This Condo was very nice and clean. My Family and I felt right at home and loved the place! Would highly recommend this Condo to anyone of my Family and Friends! This Condo was located in close proximity to everything and the Golf Cart was a very nice added bonus , we took it everywhere

We really enjoyed our stay! We love this neighborhood and have stayed in other units previously. The place was clean and well taken care of. It’s definitely lacking compared to our other stays in 30A in regards to what it offers like baby supplies, kitchen supplies, etc. They supply starter items for bathrooms and kitchen and that was plenty for us. They have some beach supplies (some of which we bought and left) and bikes so that was great! If you come prepared with all that you’ll need, then it’s a lovely stay.

Loved staying here so much!! The walk down to the beach was so nice and quick! Beautiful scenery and convenient grocery store on the corner! Bed was very comfortable and back porch was a plus for the quiet mornings! Definitely will be back! Love love love this place❤️

This place was wonderful for the price. The pool is just about right next to your door, beach was literally across the street. The place was clean and felt really safe. We had no issues on our trip. Our only complaint is that the wifi was SUPER spotty, however it was really windy the week we were there. We didn't have anyone in the townhouse next to/ above us until the last night. I could definitely hear all the foot steps and chairs sliding. But Kenny has said many times on the listing to let him know and he will contact the renters occupying it. It wasn't a big deal to us since we were leaving the next day. Stove did cook a tad slower but again, no big deal. It still cooked our food. Ice maker does not work so make sure to buy bags to keep in the freezer. We didn't see any critters at all in the space. Not even spiders. That was great. All in all I would give this place 5 stars and would recommend Kenny to anyone. He was super responsive and kind.

Short walk to beach and a bike ride to food and shops.

Fantastic place. Absolutely perfect for our small family get together. Everybody has their own rooms and bathroom. It was simply perfect!

A quiet place, the beach is across the street, and the host is always attentive to any questions. The only thing you need to be prepared for ,is the kitchen, is on the 4th floor. The 5th floor is the roof top, so climbing the stairs is good exercise. We went to have a nice weekend, chill, have fun. Unfortunately, we got the red flag, But it was a great time. The place was very comfortable, we enjoyed the pool, the grill, the roof top , the view is nice. everything exactly as described. Thank you for letting us enjoy you place. ☺️ ❤️

First check in was easy and the front desk attendant was very friendly and welcoming. We received the cutest welcome box with directions and small welcome gifts. The community is private and tucked away. Safe for walking and family friendly. The beach and pool were both very close and easy to access. Both walkable distances. The house we stayed in was emasculate! Better than described or as we imagined. We were pleasantly surprised to find a private hot tub. Our back patio faced the pool. The 2nd floor back porches also overlooked the pool. The house we chose had 5 bedroooms and 5 baths I believe. Plenty of space for everyone to stretch out. The hosts were proactive and communicative, checking in with us to see how things were going. Restaurants and things to do were all a quick Uber ride or drive to anything we needed. Loved it, will def stay again.

My experience from the beginning until the end of this rental was wonderful. The home was immaculate and exactly as pictured. My family and I had more than enough room to sleep comfortably . We will definitely be returning next year.

Loved this resort! Host was super responsive only bad thing was our ac was out for over a day and we kept calling then finally had to go to the check in and tell them in person. They gave us $100 worth of bar service but I still don’t think that was enough. If it was in summer it would’ve been absolutely terrible with the heat. We slept with the windows open the first night and almost half a day.

The resort is big. The villa itself is a bit of a walk from the beach but it is walkable and there is a crosswalk to cross the street to get over. There are also trams that pass by every couple minutes that will take you to the beach. The lagoon pool was amazing, the beach was gorgeous, the drinks at the bar were really good. Everything was great. Will be back soon.

The location is convenient to the beach. It is beautiful and there was room for all of us. I loved that it had 2 living rooms and a balcony on multiple levels. The view is amazing.

Was perfect for what we were down for. Super clean place with a very responsive host! Literally the best spot on the beach with a little cove the kids played in! Will stay again!!

I have stayed in so many rentals over the years, but this was by far our favorite. Tonya was so thorough, thoughtful, and detail oriented. The condo was breathtakingly beautiful. Plenty of room for the family to have their own space. The small details (a welcome basket, beach toys, and laundry detergent) were special surprises. The area was wonderful. We stayed during spring break which can be very active, but we felt very safe and secure. Enjoyed not having to get on the road to go to restauraunts, stores, and activities, as everything was accessible by the tram. It really was a beautiful one stop shop. We are already planning to stay again in July and recommend it to everyone!
