We had a wonderful stay. Instructions were very clear. Check in and out were so easy! Very nice and clean. Family friendly!

Great place to stay at. Everything was beautiful and Casey had all the basic things you would need and even more things that you wouldn’t expect to be provided, but she had them there for us!!! Her recommendations about restaurants and spots were amazing as well. Definitely booking again if we come back, the price was a great deal.

Short walk to beach and a bike ride to food and shops.

My family has been to PCB several times and wholly enjoyed ourselves. The property is just steps to the beach, so you do not have to lay on the beach. You can walk back to the deck from a dip into Panama City Beach's beautiful Gulf Coast. It's pet friendly, the surrounding neighbors also had dogs and were really friendly. The dog beach is about a 4-minute drive across from Pier Park. It wasn't an inconvenience, just an incentive to wake up earlier so the dogs can have their fun first! If you choose to you can also stay at the dog beach for the day. I did see people there without pets. PCB Rec Center is a 5-minute drive where there's also a dog park, pool, basketball court and more. Our last night we ate at Sharky's (delicious crab cakes!) then rode the SkyWheel for the first time. The SkyWheel was just a 5-minute drive to Pier Park from Sharky's with plenty of parking. David was responsive to any questions I had upon arrival and throughout the stay. I'd stay again!

Place was perfect! Awesome home. Close and safe trip to the beach. Pool deck was fun and relaxing. Staff was prompt and helpful. Really, really enjoyed our stay and the property overall. Great spot for families/kids.

We had an amazing stay at this property during our fall break! The house was absolutely perfect—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Leavetown was an amazing host and fantastic to work with, super responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The location was ideal for a relaxing getaway, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay. Highly recommend!

First check in was easy and the front desk attendant was very friendly and welcoming. We received the cutest welcome box with directions and small welcome gifts. The community is private and tucked away. Safe for walking and family friendly. The beach and pool were both very close and easy to access. Both walkable distances. The house we stayed in was emasculate! Better than described or as we imagined. We were pleasantly surprised to find a private hot tub. Our back patio faced the pool. The 2nd floor back porches also overlooked the pool. The house we chose had 5 bedroooms and 5 baths I believe. Plenty of space for everyone to stretch out. The hosts were proactive and communicative, checking in with us to see how things were going. Restaurants and things to do were all a quick Uber ride or drive to anything we needed. Loved it, will def stay again.

The house worked well for our family. Plenty of room for everyone to hang out together there. The rooms are a good size, everyone having their own bathroom was very nice! Beach access was wonderful. Ben is very responsive.

The resort is big. The villa itself is a bit of a walk from the beach but it is walkable and there is a crosswalk to cross the street to get over. There are also trams that pass by every couple minutes that will take you to the beach. The lagoon pool was amazing, the beach was gorgeous, the drinks at the bar were really good. Everything was great. Will be back soon.

This Condo was very nice and clean. My Family and I felt right at home and loved the place! Would highly recommend this Condo to anyone of my Family and Friends! This Condo was located in close proximity to everything and the Golf Cart was a very nice added bonus , we took it everywhere

The house was beautiful and had beautiful views as well. It was as described and well stocked. Walkable to the beach with ocean views from the roof top patio (which was amazing for morning coffee and cocktails at sunset ). The owners communicated well and stayed in touch throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this property.

Was perfect for what we were down for. Super clean place with a very responsive host! Literally the best spot on the beach with a little cove the kids played in! Will stay again!!

We really enjoyed our stay! We love this neighborhood and have stayed in other units previously. The place was clean and well taken care of. It’s definitely lacking compared to our other stays in 30A in regards to what it offers like baby supplies, kitchen supplies, etc. They supply starter items for bathrooms and kitchen and that was plenty for us. They have some beach supplies (some of which we bought and left) and bikes so that was great! If you come prepared with all that you’ll need, then it’s a lovely stay.

My three teenagers and I had such a wonderful stay over our fall break. The villa was spacious and beautiful. We had everything we needed. I appreciated the soft cooler, beach chairs, and boogie boards that were available for use. Having the golf cart pickup as an option was nice, but we ended up just walking to the pool and beach most of the time. Sunsets were incredible. Tonya was super responsive to my concerns about weather, and she gave recommendations for what to do on our final day waiting on a late flight home. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

This place was wonderful for the price. The pool is just about right next to your door, beach was literally across the street. The place was clean and felt really safe. We had no issues on our trip. Our only complaint is that the wifi was SUPER spotty, however it was really windy the week we were there. We didn't have anyone in the townhouse next to/ above us until the last night. I could definitely hear all the foot steps and chairs sliding. But Kenny has said many times on the listing to let him know and he will contact the renters occupying it. It wasn't a big deal to us since we were leaving the next day. Stove did cook a tad slower but again, no big deal. It still cooked our food. Ice maker does not work so make sure to buy bags to keep in the freezer. We didn't see any critters at all in the space. Not even spiders. That was great. All in all I would give this place 5 stars and would recommend Kenny to anyone. He was super responsive and kind.

Best vacation spot! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They were the best hosts ever they were understanding ,helpful,friendly and responsive. I would definitely plan another trip here. The property felt like a vacation inside a vacation!
