Comfortable to stay that allow close bonding among the guests. Great location, walking distance to shopping amenities, eatries, to local day and night markets. Near waterfront with good view. Responsive staff.

The house is in a neat and clean condition.. then for accommodation is also well prepared

guests need to know and prepare money. because there will be a deposit before the host gave the instructions to their place. thats all. everything is good. wish i could stay even longer. will definitely repeat this place whenever i come to KK. can walk to Imago and watch cinema. can go to laundry at level 1. just nice. love it, worth my money!

It's a good place to stay. A very convenient choice as u can just walk to Imago Shopping Mall. Clean & comfortable as well. Very helpful host. Highly recommended.

이숙소는 아주 좋은위치에 있습니다. 유명식당가.마사지샵.몰.필리피노마켓.등 도보로 이동 가능합니다. 그리고 주인 부부는 매우 친절 합니다. 우리 가족은 총 10명이 코타키나발루를 여행 했는데 아주 만족한 여행을 했습니다. 많은 인원이 여행을 한다면 이 숙소는 최고의 선택이 될수있을 것입니다.

Great place. Responsive owner. They are adding swimming pool and jacuzzi! Facilities that are not included in the picture are BBQ pit & a stage with spot light. Recommended 👍👍

Perfectly located for our rest time after hike, we love it!!! Woke up to the fresh air, house is well equipped for our needs. However worthy to note that the toilet inside the unit is squat type, the host kindly allowed us to use the other toilet outside the unit when we requested since after the hike squatting becomes quite an issue for us. Peferct host will definitely recommend the place.

Beautiful place and great for family gathering. Enough space for games, for recreation. Staycation here is meant to fully utilise the amenities of kitchen to cook 😆. Have place for BBQ, fridge, stove, oven,kettle, glasses, etc. Probably needed some cleaning service since many people staying. And we stayed for two night, so you know 😁. Mattresses and pillows provided, so did not worry not enough bed as everyone sleep at the spacious living room 🤣🤣.

Stayed there for 3 days , I must say it’s easy to find, near highway, nearby got restaurant, clinic and it’s walkable, Pretty safe neighbourhood and the house super clean & nice 😊 Would definitely recommend to friends & fam 😍

Very cosy and well thought in the overall internal design. Located at a convenient place with everything within walking distance. The place is not sound proof so what the neighbours are dropping or pulling their furniture can be heard clearly. Great place to stay.

Responsive host, easy to communicate with, clear and easy instruction

Convenient location, opposite of imago with lots of shops at the building. Complementary parking for those who drive although can be a bit confusing if it is your first time. Overall great stay.

A perfect place for family getaway as it is just on top of the mall. It was clean when we arrive and everything was smooth for us from check in to check out. Anyone looking for a big space (those with big family) with affordable price can check this out. Kitchen is also complete with everything!
