Panarea : locations de maisons de vacances

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder im Alter von 3 und 4,5 Jahren) haben unseren Aufenthalt im Poolhaus von Roberto und seiner Mutter sehr genossen. Die Einrichtung mit Küche und Bädern war hervorragend, und alles war blitzsauber. Besonders der Pool hat unseren Kindern riesigen Spaß gemacht! Der Garten mit den vielen Olivenbäumen und Palmen war ein wunderschöner Rückzugsort. Die Informationen zur Umgebung, die Roberto bereitgestellt hat, waren äußerst hilfreich. Wir haben einige tolle Ausflüge unternommen, darunter nach Milazzo, Marinello, Cefalù, Taormina und sogar zum Ätna. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants, die wir ausprobiert haben. Besonders die Pizzen im Al Borgo Restaurant haben unseren Kindern hervorragend geschmeckt. Wir können einen Aufenthalt hier zu 100 % empfehlen!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Angela. Le point prioritaire pour moi était surtout la propreté et je me suis sentie comme à la maison. Tout était propre. Nous avions tout en abondance (linges, serviettes, etc.) ce qui nous a aussi permis de voyager léger. Angela est une hôte incroyable. Très disponible, réactive et pleine de bons conseils. Son guide est très utile et son petit présent de bienvenue adapté aux enfants et adultes très apprécié! Je ne peux que la recommander et la remercier encore pour sa bienveillance et sa disponibilité. C’était un retour aux sources et cela ne pouvait pas mieux se passer! C’est sûr je reviendrai!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Pietro. Accueil chaleureux. Le lieu au cœur de la nature est merveilleux... La piscine est géniale... Les tomates, concombres... du jardin sont extraordinaires. Nous recommandons ce merveilleux logement. merci également au berger pour son délicieux fromage et sa gentillesse.

Anoeta hat uns in Lipari empfangen und beim Gepäcktransport geholfen. Das Haus ist wunderbar mit dem Roller zu erreichen und liegt sehr abgeschieden und Ruhig in den Hügeln über dem Meer. Von dort aus hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick aufs Meer, den Sonnenuntergang und weitere kleine Inseln. Zum Frühstück kann man, mit etwas Glück, den Ätna bewundern. Alles nötige ist im Haus vorhanden - uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich super. Der Pool, Hot Tub und die Sauna sind super um zu entspannen und es sich so richtig gemütlich zu machen. Im Dorf nebenan bekommt man Lebensmittel und alles weitere. Es gibt neben dem Supermarkt auch einen Metzger, dort gibt es sensationelle Grillhänchen + Rosmarinkartoffel auf Vorbestellung - sehr zu empfehlen. Der nächst gelegene Strand ist wunderschön um sich im Meer zu erfrischen, ca. 5 mit dem Roller plus 15min zu Fuß wandern. Das Haus ist wirklich ein Traum mit liebevollen Details. Ho soggiornato qui con la mia famiglia. La casa era molto molto pulita, ordinata. La cucina era ottima, attrezzata con tutti gli strumenti per cucinare e mangiare. Il salone presentava un divano-letto molto comodo e morbido, cosi come i materassi in camera da letto. Il terrazzo presentava un tavolo esterno e sedie dove abbiamo trascorso le nostre serate. Anche il bagno ottimo e pulizia impeccabile. Inoltre, vengono forniti diversi strumenti di gioco come carte da Uno e racchette da tennis. Per quanto riguarda la macchina, proprio di fronte alla casa vi é un parcheggio condominiale e molto sicuro, anche dalla casa si vede benissimo l’auto. Zona molto tranquilla, ottima per il relax e spiaggia stupenda con acqua cristallina e con zero baccano attorno. L’host molto disponibile e pronto ad aiutarci in ogni evenienza, lo ringrazio di nuovo per la gentilezza e l’ottimo lavoro svolto. Se tornassimo in Sicilia, sicuramente torneremmo qui.

We had a great stay at Nicoletta’s place. The views are amazing, and the house is spacious and clean. Kitchen is fully stacked, towels (shower and beach) all provided. Couldn’t ask for anything else. Nicoletta is a perfect host, always making herself available, and providing great local recommendations. Nice, walkable, local beach nearby (bring your water shoes). Would stay again without hesitation.

This is luxury and very upscale property with an incredible ocean view overlooking the eolian islands and Capo D’Orlando’s marina. The house is very well equipped with lots of amenities and top of the line appliances. It can host multiple families as it has multiple kitchens. The level of detail and attention is amazing! I will definitely be back and I would highly recommend it. The maintenance team was 10 out of 10. Congratulations!

Wir hatten zu Viert ein paar sehr schöne Tage in dem Haus von Marco und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Marco und auch der Check-In lief sehr gut. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen, es liegt sehr ruhig und die Aussicht ist einfach Super! Wir können somit das Haus und Marco als Gastgeber nur empfehlen.

Ich reiste sehr früh an - die Wartezeit bis zum Check-in liess mich Gianluca mit café e un cornetto angenehm verbringen. Das Haus wahr sehr sauber und ein Wäschewechsel wurde mir von Monica, ohne dass ich danach fragen musste, angeboten. Auch sonst waren Beide angenehm aufmerksam. Beim Vulkanausbruch vom 28. August war Gianluca stets präsent und fürsorglich. Das Haus ist gut und stimmig eingerichtet und trotz der zentralen Lage ruhig. Die Terrasse ist sehr gross mit herrlicher Aussicht. Insgesamt ein Ort zum Verweilen und ideal um abzuschalten.

Con le mie amiche abbiamo passato una splendida settimana a casa di Nicoletta, che oltre ad essere super gentile ed ospitale ci ha dato degli ottimi consigli sui posti da visitare (soprattutto gli ottimi ristoranti!). La casa corrisponde alle foto, ha tanto spazio esterno, è arredata in stile minimal e con gusto, perfetta per 4 persone ed immersa nel verde, tra fiori, agrumi e capperi. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato le docce esterne visto il grande caldo di questa estate! In zona ci sono bar, ristoranti (tra cui Le Macine di cui ci siamo innamorate) la fermata del bus a 2 metri. In casa è presente anche un ampio spazio dove poter parcheggiare i motorini come noi oppure una macchina. Grazie di tutto Nicoletta (e Maria), speriamo di tornare prestissimo!

Vous ne pouvez pas trouver plus gentil et accueillant que Francesco. Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit mais le logement était super. Nous avons dîner sur place et c'était parfait pour nous. Et pour le petit déjeuner, Francesco avait mis à notre disposition café, thé, biscottes, confitures, madeleines ..merci Francesco tout était parfait 🙏🤗

Everything was perfect during our stay in this traditional Eolian house. Couldn’t ask for better. Would love to come back. The host was very helpful with everything, he also organised our pick up from the harbour and shared with us useful contacts for activities, such as boat trips or scooter rentals.

Dieses Apartment hat zwar zwei Tische im Freien, dafür keinen im Inneren. in der Küche, wo dieser Platz hätte, steht leider ein Zusatzbett. Schlaf- und Badezimmer wurden vor kurzem sehr schön modernisiert. Aufgrund eines kleinen Malheurs bot mir die Gastgeberin an, in ein anderes, noch attraktiveres Apartment um. Das war natürlich ausgesprochen nett von ihr. Überhaupt ist Denise die best denkbare Gastgeberin. Stets gut gelaunt und freundlich, immer erreichbar, überaus großzügig und hilfsbereit, kurz, ein Schatz. Danke Denise und bis hoffentlich bald!

A splendid house with amazing view in a peaceful area. A little bit distant from the area where the ferries depart, so we had to rely on the local bus to go everywhere. Fortunately the houses are quite close to the bus station. The bed was also extremely comfortable, loved it! The town' center is also easy to reach by foot and it is a lovely small town. Salina is also an extremely beautiful island, probably the most beautiful of the Eolian islands. We would love to stay at Le Casette di Malfa again in the future!

Per dirlo in anticipo: è stato meraviglioso! L'appartamento non solo è esattamente come descritto, ma quando si è all'interno o sulla grande terrazza si ha una meravigliosa sensazione di molto spazio e luce! La vicinanza a tutto ciò che è importante e alla zona pedonale è un altro punto a favore. Per me, la vicinanza al porto è stata altrettanto piacevole e divertente per osservare il trambusto quotidiano. E vorrei sottolineare in particolare la cordialità e la gentilezza dei padroni di casa: Martine e Gaetano. Posso raccomandare caldamente sia loro che il loro appartamento!

The place is as described, frehly renovated and cosy! We liked the patio, and the young neighbour cat ;) The kitchen is small and with minimal equipment (no tea / minimal spices / oven and vapor vent were still missing due to ongoing renovation). The beds are comfortable, bathroom small but ok. We stayed 4 nights mid october - we had a lot of mosquitos & the nearby beach felt deserted...

The house is beautifully secluded, just two minutes away from a private lovely beach with turquoise waters, hidden between pine trees with the sound of crickets in the background... Who could ask for anything more! This is the prefect place to get away from it all, completely submerged in nature in a beautiful typical Eolien Villa. The house is well equipped and our hosts were always available, extremely welcoming and friendly and gave us wonderful insider tips to discover the island (although we could have stayed in the house our entire vacation). Definitely one of the best Airbnb's we've been to, we can't wait to return!

Terraza con vistas a todas las islas Eolias. Atardeceres impresionantes a los pies del volcán. Un pequeño pueblo en el que desconectar de todo, relajarte y disfrutar plenamente de la naturaleza. Mar y montaña. Maravilloso!

The house is well appointed, beautifully decorated, and boasts one of the most stunning views of Stromboli. Our host was very attentive and assisted us with travel plans and tips. The grounds feature lush landscaping and large patios, where we spent most our time. The location was convenient to town, the beach, and the port.

Wir waren 6 Leute mit einem Kleinkind und haben einige wundervolle Tage auf Stromboli verbracht. Das Haus hat uns sehr gefallen. Marta ist eine perfekte und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin. Starke Einschränkungen am Vulkan (nur bis 100m.ü.M erlaubt), die leider geschlossene Pizzeria Osservatorio und sehr teure Lebensmittel in den Läden dämpften die Freude ein wenig.

la casa vacanze "Colori di Sicilia" è una villetta con giardino molto ben tenuta e ben fornita. La casa ha anche una bella vista su Salina (una delle isole Eolie) anche se è necessaria una giornata tersa per vederla in dettaglio. La casa è immersa nel verde anche se è a pochi passi da altre abitazioni e una chiesa con un campanile che segna l'ora con uno stravagante scampanellio (non fastidioso). La dotazione dell'appartamento è ottima: cucina ben fornita di pentolame, stoviglie etc. (...per essere perfetta aggiungerei una padella bassa per spadellare le paste :-) ), larga disponibilità di asciugamani e saponi da bagno, buoni i letti (...sempre per raggiungere la perfezione cambierei uno dei due materassi -è deformato, ma la cosa non disturba il riposto- ;-) ), infine il WIFI è stato molto gradito. Utili le istruzioni per la raccolta differenziata (il servizio comunale mi pare funzionare bene), anche se abbiungerei un bidone per il residuo indifferenziato (...x essere "perfetti")

We loved our stay here in Milazzo. Everything from check-in to check-out was just very easy going. The apartment is huge, perfectly located, clean and the hosts super friendly. We'd definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back!

One of the most beautiful houses I’ve had the chance to stay in. Volcano view at the backyard… little beaches 5 min walk away. Nicoletta is a wonderful, helpful host and made me feel right like at home.

Sono stata a Salina una settimana a fine settembre La casa di Carla e un luogo splendido affacciato sul mare. L' appartamento è arredato con molto gusto inserito in un giardino delizioso..ma la parte più interessante è il suo terrazzo.....super fantastico!! La vista è strepitosa puoi incantarti a guardare Stromboli e Panarea per ore mentre il sole sorge dal mare. La sua posizione pur essendo centrale (vicino a negozi ristoranti e comodo al porto ) è immersa in un contesto molto tranquillo a veramente a due passi da una bella spiaggia! ( la mia preferita) Carla e sempre stata di aiuto per qualsiasi necessità e/o informazione. La comunicazione è sempre stata facile e molto piacevole .. sempre disponibile.Ottima host!
