Had a wonderful stay! Ms. Jharina was very responsive, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. The room was clean and cozy, plus the location is perfect—just a short distance from Mines View Park and The Good Shepherd. Looking forward to staying here again!

The location is convenient, with easy access to taxis and close to Session Road. The unit was clean, and I was pleased to find no cockroaches throughout our stay. However, the extra mattress propped up against the wall behind the bed's headboard was somewhat an eyesore, and it would have been better if it had been stored under the bed, which is what we did. The church bells ring at 5 a.m. and 7 a.m., which can be a positive for early risers. One issue we encountered was that the bed cover, which should serve as our blanket was itchy, so we ditched it and used the blankets instead. I think it's a fabric issue. Overall, it was a good stay.

Great Host. good and chill atmosphere. as long as you follow the instructions the place is very easy to find and also accessible to public transport.. we used a combination of jeepney and taxi if we came home very late. and it was very affordable. the place is spotless and clean the ambiance is great for a peaceful and relaxing stay. you'll hear the running water of the little river behind the place and it really helped me calm down and sleep through the night. 24hr running water and water heater for the shower. 100/10 will comeback and rent again when I come back to Baguio.

The home is beautiful. It’s highly Recommended. With a wonderful caretaker to attend to your needs . We had a good time with a BBQ pit . Convenient to purchase your basic needs. For our Family it was a home away from home .

The house is beautiful, especially the view. The CR and kitchen are clean, and what you see is what you get. You won’t get bored, and it’s also nice to have a bonfire both indoors and outdoors. They have beautiful cats at the back of the house, and we really adored them. The host is very responsive. Highly recommended, and we will definitely book again on our next visit.

The cold weather added to the charm, and we loved that it was pet-friendly. It’s also conveniently close to Outlook Drive, where you can find great restaurants. While the road leading to the house was a bit bumpy, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Sir Alvin was very responsive to my questions, and Ate Ami was incredibly kind. Overall, it was a great stay! Highly recommended!

Peaceful neighborhood, nice location, great Mountain View, spacious place and a nice outdoor area Stairs going up to unit, just take note of that especially if you are with seniors. The location is very peaceful and picturesque. We have our prep wedding here and they are very accommodating. The owner is very responsive with our questions as well. Public transport is not an issue since it's near the main road

I booked Joan’s place for my mom’s short vacation with her siblings. They had nothing but high praise for Joan’s place. It is perfect for big families, and the best part is that all rooms have their own toilets and bathrooms. The house is very clean, and the neighborhood is quiet. They had a fun and relaxing stay. Celine was super accommodating! Seriously, it was so easy to deal with her. We went to Northern Blossom but didn’t realize it was closed on Sundays. Told Celine we will probably go back to Northern Blossom Monday morning and we were not sure if we will be able to check out at 12pm. Celine immediately made some arrangements and gave us until 1pm to check out. She’s so responsive, the unit is so clean and very homey. Great view, elevator is just one step away and same with the parking!! We will probably come back to Celine’s place in the future! Thanks much, Celine ☺️

We attended the wedding of my cousin at St. Joseph Church in pacdal and it’s very accessible. Mines View Park, Wright Park, Teachers Camp, Botanical Garden is also near the property. Ms. Jenny is also responsive about my questions. It’s definitely a good stay with my family.
