Thanks for the wonderful stay. We are all happy with the place and naenjoy namin ung automatic mahjong and theatre room. Sobrang lamig lng tlga ng weather kaya nahrapan kami mg swim kahit slight heated ung pool. Sayang di lng na enjoy ung jacuzzi kasi ayaw uminit masyado. Sobrang okay ung maraming CR as in. Walang antayan and complete naman ang amenities. Next time sana palagyan ng Netflix para mas enjoy. Buti me dala ako flashdisk na movies. So far ok naman ung caretaker na lagi ng llinis dun to clean up the place in the morning so malinis pagka gising namin. Thanks again for the accomodation.

Host is very responsive. The house is clean with complete amenities. With good signal and strong wifi. TV has netflix. The pool is big. You can also have food delivered via food panda.

sobrng ng enjoy kami sa pag stay ng 18 days,feels like nasa sariling bahay,worth it po ang rent namin,mabait at responsive si sir mel at si sir carlo,nung nasira yung remote ng tv pinalitan nila agad ng bagong malaking TV right away,tahimik din po ang lugar peaceful,malinis ang buong bahay..what you see is what you get sa mga photos nila..maraming maraming salamat po sir mel at sir Carlo, ng enjoy po kami at mukhang babalik po ulit kami sa susunod.. highly recommend po ang place nila!!🙂🙂🙂

The place is very spacious and clean. plus factor, they allow pet to swim in the pool (overflow area only).

Miguel was fantastic and helped us coordinate transportation from Manila. We had a great stay, highly recommend.

Ms Marigold and her property were hospitality at its greatest. She communicated with me prior to arrival to make sure everything was prepared as needed. This place was awesome. When you enter the house, it seems like youre in other country. The host was so accomodating.

Our stay was great. Kitchen - complete for basic cooking Place - Peaceful, close to nature, spacious and east to locate, with parking are. Rooms - spacious and quality pillows, mattress and blankets. CR - clean, with heater and spacious Value for Money

Kuya caretaker was very responsive and accommodating. Easy to communicate with the host. The place was very spacious, clean and easy to find. AC available al most part of the house. Has the basic that you would need. I like the separate area for grilling. The pool was great with just the right amount of hot. The rooms are clean and beds were comfortable to sleep in. We enjoyed our stay and would love to go back. .

Mysel’s place is one of the best places I’ve had a staycation in! Beautiful place and so relaxing it feels like home. Loved the fact that our peta were welcome to stay as well. Definitely worth recommending to other friends and family and 100% will come back here! Mysel was also very friendly and so easy to talk to. She gave us helpful tips to find their location and where we can buy the stuff we needed :) Overall, we had such a great and relaxing time during our stay~

Thank you for a wonderful stay!😊 The place is warm and relaxing, and has so much character. My nephew enjoyed the heated plunge pool very much. It’s perfect for chilly weather. Well-equipped kitchen made cooking easy and Kuya Edong attended to our needs. The breakfast was a bonus, really appreciate it.

Sunshine’s place is clean and has everything you need. She is also very responsive when we asked for things we needed like iron and hangers. Very nice area and safe. Thank you!

We had a pleasant overnight stay at Cham's place. The unit is big, clean and as described. The space is more than enough for our family of nine adults, very comfortable; the bedrooms and bathrooms are big. The host is very accommodating and easy to talk to. I would recommend Cham's place for Tagaytay staycations.

Maintaining the property is undeniably challenging, and it is amazing to note that despite the open grounds, I did not smell any dog or cat poop odor around the yard and its immediate vicinity. Proof that it is well maintained. Within the house, sanitary standards are up to code. The place is secure and neighbors are quiet, one cannot downplay the value of respecting the community and their peace. I love the play of rocks and the well appointed plants. The simple but well placed gazebo too. Well-thought layout and our two furbabies enjoyed too. Watching from their projector while in their tank pool with heater is a lovely experience. I am excited to go back soon as their planned renovation and upgrade gets done.

Check-in was smooth, and Kuya Joselito, the caretaker, was really helpful. The bedroom and bathroom were clean. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to try the bonfire since we decided to sleep early, but that’s okay..we had fun grilling instead. Charcoal is available from Kuya Joselito, I’d suggest buying from him. Basic kitchen utensils are available, but I’d still reco bringing your own paper plates & utensils. Blankets, tissues, and bath towels were provided. I just wish the pool had a bit more space for swimming, but I love that they refresh the pool water between guests. Our host, Martin, was very responsive & accommodating, he even allowed us a 1-hour late checkout.

Had a great stay here :) the only downside i can think of was because we were quite a big group we bought too much food and it didnt fit the ref :p but i will definitely go back here again with the family cause we enjoyed too much, the place was great and well kept.
