Consiglio a chiunque l'alloggio di Martin! E' ottimo, pulito, spazioso e ubicato in un'ottima posizione, con la metro U8 a soli 2 minuti di camminata. Noi eravamo in 4 (2 coppie) e l'appartamento corrispondeva esattamente alla descrizione di Martin e inoltre l'abbiamo trovato davvero ottimo, ben fornito e con tutto il necessario, anche in cucina! Se ritorneremo a Berlino sicuramente prenoteremo nuovamente da Martin. Grazie davvero, ottimo appartamento e rapporto qualità/prezzo buonissimo!

Het appartement is eenvoudig, maar alles is aanwezig. Belangrijk is dat het zeer rustig is en er is een prima bed. De ligging is uitstekend: dichtbij Bahnhof Sudkreuz en S-Bahn station Julius Leber Brucke (S1). Er zijn meerdere restaurants en bars in de buurt, met name even voorbij de Julius Leber Brucke: de Akazienstrasse en de Crellestrasse zijn uitstekend om 's avonds een drankje te doen en een hapje te eten (maar we kunnen ook Saigon Valley op een paar minuten van het appartement aanbevelen). Maar Gerhard heeft een reeks aan suggesties, dus keuze genoeg. Een punt van kritiek: de tv heeft alleen Duitse zenders. Uit ervaring wijs geworden nemen wij altijd een eigen chromecast mee. Aan te bevelen! Nog 1 tip: download de Bvg app: kaartjes voor het openbaar vervoer zijn zo eenvoudig te kopen met apple pay. We hebben kortom een paar prachtige dagen gehad in Berlijn. En wanneer we weer gaan gaan we zeker terug naar dit appartement

Superbe séjour ! Le logement était impeccable, confortable et conforme à la description. Très bien situé, il nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre voyage. L’hôte a été très réactif et accueillant, rendant notre expérience encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons sans hésitation et reviendrons avec plaisir !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l’appartement de Tamara, qui a toujours été très réactive et agréable par messages. Le logement est propre, confortable, bien équipé et pratique en termes de localisation.

The property was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, making it incredibly convenient. Martin was responsive, friendly, and went out of his way to ensure my stay was seamless. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone staying in Kreuzberg, and I would gladly stay here again on my next trip.

This was a great place to stay in Prenzlauer Berg. It was situated conveniently next to a tram line, a coffee shop, and stores, and was very clean and comfortable. The host Claudia was very helpful and responsive, providing clear instructions on how to enter the place, and also lots of local recommendations. I enjoyed my stay!

Very nice apartment in one of the most popular quarters of Berlin - Kreuzberg. The most interesting part of it isn't in the immediate proximity but you only need about 15 min walk to get to the Bergmannstraße where you can find amazing shops, cafés and restaurants (don't miss "Frau Behrens Torten" café). The apartment is on a busy street but it has high-quality darkening curtains which not only help filter out street lamps light but also traffic noise. The furnishing is quite modern, the apartment itself historic - it has beautiful stucco on the ceiling. When I arrived, the inside temperature wasn't sufficient for freezing January days but I was given instructions how to heat the rooms up.

Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Ich habe mich dort gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt und werde nach einem Monat Aufenthalt die Wohnung wohl auch ein wenig vermissen.

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und sauber. Die Vermieter sind nett und immer erreichbar. Ruhige Lage. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Vanni è stato un host molto cortese. Ho avuto un problema e ho dovuto annullare la partecipazione di mia mamma per ragioni di salute, Vanni si è dimostrato comprensivo, offrendomi delle alternative nel caso avessi dovuto annullare. La casa è arredata in modo molto originale, è molto graziosa ma soprattutto era pulita ovunque. Ci ha accolti Lennart, gentile, preciso, disponibile. Durante il soggiorno, anche se breve si informava se tutto stesse andando bene. La zona dove si trova la casa e a 4 fermate di tram da Alexander Platz e a poche fermate da tutto. E' una zona tranquilla, sono stata li con due figli di 12 e 13 anni e non ho mai avuto la sensazione che ci fosse qualche pericolo. Ringrazio Venni e Lennart per essere stati degli ottimi host.

Перебування в помешканні було прекрасним. Господар помешкання Jorg дуже дружній, доброзичливий чоловік, готовий допомогти, якщо потрібно. Помешкання затишне, чисте і світле, знаходиться біля затишного парку. Три супермаркети, пекарня, знаходяться в 5 хвилинах від помешкання. Місто Вернойхен спокійне і зручне, знаходиться в дуже зручному розташуванні до Берліна, куди дуже швидко можна дістатися на регіональному поїзді. Дякуємо господарю помешкання Jorg за чудове перебування!

Anreise vom Hauptbahnhof ist sehr einfach. Die Unterkunft ist 5 Minuten Fußweg vom Alexanderplatz weg! Es gibt direkt um die Ecke einen großen Supermarkt (Kaufland). Aus dem Bett den Fernsehturm zu sehen, ist ein richtiges Highlight! Die Wohnung war sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und schnell. Der Vermieter war zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Gerne wieder (:

Alice's home was exactly as described. It was comfortable, clean, and nice. Very close to the train and right near a grocery store. The residential area was quiet. There were some nice restaurants in the area that Alice recommended. She was very responsive. Overall a great experience!

Alexander was a terrific host! He had plenty of great recommendations, was always available to answer questions and gave a thorough walk through of the apartment upon arrival. The location is walkable to the train and many good restaurants/clubs/etc. The apartment itself is spacious, well designed and comfortable for three people. Highly recommend for a trip to Berlin!

Lovely apartment! And Teltow is a beautiful town. The apartment is very close to a bus stop and the S Bahn so you can go easy to Berlin. The place is very quiet and chill it helped us since we were working there. Also our host was very friendly and helpful all the time! Definitely 10/10

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal da und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Alles ist sehr sauber und neuwertig und die neue Soundanlage am TV hat uns sehr glücklich gemacht. Tiefgarage passt auch für größere Autos (2 m) und die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Ewa ist immer erreichbar, hilfsbereit und sehr nett.

Beautiful spot. Cosy and welcoming. Great kitchen with all items and utensils needed to cook for a few people. We had a great time in the sauna and beautiful walks around the lake. Comfortable beds and cosy soft sofas.

Unser Aufenthalt war super erholsam. Die Familie war super gastfreundlich und wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen sicher nochmal wieder... ganz lieben Dank :)

Ich wollte schon sehr lange einen Kurztrip nach Stettin unternehmen. Ich habe mir dafür drei Tage in Ewa‘s wunderschönen Studio im Hanza Tower gegönnt. Ich muss aber nochmal kommen, drei Tage waren zu wenig, dafür gibt es zu viel zu sehen 😇 Meine Tochter und ich waren sehr beeindruckt von der Aussicht, vom Apartment und von der Aussichtsplattform hat man einen unbeschreiblichen Ausblick 🥰 Der Lift ist super, man ist schnell im 16. Stock. Wir hatten vergessen uns einen Platz in der Tiefgarage zu buchen, das hat Ewa schnell für uns organisiert, worüber ich mich sehr gefreut habe, denn Parkplätze gibt es viele aber auch viele Autos 😛 Es war alles da was wir brauchte. Es war sehr sauber und das Bett war bequem, haben gut geschlafen. Gefällt hat uns nichts, Ewa hat für alles gesorgt 🌟 Der Wellnessbereich ist traumhaft, leider hatten wir Pech mit den Whirlpools, die wurden grade gereinigt/gewartet und waren noch nicht befüllt. Das hat uns aber nicht den Spaß verdorben 🤩

100% Weiterempfehlung! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und die Lage ist perfekt! Sehr freundliche Gastgeber!
