For the 3-day stay that my family and I have, Sir Joel and his wife made sure that we have a great stay. The house is huge enough for more than 10 people and true to his words/descriptions, the place is near to a lot of tourist attractions. Overall, a 10/10! We had a wonderful time at Ma’am Donna and Sir Eric’s place. They were very kind and generous. We arrived early, and they graciously allowed us to check in ahead of the usual time. They also let us check out late so we could have extra time to rest. The place is a fantastic deal! It’s located inside a subdivision, so safety is not a concern, and the area is monitored with CCTV, making it even more secure. It’s a perfect spot for friends who enjoy walking around, although getting there can be a bit of a challenge due to the steep path. However, if you’re with someone with mobility issues, you can easily grab a taxi to reach the property. Overall, it’s excellent value for money and highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay! The house interior was stunning, spacious, and perfect for our group of four. The place felt like home- peaceful, clean, and fully equipped. We appreciated the water dispenser and free drinking water. The huge sofa was a great spot to relax and enjoy Netflix. We also availed of the surprise package for my boyfriend's birthday, which was well worth the minimal charge. The setup was impressive! Kudos to Sir Keith and especially to their kind caretaker, Kuya Rey. Note that the road to the house is quite steep, so it's best to bring your own vehicle. However, we managed fine without one, as taxis were readily available in the area. Overall, our stay was absolutely worth the price. If we get the chance to return to Baguio, we'll definitely choose to stay here again. Thank you so much! Satisfied guest here :)

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb over Christmas! The location was perfect for a peaceful getaway – very quiet and serene, which we absolutely loved. It's also conveniently located near Mines View Park, The Mansion, and the Botanical Garden, making it easy to explore some beautiful sights. Unlike the more crowded areas around Burnham Park, the surroundings felt calm and relaxing, allowing us to truly unwind. A huge shoutout to Annabele, the landlord, who was so helpful, friendly, and always easy to reach whenever we had any questions. It was such a pleasure to communicate with someone so responsive and accommodating. Another highlight was that the unit is pet-friendly, which was a big plus for us since we were traveling with our fur babies. It made our stay even more enjoyable knowing our pets were welcome and comfortable. Overall, we highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, accessible, and pet-friendly spot to stay. We can’t wait to return!

The place is recommended for big groups and if you have own car since public transpo is quite difficult. The place is peaceful and very homey with all the available amenities as enumerated. Rye is also very responsive. Will surely book again if to come back in Baguio..
