Panarea : locations d'appartements de vacances

Appena arrivati a Lipari ci siamo diretti verso la casa. Dista poco più di 5 minuti a piedi ed è facile arrivare usando le indicazioni su internet. Si trova nella zona di Marina corta è per arrivare nell’appartamento si possono attraversare parecchi vicoli caratteristici e ricchi di colori, paesaggi mozzafiato e si può ammirare anche la vista sul porto. Li abbiamo conosciuto gli host che sono persone molto per bene, amichevoli e ci hanno anche dato parecchi consigli su come muoverci in zona,cose da fare e vedere e si sono anche presi la briga di fare un giro di telefonate per trovarci una barca a noleggio (che consiglio). Detto questo li ringrazio e spero tanto di tornarci presto 😁

A szállás tiszta, modern, kényelmes és mindennel felszerelt. Olyan pontosan mint a képeken. Walter és Diana is kedves, segítőkész. A tengerpart közel, és a központ is. Nagyon elégedettek voltunk.

Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung, die sehr liebevoll eingerichtet ist. Die Küche, auf der Terrasse mit sehr schönem Ausblick, ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert, der Empfang sehr nett, mit frischen Blumen und Obst aus dem Garten unter der Wohnung.

Petit studio propre, bien équipé et agencé et bien situé à seulement 5 minutes à pied du port.

Ottima accoglienza. Appartamento ben fornito e pulitissimo. Ottima posizione a pochi passi dal porto vicino a supermercati, attività commerciali e ristoranti. Gli host molto molto gentili. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa ☺️ grazie e alla prossima!

We recommend this location with a superb view! The house is well equipped and maintained and the terrace offers a spectacular view. Aldo was very kind and gave us a lot of useful information. The wine waiting for us in the room was a pleasant surprise and perfectly accompanied the romantic sunset seen from the terrace.

This is a great place in the centre of Milazzo. Maria was very friendly and helpful on checkin. Everything was very clean, and there were toiletries and cleaning gear for the kitchen. The kitchen well equipped except for the absence of a few utensils, such as a knife for preparing food, but if you prefer eating out there are plenty of restaurants and take away places in easy walking distance.

Je ne peux pas donner d'avis sur le logement de Leonardo puisque le séjour a été annulé par moi-même au dernier moment (2 heures avant l'arrivée prévue) car le ferry ne pouvait pas partir en raison du temps. Je peux néanmoins dire que Leonardo a été très prévenant en me donnant au préalable des instructions sur l'itinéraire. Il a été également très compréhensif pour mon annulation de dernière minute et a même essayé de trouver des solutions.

Giuseppe è stato un host eccezionale, pronto ad aiutarci in qualsiasi modo e veramente disponibile. La posizione dell’appartamento è perfetta per chi vuole spostarsi a piedi come noi, infatti dista 5 min a piedi dalla stazione e 3 min dal mare, ristoranti, bar, c’è anche un Conad a due passi. L’appartamento era fornito di tutto! Grazie ancora!

L’appartamento era ancora più bello che in foto, molto grande, pulito e nuovissimo. La posizione, proprio di fronte il mare, comodissima. Nelle vicinanze numerosi bar e ristoranti. Gabriele è stato un host estremamente disponibile e gentile, subito a disposizione per ogni esigenza o suggerimento. Assolutamente consigliato, torneremo volentieri!

Staying here was magic and I wish I could have stayed longer! Having such a private spot and access to the water so close was a game-changer and there are not many places like this on Panarea. It was easy to walk into town but super quiet and relaxing in the evening. The decor is perfect! Carlo has such great style. I felt so happy to have booked here as it was everything I needed for my stay in Panarea.

L’appartement est chaleureux de par ses boiseries, ses grandes portes en bois qui s’ouvrent sur la magnifique terrasse qui a la vue sur la mer. Quel plaisir de manger tranquillement à l’extérieur, assis face à la mer et d’être entouré de la nature, des montagnes, de la mer tout en étant à 15 minutes du centre historique de la ville. Quoi de mieux, en plus, que d’avoir la possibilité de manger des oranges mûries au soleil, cueillies à même le jardin de notre hôte . Cet appartement est équipé d’un frigo et d’une cuisinière tous neufs, et la propreté de l’appartement est impeccable. Notre hôte nous attendait à notre arrivée, elle nous a accueilli chaleureusement, elle a répondu à toutes nos questions, nous a donné de beaux endroits à visiter et des suggestions de bons restaurants. Sachant que nous voulions louer une auto pour la journée, elle nous a transmis une référence où le prix était très abordable et où le personnel parlait français. Je recommanderai cet appartement à mes amis.

Appartamento in posizione ottima. Comoda ad ogni servizio e frontemare. Roberto ed Alessandro sono stati presenti e reattivi alle mie domande. La loro gentilezza e disponibilità mi hanno aiutata in un momento di difficoltà e di questo sarò sempre grata. Una vacanza bellissima. Grazie di tutto ed alla prossima Laura

Wir waren sehr gespannt auf die Insel und unsere Unterkunft. Nach dem langen Reisetag kamen wir gen Mitternacht in der Unterkunft an und es verschlugt uns einfach nur den Atem. So liebevoll und besonders eingerichtet (noch schöner als auf den Fotos), gut riechend, alle Räume waren angenehm erleuchtet, der Balkon, sooo groß und die Aussicht aufs Meer… überwältigend 😍 Wir bekamen eine schnelle Einweisung, da wir sehr müde waren und Giulio sagte wir können ihn jederzeit kontaktieren, wenn wir Fragen haben. Eine schöne Karte mit allen Kontaktadressen und WLAN Schlüssel lag auf dem Sekretär. Im Kühlschrank erwartete uns eine leckere Flasche regionalen Weins und für ein erstes schnelles Frühstück standen kleine Marmeladen und Zwieback bereit. Giulio war immer seeeehr hilfsbereit und sofort zur Stelle. Wir hatten einen zauberhaften, glücklichen und sehr entspannten Aufenthalt, haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💘 Vielen herzlichen Dank 💝 Susanne und Uwe

We stayed at Giuseppina's place for a month with our baby and our dog. The place was well suited for this and felt very spacious. Really, everything was good and whenever we needed something, we just had to ask. The beach is very close, supermarkets are about 20 minutes away. As another review said, if you're coming by train, getting off at Rometta Messinese works best.

Wonderful place, wonderful location, very charming and clean. Looking forward to returning.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Milazzo. le confort de l’appartement avec terrasse a largement compensé le temps maussade à l’arrivée.

L'host è stato chiarissimo nella descrizione dei posti letto. Molto spaziosa per dormire in gruppo, ci sono due bagni, uno con doccia e asciugacapelli. Bellissima la terrazza con le lucine e la lunga tavolata con panchine. Temperatura interna ottima nonostante l'assenza di climatizzatori. Abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità e gentilezza al momento del check-in, abbiamo lasciato le bevande a lui e le ha sistemate nel frigorifero non appena la casa si è liberata dagli ospiti precedenti, mentre noi eravamo già al mare :) Ottimi i consigli sui posti in cui mangiare!

Maison très chaleureuse, super bien équipée. Gustavo a eu le gentillesse de venir nous chercher directement au bateau, sur le trajet il a pu nous indiquer des endroits à visiter (super conseils). Coin très tranquille, non loin du centre ville, tout ce fait à pied. Petit plus pour l’accès à la mère à 2min à pied. Nous recommandons à 100% Au top!! Merci encore

Die Villa von Federica ist die schönste Ferienwohnung, in der wir je waren. Die Ausstattung ist wunderschön und hochwertig und es ist wirklich ALLES da, was man brauchen könnte. Es ist absolut sauber. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und es ist schön ruhig nachts. Man braucht ein Auto vor Ort, denn die Villa liegt wunderschön am Berg, der sich zu Fuß aber nur schwer erklimmen lässt, weil es sehr steil ist. Der Außenbereich mit dem Pool und der Außenküche, den man sich mit den anderen Gästen in den beiden anderen Wohnungen teilt, ist der absolute Hammer. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Auch die Außenküche ist super ausgestattet. Federica hat uns gebeten, einen Tag vorher Bescheid zu sagen, wenn wir sie nutzen wollen, sodass es nicht zu Überschneidungen mit den anderen Gästen kommt. Wir hatten Glück und es waren nur an 4 Tagen andere Gäste da, sodass wir diesen tollen Bereich fast die ganze Zeit für uns alleine hatten.

Dire che mi sono innamorata è poco. L’appartamento è molto accogliente, pulito e luminoso. La zona esterna è bellissima, piena di verde e di luce. Era tutto molto pulito e in ordine. La posizione dell’alloggio è ideale per chi è alla ricerca della tranquillità, la zona è molto pacifica e sembra anche abbastanza sicura. Facendo qualche passo a piedi dentro il residence è possibile ammirare tramonti mozzafiato. Come posizione può essere un po’ scomoda se raggiunta a piedi, ma basta affittare un mezzo per raggiungerla molto facilmente, dista poco dal centro. Stefania è stata sempre gentile e disponibile per tutto. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento, che ha reso la nostra esperienza ancora più piacevole! Torneremo al 100%

We had a nice stay at the apartment. We were provided fresh lemons and medlars from the garden which was great! We loved the jasmine scent that wafted in the sea breeze each day. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage space for our belongings. The kitchen space is small and limited but we cooked many meals at home. The tv was large and modern. The pool was set up in mid May and we enjoyed lounging around the pool area. Cannetto is the best place to stay on Lipari and the location of the apartment is right in the middle of the bay and only a few blocks up the hillside. The island is gorgeous and we loved exploring the beaches, volcanoes, and cute towns.
