We enjoyed our stay. Great location close to the beach . Well equipped spacious place made for a comfortable stay

I enjoyed our month stay. I was a little worried about the location but was an easy walk to places. The younger members of our family decided they liked old town Paphos, especially to eat, so this was perfect as also easy to walk to. (We drove mainly.) Parking was easy. The gentleman who attended to the pool was quick and proficient. The pool was small, perfect for children, even the big children had fun. I would recommend this place to families.

We had a comfortable stay in Desi's house. It is spacious and cozy and was a good fit for our family. Desi was responsive and offered great tips when I bugged her with my questions ; ) I'm also thankful for her flexiblity with the checkout time. We definitely recommend others to be her guests!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Haus. Wir konnten die ruhige und private Atmosphäre genießen. Der Blick und die Sonnenuntergänge waren beeindruckend. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet und war super sauber. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt. Es gab Sonnenliegen und eine schöne Sitzgruppe mit Sonnenschirm.

Townhouse was superb and a real home from home. Beds and bedding were extremely comfortable and pristine. Possible recommendations would be a welcome folder with apartment instructions and base for patio parasol. Overall, we had a fantastic stay in an immaculate apartment and would highly recommend and hope to return in the future.

Had a great stay at Rimas place, great location within walking distance from the mall, zorbas and papantonui bakeries. Very clean house and very friendly host, will definitely be frequenting star house!

We had a wonderful week in Kathikas in February. It was off season and winter time (we had minus degrees a few nights) but had a cozy and warm home at Marinos Calliope with heating and the fireplace. Even a few sunny and warm days to enjoy the beautiful atrium of the house. Would be wonderful to enjoy all of it in summer time. The house is perfect for a family or two parties with the two houses. Kathikas is perfect to reach both coastal areas and the national park as well as the mountains. Either way only 10-15 min to the sea down the mountains. In February it was very quiet in the village, most restaurants not open yet, but still 3 great restaurants to eat We explored the vineyards areas and the donkey farm. Kids had a great time. The house is more a summer house than a winter house of course but we had a great time there. Very comfortable beds Two bathrooms and separate toilette A kitchen not over equipped but most thins you need for cooking. Thanks Marinos for proactive help!

Ubytování jsme navštívili s rodinou (3 děti) v mimosezóně a byli jsme velmi spokojeni. Dům přímo na pláži, výhled z ložnice na vlny moře, šumění... Ocenili jsme prostornost domu a celkové uspořádání, pračku a lehátka na terase. Na pláži jsme byli úplně sami, okolní domy byly také prázdné, takže klid a absolutní soukromí. Ocenili jsme i nedalekou pekárnu a pohostinnost místních. Komunikace s Parisem byla na 100%. Jediné, co bychom doplnili k naprosté idyle by byl funkční krb. V tomto ročním období po západu slunce přichází chlad, kamenné podlahy také nezahřejí, elektrické přímotopy byly k dispozici, leč teplo z ohně by bylo příjemnější. Celkově moc doporučujeme!

The apartment was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped, so we could easily cook. The living room was spacious and bright, a perfect place to relax. The location of the apartment was also perfect, so we could easily reach the attractions of the area. The area was quiet and safe, so we could relax in peace.

Καλή περιοχή σε γενικές γραμμές, έχεις πρόσβαση στα περισσότερα σημεία της πόλης, πάνω από το μεγάλο mall και κοντά στην παραλία και τα μαγαζιά. Λίγο θορυβώδης κατά τη διάρκεια της ημερας αλλά όχι κάτι το ιδιαίτερα ενοχλητικό. Το σπίτι είχε και αρκετά πράγματα έξτρα, είδη πρωινού, διάφορους καφέδες, τσάι κλπ. Ο ιδιοκτήτης πάντα στην ώρα του στα μηνύματα.

clean well equipped apartment, hosts very responsive, lovely clean pool, one downside for people arriving late at night inadequate lighting as one of the party tripped over step.

Jen’s apartment is one of the best we have had with AirBnB. The location is excellent, with a Lidl supermarket on site for basic groceries; a bus stop on the road outside; and a great sea view from the large terrace. It is very comfortably furnished: two plump sofas; mattresses which are firm and very supportive; showers were hot and with good pressure; and the kitchen has everything you could desire to prepare meals and even a small teapot with an internal strainer and a bag of English Breakfast tea. Jen organised a very helpful taxi-driver from the airport for us and on checkout her son came and took our luggage to store as we had a late afternoon plane. There is also a comprehensive bookshelf of best-selling authors. My one quibble was that there was no shade on the terrace after mid-afternoon and the small and rather elderly umbrella was totally inadequate. Perhaps time to invest in a new one? Apart from that I would unhesitatingly recommend to friends and hope to return ourselves.

Esperienza fantastica presso l’alloggio di Andreas! Mi ha fornito in modo impeccabile tutte le informazioni consentendomi di fare un check-in in tutta facilità durante la notte. L’appartamento è grande e con tutte le comodità! Inoltre, sebbene si trovi in pieno centro e a due passi dal porto, la zona è molto silenziosa. Andreas è una persona molto disponibile per qualsiasi cosa riguardo la casa e per raccomandazioni sul luogo. L’appartamento era pulito, con asciugamani adeguati al numero di ospiti e lenzuola pulite. Rapporto qualità prezzo 100%! Se tornerò a Paphos, non avrò dubbi su dove alloggiare! Grazie Andreas ☺️

Excellent séjour dans le logement de Julia! Appartement très propre, fonctionnel, avec tout ce qu’il faut et la super terrasse ! Emplacement parfait près des plages et de la super balade tout le long de la côte. On a adoré s’y poser pour voir les couchers de soleil. Et tout ce qu’il faut à proximité accessible à pied: centre, supermarché Lidl à 10 min à pied, restaurants… Sans compter la disponibilité de Julia, très réactive et accueillante. On recommande !!

The best way I can describe the place is "goldilocks zone." I had been through several stays over the last 4 months in Greece and Cyprus and there was always a compromise. Martin and Olga's was just right. Nothing lacking. Very comfortable, clean, well-equipped and furnished. The apartment is quiet and well-lit. Bed and seating comfortable and stylish. Communications and help was always quick and friendly. Above and beyond expectations!

We had a very nice stay in Paphos. The apartment made us feel we have a home away from home. Andres was responsive and always there to assist. The area is residential and quiet, a short drive needed for any activity out of home.

Great apartment, spotless and with a great “welcome pack” We would definately stay here again.

Very nice and spacious apartments. Well equipped kitchen with new electrical installations. Swimming pool available from 7:30 to 21:00. Parking area outside on the street, always easy to find free place. Very clear and easy to follow instructions how to find the apartments and check in. Great communication overall and very impressive instant replies practically at any time of the day, even late evening. It was a nice stay and would be definitely recommended.

We were a group of four that stayed in the apartment for a week in late February. We were very happy with the place, it is located in walking distance to the beach (10-15 mins), with a lot of restaurants, bars, and grocery stores on the way. Some of us had to work during our stay, wi-fi connection was very stable and fast! The pool area looked great too but was still closed (probably because it was still winter and thus too cold to swim anyway). We had a few questions to which Felix reponded quickly, so there was nothing to complain about :) Would come back here!

WOW! Alina's seaside apartment was perfect, so glad I chose it. Sitting on the patio in the winter sunshine, overlooking the beautiful garden & pool was so peaceful. Everything was well thought of for a home from home stay & Alina was on hand at all times if she was ever needed. This apartment deserves 5 stars & hope future guests treat it with the respect it deserves. Thanks for everything Alina......until the next time!

Everything was easy, communication was great. A lovely quiet spot and great little beaches nearby.

Tina and her place were out of the ordinary! From the first message, she was super fast, responsive, and honestly, more than just friendly. Her mother, who welcomed me, was just as open and warm, such a great first impression! And then there’s the place… even better than I imagined! Worth every penny. A cozy little spot with an interesting and modern touch, yet still super welcoming. Everything was clean, tidy, and had everything I needed. But the real highlight? The terrace....wow! A peaceful view over a field covered in bright yellow flowers, with the magical sea in the background. And that lemon tree… impressive

Vicki's place was spotless clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the couch was as well. And what a patio! The parking was fine, but would not be suitable for anything other than a small car, which is what most people seem to use anyway.
