We had a great stay. Jane is a fantastic host. The apartment has stunning view. Everything was perfect!

We had a great stay at Stella’s place. The location is kind of unbeatable - right on the beach & just a few minutes walk from the bars and restaurants of the Coral Bay tourist strip. The apartment is in a building surrounded by fruit trees (fresh oranges for breakfast!) and has a lovely large pool. The apartment itself is clean, well equipped and comfortable (albeit with rather small bathroom). The place is showing its age though, so might not be for you if you are looking for a luxury experience. Thank you to Stella for being a kind and helpful host!

Wszystko zgodne z opisem, proste i jasne instrukcje od gospodarza. Wszystkie sprzęty sprawne, pokoje czyste. Piękny ogród, widok na morze i okolica. Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone i komfortowe dla 4 dorosłych osób. W ogrodzie jest rzeczywiście trochę kotów, ale nam to nie przeszkadzało. Polecam!

The apartment is clean and quiet. There is everything you need for your holiday. Very comfortable mattress, strong WiFi, equiped kitchen. The terrace is awesome. There is many parking places around. I was satisfied

Mein Aufenthalt in dem Apartment auf Zypern war insgesamt angenehm. Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung und war sauber sowie gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war praktisch, mit guter Erreichbarkeit von Geschäften, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Check-in verlief problemlos, und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war freundlich und unkompliziert. Ich habe die Zeit dort genossen und kann die Unterkunft für einen entspannten Aufenthalt empfehlen.

I would be happy to recommend you to stay at Nicos’ flat as my experience was amazing. The flat was clean and fully prepared, Nicos gave all the instructions, shared recommended places and was helpful during my staying and questions. The location is great! 20 minutes to the old town or to the sea. The grocery and the shopping mall just nearby the flat.

I had a really lovely 9 nights stay at Cath & Ste's apartment in Peyia Paradise. It was comfortable and so very well equipped. Loads of crockery, utensils and some handy condiments etc. The terrace has sun from morning to evening and it's a fabulous size. Views from it are great, including some stunning sunsets. There's a table with 4 chairs, umbrella for shade if needed, a lounger and some nice lightweight sunbeds which are easy to take to the pool and back. There's even a bbq too. Cath & Ste were very responsive to any questions I had, also going out of their way to message me to let me know when the internet in the area went down for a while one morning. I definitely recommend having a car for your stay here. I'd have been a bit stuck without my rental! A really great apartment with equally great hosts. Thank you ! 😊

The apartment was just as advertised, clean with everything you'll need and in a great location in Paphos. The water pressure was amazing, great showers plus quick fill on the bath for the kids! The standout was the host, Ofek responded straight away, sorting everything we needed. Even organising to send our jackets back to us when we left them in the apartment after checking out.

I booked this apartment for a colleague to stay in for a short trip to the area. It was easy to book and Mike communicated well and was friendly. He was flexible with the check in -my colleague arrived a lot later to the area than planned as his hosts took him for a meal and he was unable to communicate directly with Mike to let him know. But all was well in the end. Thank you.

great place and great hostess, very helpful, gave us lots of advice. if you rent a car, the parking is in a gated community so you don't have to worry about damages

I felt really at home here. The outstanding view is etched into my soul. The veranda is large, comfortable and has everything you would need. Maria is the most responsive and personable host. Her thoughtful touches are everywhere. She even supplied fruit from her garden, and provided basics to get me started. The apartment is really well equipped, and there was nothing else that I needed. Maria even provided an umbrella, and folding seats for the beach. As other people have mentioned there is a road below the apartment, which might not be everyone’s choice, but that puts the apartment in easy access to all places of interest; Lachi, Baths of Aphrodite, Polis etc. The beaches are minutes away by car, as is the Marina and Polis town. You can walk to most things, (although there is a steep hill down from one side of the apartment, you can avoid this by going another route), there are buses that run frequently from below apartment. As you can tell this was a very enjoyable stay!

Just right for my purposes - close to the village amenities, hired a car for getting out and about, communal pool and bbq area was spotless , comfortable apartment with great verandah for morning coffee, great value for money . Will stay again.

We had a great stay! The apartment was wonderful, very clean, well equipped, air con was fantastic! We enjoyed the pool and the great location. The host was very warm, nice and easy to communicate. The best value to our money. We will definitely be back!

The apartment is in a quiet location and is a good base to explore the surrounding area - I'd say a car is essential. Everything required for a home-from-home break is available, though a cafetiere or similar would be a personal preference to kickstart the day - but that's just me! Guide booklet provides details of local amenities for those unfamiliar with the area. The owners are excellent communicators, even providing pre-visit videos of the exact location and a few other essentials.

Very comfortable stay, great to have access to a kitchen, as well as the option for breakfast buffet and pool access at Droushia Heights right beside the apartments. Only 15 minutes to Latchi, it made it so that my short stay contained both mountain and beach beauty all together. Would recommend!

I booked this apartment for my parents as the original place we booked was nothing like the advert. Natalia was fantastic. It was great to know they were in safe hands. She was very responsive. The apartment was very spacious and clean with everything they could need. They especially enjoyed the large balcony and how close they were to everything! Thanks Natalia, we will definitely recommend your apartment!!

claire fue una excelente anfitriona, siempre al pemdiente. la casa esta muy buen ubicada en relacion a los lugares de interes, playa, shoping. la terraza es lo mejor de departamento. departamento limpio, amplio, eramos 2 adultos con 2 niños y nos sentimos muy comodos. super recomiendo la casa de Claire

We absolutely loved this place! Everything was so clean and thoughtfully prepared. The bed and duvets were incredibly comfortable, and the apartment had everything needed for cooking. Plus, the view was absolutely stunning. Just perfect!!!

Siamo venuti in 2 adulti e 2 bambini ...perfetto perfetto perfetto... Praticamente la mia famiglia vorrebbe prendere la stessa casa,macchina (che e sempre di proprietario..) Siamo stati benissimo... Raccomando a tutti. 4 giornate purtroppo sono stati pochi...c'è tanto da visitare

Andy bardzo pomocny. Mieszkanie jest w super lokalizacji, wszędzie blisko zwłaszcza jeśli chodzi o śniadania i atrakcje dla dzieci. Dwa baseny pod oknem robią robotę, cisza spokój na osiedlu. Klimatyzacja ratuje w tym cudownym upale. Piękna okolica. W mieszkaniu bardzo dużo miejsca, każdy czuł się swobodnie. Polecamy!

We recommend! The place was peaceful, easy to find. Kevin was friendly and always available. He took the time and came himself to show the surroundings and introduce the place. The location was convenient! Grocery store around the corner, all attractions a few kilometers away. Private parking space next to the front door. The apartment is spacious, modernly furnished and clean. The indoor pool was a big bonus in the winter. I can't imagine how nice it is there in the summer with warm weather. We would definitely come back. Thank you very much for everything!
