A wonderful Airbnb. Close to a train station. Located in a nice section of the city with stores close by and several nice restaurants. The place was spotless. The whole area around the flat was spotless. As we come to Berlin often, we will make that our first choice easily.

Wir waren als Familie da. Unsere Kinder liebten die Räumlichkeiten und die schöne Farbgestaltung der Wände und Küche: grün, Gold, braun. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten dadurch eine wunderbare Zeit!

Frau Martin empfing uns sehr freundlich und gab viele Infos zur Wohnung; toller Seeblick, sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet; in der Küche alles da, was man braucht! Sogar etwas Kaffeepulver und Filtertüten, Olivenöl und Gewürze. Die Betten sind gut und die Wohnung ist geräumig. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, gleichzeitig ist sie durch die nahe S-Bahn Station Messe Süd (zu Fuss in 7 Minuten erreichbar) ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt, um Berlin zu erkunden. Die Wohnung bietet alles war Mann/Frau/Hund braucht, um sich wohlzufühlen und bei Fragen hat Michael schnell geholfen. Danke für die schönen 3 Tage und wir komme gerne wieder Moni & Niko & Zuli (unser Mini-Aussie)

Stunning luxurious contemporary apartment (maisonette (3 DBs) open plans living kitchen, all mod cons, sunny terrace in quiet neighbour. Fischzug (Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg) s 20 (to Mitte) max 35 min from anywhere but is relatively further east. Adnan is man of outstanding taste and flair. No cheap but still better value than a 4 star hotel.

Charming apartment in the centre of Berlin

The space was perfect for my family’s home base in Berlin. Lots of room and easy to access all modes of transit. Helmut and his family were extremely responsive, thoughtful and helpful. We would definitely stay again and recommend!

Sunny and Design in Berlin Mitte

El apartamento es tal cual está descrito y como aparece en las fotos, muy luminoso y bien situado, en un barrio tranquilo pero cerca de bares, restaurantes, supermercados, buen transporte público y a unos 20 minutos andando a la estación central, puerta de brandenburgo... Matthias estuvo pendiente a través del portal de airbnb, nos indicó cómo llegar con instrucciones claras, no tuvimos ningún problema en llegar al apartamento. Hemos estado muy a gusto, sin duda para repetir.

Bianca was very easy to talk to right from the beginning. Her flat overlooks a beautiful square, and has a lot of nice restaurants and shops around. Check in and check out were smooth. Thanks for having us Bianca, we will definitely come back! :)))

Wir hatte das Vergnügen, 5 Tage in einer beeindruckenden Villa zu verbringen. Die Lage war ruhig, ideal für eine erholsame Auszeit. Die Villa selbst war geräumig, modern eingerichtet und makellos sauber. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der großzügige Poolbereich und die wunderschöne Terrasse, die zu entspannten Stunden einladen.

Nice apartment which is well located just in front of the Viktoriapark. The communication with the host is very smooth and they are very nice. I recommend staying here.

It was our 2nd time at Chalet Rotbuche. Very clean accomodation. Everything was spotless (I am a very clean person myself) Ideal for children! There is duplo, lego, doll house, children books, changing table, potty, trampoline and sand pit in the garden…The travel cot was up when we arrived and even had a proper mattress instead of the cardboard surface you normally get. Hosts are super friendly and responsive. The house is very cosy, a home away from home. I got the feeling the hosts really enjoy running an AirBnB. There were more than enough glasses, cups and plates in all shapes and sizes. We will definetly be back!

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, ruhig, sehr sauber und hatte alles was man brauchte. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos, schnell und unkompliziert. Co Gastgeber Karsten hat uns eingecheckt und war super sympathisch, der Check-In war auch flexibel! Alles in allem ein super Air BnB dass man nur empfehlen kann!
