An unforgettable stay with an incredibly kind and helpful host! We were very close to all types of food/pharmacies/excursions/taxis that made our stay so easy to plan and even harder to leave! We loved the unit as well and found the pictures don’t do justice how beautiful the unit/pool/amenities are - would absolutely recommended and love to stay again

Angie's place was perfect! The hosts were extremely responsive at all times, and accommodated our requests and quickly answered all our questions. They also helped setup laundry delivery service which was such a great deal and so easy. The place was spotlessly clean, and perfect for our needs (e.g., two separate rooms so that we could both be on work Zoom calls at the same time). Air conditioning worked great, they provided pool towels for the beautiful rooftop pool, and check in and check out were a breeze. We highly recommend this place! The building (Amira District) is also the closest non-hotel accommodation to the beach!

El alojamiento me encantó, las fotos coinciden al 100%, la cama estaba súper cómoda y la piscina fue mi lugar favorito para pasar las tardes, sin duda volvería.

Superbe logement, emplacement idéal entre le centre et la zone hôtelière. On a pu louer des vélos pas très loin pour se déplacer. La piscine du roof n’était pas utilisable par manque d’entretien et certaines machines de la salle de sport ne fonctionnaient pas, c’est dommage on n’a pas pu en profiter et c’est en partie pour ça qu’on avait réservé. Je met une note de 5 car notre hôte est toujours réactif et le logement impeccable. Merci

Had a nice stay at Yuliana’s apartment. Great location with nice amenities, super friendly host, reception and security personnel. Very comfortable bed and spacious room. Was kindly allowed to check out around 11:45 AM instead of 11 AM, so appreciate it a lot! Highly recommend it and would stay again! Thank you Yuliana.

Three girlfriends and I stayed here to celebrate our friend’s upcoming wedding. The place was perfect, the setting was paradise, and the private beach was beautiful. We loved having access to the cenote across the road as well. It was a perfect vacation!

Tulum Mi Amor was the perfect place for our Tulum getaway. If you're wanting to stay somewhere secure, quiet, and restful, it is the perfect location. We rented a car, so it was easy for us to visit the grocery store or any of the beach clubs. And if you don't have a car, don't worry because there were many restaurants and bars within a 10-minute walk. The management team was top notch, always responding quickly, providing us great recommendations, helping us with reservations, and never making us feel like we were being a bother. Shout out to Vivi and Isaac!

We had a wonderful stay at Veronica's Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Veronica went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and made us feel truly welcome. Communication was smooth and prompt, which made the entire experience stress-free. We would definitely recommend this stay to others and look forward to coming back in the future!

The home was exactly as described—beautiful, spotless, and well-maintained. The host went above and beyond by stocking the fridge with waters and some local snacks, which was a thoughtful touch. The A/C units worked beyond expectation, keeping the space cool and comfortable. Ran into a minor issue with the front gate’s opening/closing function, but the host was extremely responsive and quickly helped resolve it. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

Mantaray was our most favorite place we stayed in Mexico. We’ll definitely come back one day! This private place has amazing dream beach, morning sunset views, beautiful and clean apartments. Possibility to borrow for free paddle boards, canoes and snorkels. Restaurant had great food and drinks and staff members were super friendly, helpful and professional. We stayed with 3 kids - baby, toddler and teenager and they all had so much fun! Thank you all for your great work to make a wonderful and safe place for families to create their memories and enjoy the paradise!☀️🌴

We really enjoyed our stay at Yaremis's place, as we felt right at home with its cozy, clean and homey feel. The place was in a nice area where it was walkable to the city center while bike ridable to the ruins. Having a kitchen to cook and store food was extremely helpful. Definitely recommend!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION ! This place was a few steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and the best part was that it was lonely ! Juan Luis was very attentive and such a great host ! Only negative comment was that there was hardly ever any hot water. But other than that, it was great !!

Booking with Sofia made our entire stay so much more enjoyable! The concierge service was amazing and took the stress off planning the smaller things such as transportation and reservations. The airbnb was clean, aesthetic, and perfect for a girls trip. Location was perfect too with coffee shops and restaurants close by! Overall, amazing!!

Logement conforme à la description et aux photos ! Communication très bonne en amont et durant le séjour, nous avons été reçu par Mauro qui nous a expliqué plein de choses sur le Yucatan ! La piscine et l’espace Hamac de la résidence est incroyable et reposant. Route assez compliquée pour rejoindre l’entrée du bâtiment, et logement assez éloigné du centre.

Fue una estancia muy agradable, la temporada fue la correcta para visitar Tulum y Roberto la hizo una visita digna de recordar.

I had a fantastic stay at Fernando’s place in Tulum. The apartment was fully stocked with everything I needed for an extended stay and is conveniently located in Veleta, about a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute scooter ride from the main area on Calle 7. It felt very safe and secure, and being just far enough from the main road meant no traffic noise at night while still being close to everything. Fernando was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to any questions I had. As a remote worker, I really appreciated the fast Wi-Fi, desk, and office chairs. I would definitely return!

The host was very response and kind. The place is clean. We used the bicycles to get around town. Walking is doable but it’s a bit of a hike to the town center (so can/taxi is recommended ) the staff there is great at getting rides. The personal tub was not warm but it was great after a hot day- the outside hammocks were great to chill. I recommend stopping at the store to get water, paper towels, body wash, and snacks. The street tacos were the best food ! Felt safe at the hotel with security and walking.
