First, I want to say Thanks for being flexible and accommodating our needs! Let’s begin, this place is beautiful, and felt private for people who are looking for peace and quiet around them. Lovely fire pit, that’s actually working unlike others lol. This will be the place for summer with a beautiful pool and the fire pit and bbq grill in the back. You and your family or significant other would like this place. If you’re looking to party, won’t be for you unless you’re hosting a game night but make sure you let your host know others will be there. Thanks again Perry! Highly recommended, for those who needs a peaceful, beautiful, comfort stay.

The Giving Canyon was a great place to stay on our trip to Palo Duro Canyon. It was an easy drive to and from Palo Duro. We loved the privacy and the land surrounding the house. There are a lot of trails for our young boys to explore and they loved it. We appreciated the propane fire pit for s’mores. The house was so clean and the amenities were great! We will be back! Thank you!

We had a great stay in Amarillo. The weather was perfect for enjoying the back patio. The kitchen was well equipped, with full sized appliances. And with 3 bedrooms, everyone was able to have their own room! The location was convenient to downtown and I40, making it easy to get around. We also appreciated the guidebook for dinner suggestions. If we're back in Amarillo, we'll definitely look into staying here again.

Our host was always there when we needed her , the house was emaculatly clean and we were very comfortable in the house. It's a nice cozy get away for a small family wanting to visit the Palo Duro Canyons.. Highly recommend for a nice little retreat. Would come back again.

The house matches what is shown. We did contact the host about two things to let them know, but nothing needed fixing on our side. They were polite and quick to respond.

Our family loved our stay here in Canyon. It's super close to the Palo Duro Canyon State Park (about 15 minutes, a peaceful direct drive), our main reason for visiting Canyon, and gave us space to just spend family time when "home". We cooked all our meals in the well-stocked kitchen, rested our tired hiking legs on the great couches, relaxed on the back porch--it was a great place to retreat from the hustle & bustle of normal life. Will definitely recommend to friends who are planning trips to this area!

We only spent a quick overnight at Richard & Betty’s lovely home, but wish we could have stayed longer. Richard and Betty were very responsive and kind. We loved the treats they left for us and for our dogs. ❤️. We felt right at home and had a very restful sleep before the next leg of our cross-country trip.

Evan was great and very responsive! This was a great place to stop over night on our trip back home.

Our forth time staying here. Obviously we love it! Great deal and very reasonably priced. Rosemarie is a wonderful host who cares about her home and the comfort of her guests.

It was a very nice getaway, with a big back yard for my dog and a good quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

We were in Canyon for a family wedding. The house was lovely. It is a rural setting on the edge of town. It was conveniently located in proximity to family in Canyon and the wedding venue outside of Amarillo. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed; including kitchen equipment we used for rehearsal dinner food prep. I would stay in this house again. Thank you!

The pics don’t do it justice. Sandi’s house was awesome. My coworkers and I felt comfortable and right at home after some long days. Highly recommend and will stay again should the occasion arise.

A clean and comfortable place to stay. It’s close to the college, food, and shopping. All questions were answered quickly and kindly.

Great stay! Jeremy's place was exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was cozy and comfy, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook all our meals during our stay. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay an extra day (and Jeremy made that process SUPER easy. Great communication!) 10/10 would stay again.

We had a great stay while visiting family in the area. Place was clean and had everything we could have needed. We would definitely book Randy’s place when visiting Amarillo in the future!
