Wonderful place to stay. My only recommendation would be to have Francesco review how to work the gas stove, AC unit and wash machine and the sleeper sofa. Hanging clothes to dry on a clothes line over the balcony was a unique Italian experience.

une magnifique Villa composée de 4 logements ( 3 de 2 personnes et 1 de 4 personnes, sans compter les canapés lits possible). la villa est en hauteur, au calme, avec une vue incroyable sur les montagnes et un petit coin de vue sur la mer. c'était très agréable. il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Le logement se trouve à 10 mins en voiture de Maiori ! attention toutefois, difficile de trouver où se garer sur Maiori et les parking sont cher. privilégier les motos/scooters. Vincenzo à été très réactif, disponible, à notre écoute durant tout le séjour ! 2 bouteilles de Prosecco nous attendaient au frais à notre arrivée ♡ je recommande chaleureusement Vincenzo et sa Villa! concernant la piscine, elle est comme sur les photos, ne permet pas de faire des longueurs mais pour se rafraîchir et papoter c'est le top, puis la mer est très agréable aussi! à Maiori vous trouverez pleins de restaurants, supérettes...une digue qui est festive le soir. Alferio’s place was very comfortable to stay in. Easy walking to historic old town. Grocery store and bakery were very close by. He was very quick to answer any questions that we had. He does have a private parking spot in the courtyard. There is free parking on the street. You do have to pay if you want the reserved spot. We were glad we did as it made it much easier to park. He met us at the unit and showed us how everything worked. High ceilings and great lighting in his place. We really enjoyed our stay.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Wir waren sehr froh, dass wir auf dem Gelände parken konnten. Der Supermarkt ist direkt in der Nähe und man kommt in 0.30-1h zu den verschiedenen Orten. Es ist wichtig immer viel Kleingeld für die Mautgebühren zu haben, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Wir waren sehr zufrieden - danke Antonio für die Unterkunft :)

That was our second stay in Salerno after seeing a listing we didn't like. This listing was perfect; the layout is good, and the bathroom is spacious. It is a 15-minute drive from downtown Salerno.

One of the best Airbnb stays! Florinda's friendly, speedy and professional help with anything, makes the place even more welcoming. And the location of the house....magical and making you want to come back!

Nelly’s place was fantastic. Super clean and aesthetic. Every tiny detail in the house was done with perfection. Nelly is wonderful and responsive. Had a lovely time in her house!!! Would definitely want to come back.

We really appreciated Antonio’s willingness to share the work that they have done on the organic farm, so generous and knowledgeable about their project. We had an exceptional meal that was prepared for us on site in the main house. It was fresh, organic and featured products that were grown and prepared on the farm. The wine was delicious ! It was a truly outstanding experience, and a highlight of our Italy tour. Don’t miss this opportunity. Our personal spacious villa was well appointed with lovely art work. The bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and the outdoor lounge chairs were a bonus. The view never quit!! We loved our visit and would highly recommend!!!

This was the best AirBNB we have ever stayed at - and we have stayed all over Italy for many years. The surrounding views are out of this world - the pictures do not do the views justice! The pool and pool house are perfect. The house itself is amazing and modern. Everything works perfectly including the AC and all appliances. The gated entrance feels secure and there is more than enough room for many cars. I cannot say enough good things about our time here. Thank you so much Bruno and Riccardo!
