Paquera : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Vale mucho la pena el hospedaje! Tiene todo lo que anuncia y el parqueo queda cerca del apartamento por lo que no hay que caminar mucho con las maletas. Las lapas llegaron en las mañanas a comer en un árbol anexo a la propiedad y desde la habitación se veían a simple vista. Hay panadería y super en la misma calle, y está a unas cuadras del centro de Jacó.

Un lugar muy cómodo y acogedor cerca de muchos restaurantes, los anfitriones estuvieron atentos siempre y muy amables. Gracias por todo

El condominio es muy lindo, tranquilo y seguro. Está muy cerca de la calle principal, donde encuentras muchos restaurantes, cafés, tiendas, supermercado, farmacia, etc...El apartamento es cómodo y posee lo necesario para tu estadía. Si necesitas algo adicional, las chicas de aseo son muy amables y responden a tus inquietudes.

Un apartamento limpio, bien decorado con vista a la playa. El lugar es tranquilo y familiar con parqueo seguro y justo al frente de la playa ñ.Tuvimos un muy buen trato y se nos facilitó el ingreso más temprano por venir con niño pequeño. Muy muy amables!!

El apartamento muy ordenado, limpio, bien equipado tal y como se ve en las fotos. Las indicaciones claras y oportunas por parte de los anfitriones. Nos encantó el lugar.

Fantastic spot for a longer stay in Jaco! The location was perfect—just off the main strip, so it was peaceful yet still close to everything. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to settle in. Walker was incredibly responsive and proactive, always ready to help and share great recommendations.

we loved the location !! Large appartement with everything we needed. 5 minutes to nice restaurants and shops. Phil and Annik were greatxat recomanding places to visit and were very responsive. Would definitly go back.

House is located in a gated community - with closed gate at nights with guard. Open car porch. House structured for large groups to have their privacy, with really nice space for large group gathering. Three of five rooms have built-in bathroom. Full kitchen with more appliances than I have seen in other similar rental - heavy duty blender, rice cooker, slow cooker, etc. Lots of pots, flatware and cutlery. A/C and fan in all the rooms, including living area. Pool a few house down - I did not use, but I did see a bunch of towels for beach and pool. Easy walk to the town and the beach. Really nice large washing machine and dryer. The house is not sparkly new, however everything worked really well. I felt really safe and at home.

I'm conflicted on writing this review because I want the house to be available next time I come back and anyone that stays here will definitely stay again! The location is at the south end of Jaco on the main road. We had a very short walk to the beach and a couple of restaurants in the immediate area. Everything else was within a less than 5 minute drive. The house itself was perfect for our group of 5 guys and could have held even more. The house was beautiful and clean. We had plenty of privacy but did not feel like we were too far from anywhere. The pool is a must and it was perfect for our stay. The air conditioning in each room worked great to keep us cool during the warmer days. The team was very responsive with any and all needs. We received recommendations for local places that we can say were great recommendations. I have no regrets staying at Fishbonz and would GLADLY book this stay over and over. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

The house is perfect for two in a gated community within walking distance of beaches and restaurants. The staff are helpful and kind. The house is small, and a great spot to come back to after enjoying all the activity of Jaco. My 75 year old (non-swimmer) mother enjoyed the backyard pool and we both appreciated access to the bikes and plethora of beach amenities. The property is still under construction, expect sounds of the city, but it also means we had full use of the property perks (pickleball court, community pool and party space) to ourselves. In addition, Liana was always responsive and helpful. Recommend!

I had family of 8 stay at this unit and we had a blast! Check in was easy and the security gate/staff made us feel safe. The unit was beautifully furnished and all the amenities we needed were there including the pool toys for the kids. Host was super responsive to everything that came up and quickly took care of everything. Thank you for a great stay!

The house is excellent, cool design. The beach that is near the house is not very suitable for swimming, especially with children, since there is a very rocky shore, we used the beach of Santa Teresa, a sandy, excellent beach. The construction of new apartments was a little inconvenient, since the builders began to knock at 7/8 in the morning, also because the house is near the road, it is a little noisy because of passing traffic. But these are all trifles compared to the time we spent in this wonderful town. This was our first time in Costa Rica and we were very pleased. Thank you

This was a great find! The pool is beautiful and surrounded by greenery and birds. The place had a very modern, clean feel. It was a great location- quick trip to Jaco and Manuel Antonio National Park was only about an hour and a half away. Jeffery was a great, responsive host that communicated promptly. Highly recommend.

Mary and Kevin was an excellent host very responsive and the villa was very ptivate and very comfortable felt right at home

Super anfitrión. El lugar es muy lindo y cómodo para estar con la familia. Muy aseado y ordenado; la anfitriona fue espectacular, siempre respondía rápido y daba instrucciones muy claras. El lugar tal como sale en la fotos y super equipado. 100% recomendado.

This place was so beautiful, very clean and the communication was sufficient. The power went out for like a minute and someone came by to make sure that everything was ok. The response time was amazing. The power turned back on shortly after. I would definitely stay here again.

The accommodations were perfect for our 2 families. We had 6 people and had plenty of space. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals- we found a local fish vendor and loved making a casada dinner! The location was perfect- we had access to everything. We had parking for our golf cart and car. Carlos was very responsive when we contacted him about needing more toilet paper. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

The building is new so it hasn't been occupied very long so everything in the unit is new as well. You won't find an airbnb that is stocked better than this one - anything you can need and more is in the unit. A nice addition is the fact that Netflix and Youtube is provided on the TV's without having to enter your own account numbers. Furthermore, I often stay in airbnb's and I often struggle with how various things operate but every accessory and electronic device has owners manuals nearby to help with the learning curve - very nice touch! The building is right on the beach so obviously the view is great and the two pools are fantastic. The security people are friendly and helpful and it is a very secure property. You must also check out the view of the area from the rooftop patio. Barry was extremely efficient with suggestions and help with the unit.

Everything was great at the place. Excellent location and overall great place. nice pool too. I would recommend this accommodation.

This place was absolutely beautiful. It was spacious and perfectly equipped with EVERYTHING you might need to make you feel at home. The pool was phenomenal and we could walk to the beach and the surrounding restaurants if we wanted to. Everything was right there. Beautiful apt. Thank you for welcoming us to Jaco Beach

Súper lindo el apartamento y la piscina es muy cerca del apartamento! Hay gimnasio también q la par de la piscina!

Nuestra experiencia en el alojamiento fue sumamente agradable. Súper limpio. Si quieres cocinar existen todos los utensilios de cocina necesarios y mucho más. Ganita en todo momento atenta a contestar nuestras inquietudes de una manera muy amable y cordial. La piscina extremadamente limpia. Un lugar súper tranquilo, solo se escuchan los pajaritos, vimos muchas lapas. En general recomiendo este alojamiento sin lugar a dudas. Volveré pronto. Saludos.
