbona’s place was the perfect PCB getaway! The location is fantastic. The beach is right out the back door, and it’s only a short walk to Alibi’s, which has surprisingly delicious food. The condo itself was clean and comfortable, and we loved that we could bring our dog with us. The building was undergoing some construction while we were there, but that doesn’t affect my rating because the crews started and stopped work at reasonable hours. We’d love to stay again once the building gets its facelift!

Our stay at Debora's listing in Panama City Beach was amazing! We had lots of space for six of us and the rooftop was absolutely amazing. The rooftop was completely private with no rooftop neighbors. The views were also beautiful from every room! Only concern was the cleanliness of the bathrooms and there was some sand in the sheets of one bed upon arrival. Other than those two areas the space was clean. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

A very spacious one bedroom apartment. Clean and tidy. Nice furniture. Not cluttered. Full, roomy kitchen. Plenty of plates, bowls, and silverware. You can see the ocean from the living room and the bedroom. Easy access to the beach just across the street. Location convenient to almost anything you would like to do on a beach vacation. I definitely will try to rent this apartment next time we are in Panama City Beach.

Well kept facility with friendly staff. Beach sunsets were fantastic. Condo is great value for the price paid. Definitely will be booking again next year.

This condo is beautifully renovated with an amazing view. The host is very responsive. There were minor cleaning inconsistencies, the master bath needed to be scrubbed again, the rack in the stove needed to be cleaned also. All else was good. I would suggest adding information to how the door locks automatically after it's unlocked. We wanted to make sure it was locked but had to reach out for clarity. Two beach cabana's are complementary to this booking, I suggest adding the detail of how to access the beach chairs. These things were easy to figure out and the host was quick to reply, but being proactive in sharing details would add clarity. PLEASE KNOW that there are only two elevators in this 18 floor building. It got really busy at check out. I spent an 1 hour hauling luggage down the stairs and we were only on the 5th floor. This is not a controllable of the host, but needed information for those who cannot walk stairs.

We had a great stay, the place is just like the pictures. The room was super clean and properly prepared for us. The location is great just a short walk to the beach which wasn’t too crowded and right across from sharkys and senior frogs both great places to go to while being there! The pool at the condo was clean and the hot tub was perfect after a long day of driving or at the beach. Host was very responsive and if we needed anything or had any questions he replied super quick! We definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again. Great place for a couples get away or for a small family as they do have a pull out couch as well!

We enjoyed our stay at Doug and Mary’s place. The view from the patio/balcony was our favorite part! We had easy access to the pools and the beach was so close, just a few steps away! The kitchen was well equipped and had a parking pass, what more could you ask for :)

Yelana was very helpful and responsive as well as very accommodating and offered help whenever we asked. The condo was very comfortable and had beautiful views. It was so lovely to sit on the balcony and enjoy the weather when it finally warmed up enough to be outside. Because we were there during the off season, unfortunately, this ment that most restaurants and outdoor activities were closed for the season. We were very close to Walmart (walking distance) so it was very easy to purchase anything that we needed. I would 100% recommend Yelanda's condo for next Panama City Beach holiday. The beach and Wharf is amazing.
