ALL-IN!!! Great place to book especially for couples. It felt like home. We can cook, do laundry, watch TV and many more. Also, the neighborhood has sari-sari stores with ingredients you need for cooking! Very nice. Ver accessible too! Hope to book the place on our next travel to Bacolod.

Rose and Delia were very responsive to making sure that we were comfortable. The home was spacious and accommodating and everything worked as expected. The neighbors had a couple of dogs that barked a lot from their upper balcony at night. When I brought this to the attention of Rose, she addressed it with the neighbor and resolved the concern without incident. The house is on a pretty busy street which made grabbing a tricycle easy. Right next door were 3 Sari Sari stores making shopping super convenient. I would most certainly reserve this place again! Thanks to Rose Marie and Delia for making our stay enjoyable!!

Nice friendly owner and caretaker . Very good customer service which is most important. Spacious tidy home . Electricity cost payable on checkout is clearly costed and reasonable .

This is a very nice place to stay. If you are in town, I would suggest it you do have to travel a little to get into town, but it’s well worth it.

My family gives this accommodation a seal of approval! The exterior is deceivingly small, but the interior is well laid out, bright and spacious. The beds are firm and linens are high quality. Kitchen is well-equipped for home cooked meals. Our host and co-host are pro-active and always in communication for our inquiries.

Ar's place is located near the airport and ideal if you are flying in or out during off-peak hours. The water pressure in the second floor bathroom can be improved but overall, the place is as described.

Our stay at Residencia 50 in Iloilo, my beloved hometown, was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, the homey ambiance instantly made us feel relaxed and connected to the warmth of Iloilo’s culture. It wasn’t just a place to stay—it felt like stepping into a cozy haven filled with charm and nostalgia, a comfort that perfectly captured the spirit of home. The unique setup of the home added a special touch, blending modern convenience with local character, making it truly one-of-a-kind. What truly elevated our experience, though, was the incredible staff. Their genuine hospitality reflected the well-known warmth of the Ilonggo people. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and unforgettable. It allowed my parents and me to relive the beauty of Iloilo while creating new, cherished memories. I can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking for the same experience as ours …as it’s truly a hidden gem in Iloilo!!!

The place is cozy, neat and nice. Well-lit and spacious. The best thing is if you are planning to cook, they have all necessary kitchen tools needed. Overall, I would highly recommend this unit.

We had the whole house and the pool for ourselves alone. We had it for 3Days-2Nights, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. The place was so peaceful and serene, it would seem like you are one with Nature when you roam around the vicinity. But, it would not totally disconnect you from the outside world because there's WiFi/Internet Connection, Cable TV, and sufficient Mobile Signal. Very notable mention is how hospitable and accommodating their General manager is; Kuya Pinoy. He Cooked for all our meals, even accompanied me in the Market to buy Fish (my Wife is pescatarian), and other needed food stocks. Overall, we had a very wonderful experience. I hope we could comeback here with our Family and Friends.

Me, especially my daughter had a wonderful time staying in her place. My daughter enjoyed the pool all by herself. Very clean and spacious, budget friendly and of course very praceful. Would definitely go back ! ❤️

Great stay. Room was very well furnished and stocked with basics like water and coffee as well as sugar and spices for cooking. Also had excellent amenities and appliances. Was very clean, quiet, and secure. I would recommend this place to others and stay again myself.

As an American we tend to have different living standards as to Philippines. Ellyn went out of her way to pick us up late at the airport (11 pm) and give us a ride to house. The place was as described and pictured. A nice cozy place for 23 days. The road in gets a little muddy when it rains. I had no problems here. Internet was good. Ellyn was always responsive to me and gave me a ride back when my stay was over. This is a nice house and has AC in the bedrooms. It was worth the money to me and I would stay again.

Manong Ben’s house is very cozy and beautiful. We enjoyed staying in the big house, even though we were having a hard time with water at first but manang Lourdes sent maintenance to get the water pumped fixed. The house has an open space which we love so much. Manong Ben and Manang Lourdes are so friendly and kind. Very close to shopping like SM and lots of little markets for easy meals. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful house manong Ben. I will certainly recommend this house to my friends.

We stayed with our dog and it was the perfect place for us. The place is clean and the bamboo loft is cozy and had everything we need. The garden area is great too. The host was very responsive. Overall we had a great stay. The road within the subdivision is narrow and has potholes - something the owner can’t control - but once you’re inside the property it’s peaceful and pretty. Would recommend for those who want to chill and just stay in the property.

The place was very clean, and the host was responsive with clear instructions, making the place easy to find. The amenities were just as described, and the location was peaceful and private. I would recommend bringing a car as public transportation and shuttle services can be limited, especially on weekends. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

The host was fantastic. Fast responses and flexible. I needed to extend my stay. He was only able to accommodate 1 day but went the extra mile to find a 2nd location for the additional days required. Service above and beyond expectations. Love the in home mini store. He has basic items for sale at reasonable prices. Locationis fantastic. Close to mall, restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend this property.

We had an amazing stay at Rai’s place. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Also you can feel that Rai has put at lot of effort in making this place homey. We felt at home very easy. Rai is a great host who really made us feel welcomed. Thankyou 🙏🏻will come back when passing by Bacolod.
