From the day of booking, Dandin has been responsive. He loves to host, and it shows with his air bnb. My brother in law booked this place for 4 nights for himself, 3 kids, his wife (my sister), my father, my husband and myself. My father, husband and myself needed a place to stay a day before and after their stay, last minute, Dandin was able to accommodate us, no issues. His air bnb is well kept and clean, they came once to clean the dipping pool, which is a great plus! Upstairs there were 2 bedrooms and the master bedroom had an attached bathroom had a running hot shower, the living space had a smart tv to watch Netflix and YouTube. Downstairs was the living room, dining room, kitchen, dirty kitchen (with rice cooker) and one room with another bathroom that had a running shower. The total of 6 days in this air bnb made my stay in Bacolod much more comfortable. My family thanks you. When I am in Bacolod, I know where I’m booking next time.

My coworkers family had a wonderful stay at this place. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout their stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.

House is clean and safe. Owner is very nice, my siblings were able to visit me during dinner time and stays until almost midnight, I felt comfortable and safe every time they leave the place. My daughter and son arrived 3:30 am, the guard made sure they came to our place safely. The guards are really nice. If I’ll visit Bacolod in the future again, I would like to stay at Tricia’s house again.

Everything was pefrect. Spacious living room and what we preffer ,all rooms on the ground floor.Wifi working perfectly. For sure we will come back

We had a wonderful stay at Ms. Carina's unit! The host was incredibly welcoming and provided all the necessary details before our arrival, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Even our requests were quickly responded by our kind host. The space was just as described — clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, from cozy bedding to a fully-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, close to all the best restaurants in Bacolod but still quiet and peaceful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend, and would definitely stay here again!

Spacious house with many rooms. Very comfortable beds. Amazingly beautiful chandelier in living room towering over staircase. Equipped with everything. Close to main market and hub of street food and activities. Urban but safe!

True to its name, it truly is a cozy attic. I had a great stay and the owners are warm, friendly and helpful. The property is also situated in a quiet and peaceful subdivision but is not difficult to locate. Thank you to Ms. Angel and Tita Christine!

Manong Ben’s house is very cozy and beautiful. We enjoyed staying in the big house, even though we were having a hard time with water at first but manang Lourdes sent maintenance to get the water pumped fixed. The house has an open space which we love so much. Manong Ben and Manang Lourdes are so friendly and kind. Very close to shopping like SM and lots of little markets for easy meals. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful house manong Ben. I will certainly recommend this house to my friends.

We stayed for 3 weeks in Rida's house. At first, we were worried that some burglar could just break the glass windows since there are no grills but good thing the surroundings isn't that bad. Overall stay is good. Thank you so much! :)

We intentionally booked an airbnb that will help us experience living like a local and Ms Z’s place didn’t disappoint. My kids loved the place and called it “home”. The surrounding was so quiet I was afraid my kids’ voices can be heard even from a distance.

Recommendable, enough space and clean. We love to go back.

We had such a great time! The airport-to-villa transfer was super easy – they took care of everything, from the van ride to the boat trip. It was hassle-free. They arranged a land tour of Guimaras Island for us, and we loved exploring. The island hopping was definitely the highlight – so much fun! The villa is exactly like the photos – peaceful, with an amazing view that I couldn’t get enough of. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and my daughter loved it. She even said she didn’t want to leave – it really felt like home. The owner and staff were friendly and accommodating. We could cook our meals, but if we didn’t feel like it, they were happy to prepare food for us. Everything was so comfortable. Oh, and they made my birthday extra special! They surprised me with a cake and sang happy birthday. so sweet and thoughtful :) The view was our favorite part – surrounded by islands and the sea, it was worth every penny. Thank you sooo much Team La Roca!! Can't wait to go back! ❤️

Our week-long stay during Dinagyang and our Gigantes adventure was made even more special by this fantastic house. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The apartment was beautifully maintained and had everything we needed. The host's communication was excellent, making the booking and check-in process seamless. Ma'am Feddy's warm hospitality added a personal touch that we truly appreciated. We loved the peaceful ambiance – it was the perfect place to relax and recharge after exploring. Best place to stay in Iloilo. It was very clean, spacious and we had everything we needed during our stay. I was with senior citizens and they liked it so much as they feel so relaxed during our stay. The place was really cozy and comfy. Definitely recommended. This house was exactly as described. We had a big group and the house had enough beds for everyone. The open living room and kitchen was spacious and despite the big group never seemed crowded. I really loved this house and will rent again next time in Bacolod.

Seeking a relaxing vacation, this home provided us exactly what we needed for quality family time. The grounds and the home itself were breathtaking. While the beach in front was a bit rocky for swimming, the compensating pool became a favorite spot for my kids. Anjie, the caretaker, enhanced our experience significantly. He is such a hard worker, keeping the grounds so beautiful. He assisted with transport arrangements upon arrival and facilitated private tricycles for our trips to Caticlan (just 10 minutes away). Additionally, you can find a shared tricycle at the end of the road quite easily for only 20 pesos per person. Caticlan has a 7-11 and markets for eggs and other cooking ingredients. For a larger grocery run, Boracay had ample options. Anjie's recommendation, Cafe Tribu (a 5 minute ride from the house) became a favorite spot for pizza and more. Wifi was occasionally spotty, but the fantastic cable TV package allowed plenty of entertainment for us. Thanks for a nice week.

The place was very clean, and the host was responsive with clear instructions, making the place easy to find. The amenities were just as described, and the location was peaceful and private. I would recommend bringing a car as public transportation and shuttle services can be limited, especially on weekends. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.
