This place was the perfect getaway me and my wife needed. The view was gorgeous it was quiet and peaceful. Darlene was a great host couldn't ask for a better host. The cabin was beautiful up to date nice little cabin for a couples getaway. We had everything we needed. We can't wait to have another stay at the cabin.

This was my second time staying and i got to say it still blew me away. The cabin itself is very well maintained and very beautiful its so quite and peaceful there. What i really love about the cabin is its around alot beautiful parks and caves such as clifty falls, squire boon, indiana caverns, obannon state park, and mammoth cave well its a couple hours from mammoth cave, but when you come all the way from elkhart indiana its really not that bad lol. Anyways i really dont have anything negative to say its a beautiful place to bring your family and i would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to vacation in southern indiana.

Gorgeous property! The cabin has everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Hot tub, fire pit, fireplace, and many amenities in this wonderful cabin gave us a first-class vacation! We had many road closures because of the flooding before we left and Logan called and discussed with my husband the best route, which we used. Shay and Logan were also in contact on chat-and when we got to the cabin there were cards and gifts for my birthday and my husbands retirement. I am so thankful and will book again. We visited Wilstem, West Baden, and French Lick-all nearby. Many restaurants nearby too. Great cabin and wonderful hosts!

Beautiful cabin! Plenty of space and everything we needed for a weekend stay to celebrate an 80th Birthday in French Lick with family. Brady is an excellent host and we felt like we were home away from home.

Beautiful, secluded, tranquil, comfortable. Tyson communicated well and followed up frequently. Everything we needed was available. Will definitely recommend and return!

The cabin was perfect for our girls weekend! Rachel had everything we needed, the booklet of brochures was such a thoughtful gesture. It helped us plan our days!

Definitely a “even nicer than the photos” location. Favorite part was relaxing on the 2nd floor balcony with a book, coffee, and sun rising over the lake. Very peaceful and my three boys loved the yard, hot tub, and variety of board games provided. It’s a cabin, but one of the cleanest cabins we’ve ever stayed in. Nearby Marengo Caves (take both tours) are a great experience. Overall, highly recommended.

Hosts were fantastic! They were kind, courteous, informated, and cared. When there was issues or weather problems, they replied quickly and without prompt when tornado warnings were present. The location was extremely peaceful and packed with games and fun things to do! Will definitely be recommending the place to others and quite possibly another stay in our future!

This place was so cute and we could tell a lot of love went into it. We only got to stay one night and it rained and snowed. We’re hoping to visit again in the spring or summer when we can enjoy her backyard and porch swing!

Tammy was an amazing host! We had a girls trip and our stay at a cozy cabin was exactly what we were looking for! Plus with the cabin being pet friendly, it made less to worry about getting to share our space/trip with the floofs! She was such a gracious host, if we had any questions or concerns Tammy and her husband resolved any issues immediately! The cabin was so peaceful and cozy! Definitely recommend checking out her stay!

Cabin was beautiful and clean we felt right at home. Lots to do in the area. Very peaceful stay. Tim was very nice and helpful.

Excellent cabin to stay for few days! Was clean at check in. Host Kelvin great communication! Stayed 4 nights. We brought seasoning and some utensils with us and toilet paper etc stuff because never know what is stocked, didn’t need any of those things, they were already there. Thanks Kelvin for the hospitality!!

Very easy to find, close to the event we were in town for, quiet area, and felt safe during the severe weather that occurred during our stay. Just wish we could’ve had better weather to get to enjoy more of the outdoor space!

Loved our stay here! Felt secluded yet it was not a far drive to enjoy experiences. Beds were comfortable, and the loft area made a great hangout spot. Really enjoyed the screened in back porch, especially the creek flow. Our host had plenty of blankets, and amenities for our stay. The s’mores kit was a great touch, we got to enjoy that the first night! Plenty of indoor activities and games since we had some rainy days. Definitely recommend if anyone is planning a trip to French Lick or Patoka Lake!

This cabin was absolutely beautiful inside and out! The backdrop of the Hoosier National Forest was stunning, peaceful, and relaxing. Tom was a fantastic host - responsive, kind, and a great communicator, making the whole experience seamless. Every detail of the cabin was top-notch. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Had a really great weekend trip here with my dad. I wouldn’t call it “glamping” as it is very remote and not exactly luxurious as the term suggests. The privies are pretty much unusable, but they have a great shower/bathroom trailer nearby. Unfortunately, the AC was broken when we went, so it was extremely hot inside. If you’re not used to camping and being in the middle of nowhere, I’d choose a different place. There was also a wedding during our stay, which made it a bit uncomfortable to use the bathroom as it was right next to the wedding barn and pretty loud throughout the night. Would’ve been nice if we could have been told about this beforehand. Otherwise, we loved it here. Nice to see all the animals as well.

Exceptional place and exceptional hosts!!! Randy and Bonnie thought to have everything there that you would need to feel like you were at home. Extremely clean and plenty of space to spread out. Communication was very easy! Location was private but close to other attractions. We definitely look forward to returning in the summer to enjoy more fishing in the pond and to relax by the pool!! Thank you Randy and Bonnie for sharing your home with us :) Although it rained for the weekend we still enjoyed our stay. Playing cards and watching movies and overall just relaxing was just what we needed.

He was wonderful when we spoke. explained everything in detail. it's such a quiet peaceful place. no fuss if you don't mind mind the off grid stay. the kids ran and played outside and we cooked on the grill and fire pit. there's a cave nearby we visited that was really cool and the kid's had fun. love that there is no TV or service for phones. I actually talked to my children instead of them on there electronics. we went fishing at the lake nearby and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. can't wait next time though just the hubby and I will stay for the alone time. The kids are already asking to come back! pro tip.... bring a radio for some music thats battery powered, and pack food in paper or plastic so it's easier to burn. I regret not staying longer.... Have fun and spend real family time together!

With Paoli Peaks just a short drive away, it was the perfect home base for teaching our kids to ski. After long days on the slopes, nothing beat returning to the cabin's private jacuzzi to soothe tired muscles. The layout is just right - two bedrooms on the main floor, plus a cozy loft space that the kids loved. Gathering around the wood-burning stove in the evenings, sipping hot cocoa and sharing stories about our ski adventures, created memories we'll cherish forever. The hosts thought of everything, from well-equipped kitchen to outdoor amenities (great for non-ski days!). It's the perfect size for a family - not too big, not too small, but just right. Whether you're hitting the slopes at Paoli or looking for a cozy forest retreat, this cabin delivers. We'll definitely be back for next ski season!

Fantastic cabin for a relaxing getaway. Booked this for my husband and sons. Close to marina for a fun day on the lake. Close to French Lick casino for a night of fun. Peaceful and secure location with everything you need.
