Beautiful home just a few minutes walk from beach! We loved the low key vibe of the neighborhood while still being close to Seaside and other areas. The house was clean and elegant and had everything we needed for the beach, cooking, etc., and the owner was very responsive to questions. We loved this house for our family beach week and will definitely book again!

Shelbi's place was perfect for our family of 5 for our week in PCB. Literally not even a 5 min walk to the beach, and less than 2 mins if you utilize the golf cart, which is so thoughtful and convenient because this is a golf cart community. The neighborhood is so peaceful. There was a amazing donut shop the next block over that we walked or golf carted to every morning(the regular food is pretty great as well). The house had everything you needed , the beach towels and the outside shower were both perfect touches. The kitchen was perfectly thought out and equipped with anything you could need, and for anything else there are several stores very nearby. The hot tub was great after a long beach day, and the balconies were great for relaxing and people watching. The house was just simply amazing and exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful home in Panama City Beach!! Lots of room for our family of 5. Beautiful location within walking distance to the beach. Lots of other things to do and restaurants near Pier Park which is very close by. Kids loved the hot tub. Everything was just as described- very clean home and well stocked kitchen. As a Superhost myself I wanted to take my daughters to a place we never been and chose this location and this listing . And I couldn't have picked a better place very clean , up to date , great amenities even the 70" tv had all the add ons , Netflix YouTube Tv, the Jacuzzi tub outdoors was the Best ,, we grilled and loved the golf cart included to ! Awesome place !! Book it now !

Great place

Great house! We brought our dogs they had all things they needed to make them feel at home. Pool and hot tub were clean as well as the rest of the house.

Very high quality house, didn’t feel cheap at all like some homes intended for short term rentals. Very spacious living floor, kitchen and master suite. Location was great being so close to Peddlers square but do take note that being so close means it’s very noisy during peak seasons, we were unable to enjoy the back patio at night due to the live music essentially in the backyard. Comfortable beds and couches. Also for busier times of the year this community shares beach access with Sunset beach and their area is rather small - almost every square inch of the beach was taken up by people, recommend driving down to Deer Creek - was way more enjoyable for our family and kids.

We had a wonderful stay! Great location and the house was super cute and different! We loved the covered patios and massive living room space!

I could not say enough about the place! It is exactly as described and more. Did not realize we were getting the amenities that came with this resort, so that was a huge bonus! It was super clean and I am picky! Beds are comfortable! Beach is super close and you can call a tram to transport you anywhere on the resort property. We loved that! Basketball and tennis literally right beside us. Lagoon pool is close but the pool right around the corner is less busy and relaxing. The communication was great, fast responses. We will be coming back and have already looked at other properties they own to see what else they have to offer bc we know we will get exactly what is described.

Beautiful place! Tonya was very easy to work with. I forgot some items when I left and she mailed them back to me at no charge! You don’t find this kind of hospitality very often!

We had an amazing stay at this property during our fall break! The house was absolutely perfect—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Leavetown was an amazing host and fantastic to work with, super responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The location was ideal for a relaxing getaway, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay. Highly recommend!

We used this beach house for a family vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone, and it is in a great location - steps from the beach! It's a lovely home and we had an amazing time!

Richard was awesome! He was crazy fast at responding and helpful with any questions/requests we had! We loved staying at his place which was immaculately clean, nicely decorated and super convenient to the beach. What a steal!!!
