L'emplacement est parfait, proche des plages et des restaurants, tout en étant au calme. Pablo a été super accueillant et réactif à chaque question que j'avais, en plus de nous donner d'excellentes recommandations locales. Si vous cherchez un endroit où séjourner à Tulum, je ne peux que vous recommander cet endroit ! Je reviendrai sans hésiter. Merci encore pour tout, Pablo

This was a great find! A slice of paradise, perfect distance to downtown Tulum so you’re out of the chaos but still not far. The place was gorgeous! Thoroughly enjoyed ALL the parts!

On our group of 10 ladies everyone loved the house and all the space. The home was clean and well equipped. When we needed more towels they brought clean ones and took the dirty ones. We really enjoyed our time at the house. Our hosts communicated well and answered quickly every time we had a question. If I could make a suggestion, having a long full body mirror in the bedrooms would be a great plus, but this is a personal preference. Also, having a dryer would be convenient. Thank you for hosting us!!!

Very nice house, great option with two condos combined. The pool is nice but not heated, the neighborhood is safe but still underdeveloped not pavemented streets. Overall good place close to downtown and close to the beach and ruins. Great host and communication.

Great cozy place, walking distance to Calle 7 where there’s really nice restaurants. Natti was a great host with useful information to get around. We had a yoga class under the palapa witch was fantastic. We had a great family vacation !

Maria’s place was just as described! It was clean and looked just like the photos. We had a great stay. It was nice to come back to the air conditioned home after a hot day out in Tulum. We did not have any trouble with power outages at all as some comments mentioned. It is a construction zone and the roads are dirt, but there are many Airbnbs in the area. I would definitely recommend renting a car to get around. We were able to walk into the town from the Airbnb but it was about a 20 minute walk on the muddy roads. Maria was extremely responsive and sent us many recommendations, as well as helped set up private transportation from the airport. Overall we had a great stay at Maria’s place!

Claudia est une hôte très sympathique à l écoute. La maison est sublime et très agréable. Cependant l emplacement manque d intérêt dans un endroit retiré avec un chemin cabossé et à 7 mn de tout.

Denisse and house manager Frankie was amazing! She allowed my guest to check in when we had missed our flights. She was very responsive and proactive when we were needing help, she sent Frankie right away. Even helped with transportation and exchanging currency. I recommend the chef services that Denisse recommends for the house food 10/10. Everything dealing with the house was perfect. It’s close to certain local things but Is some distance from popular attractions in Tulum. Would stay again!

The villas were nice and neighborhood felt super safe. The hosts were extremely accommodating to deliver groceries and arrange transportation which was helpful throughout our stay. Their communication was the best I’ve ever experienced. We had a blast in Tulum!

Had a truly perfect stay at this Airbnb. It looks exactly like the pictures and is perfect for a bigger group. Not only was the house amazing, the service was even better. All of our needs were taken care of and the communication was excellent. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We stayed at this Airbnb for my bachelorette trip with 11 girls, and it was truly the best trip we’ve ever had! The home was exactly as pictures, so stunning! The concierge service was incredible. We scheduled massages, private chef dinners, and yoga sessions, and everything was flawlessly arranged. They also offer bachelorette services and the decorations were set up before we even arrived. We worked with Yan Yan through Airbnb, and she was extremely responsive and helpful with our booking. Carol was our concierge, and she went above and beyond for us—not only did she assist with all of our bookings before we arrived, but she also continued to help us throughout the entire trip. Whether we needed to adjust reservations or had any last-minute requests, she was always quick to respond and made sure everything was taken care of. She also had amazing recommendations. I could not recommend this place more. It truly was the best bachelorette because of you guys! Thank you both so much!!

Una muy bella residencia en realidad cerca de todo, zona muy tranquila y segura. Excelente atención todo el tiempo. Lo único que no me gustó fue que las calles de llegada, desde la carretera federal a la casa, son de terraceria y están llenas de hoyos. Eso ds algo que el municipio debe arreglar.

If you’re thinking about booking here for a relaxing and fun stay in Tulum, this is it! We were blown away by how natural & gorgeous this villa is. Edouard, Joel and his team are amazing hosts and we felt so taken care of the entire time. Every room is serene, awakens your senses and helps you to feel at rest after a day at the beach. Our group had an incredible time and would love to return! 10/10!

Our stay in Tulum was absolutely incredible. The lush greenery surrounding the property created a serene and tropical atmosphere, making us feel completely immersed in nature. The design was stunning, with a perfect balance of modern aesthetics and natural elements that made the space feel both luxurious and cozy. Jeremie was an excellent host, providing clear and thoughtful communication that made everything seamless. The privacy of the location made it an ideal retreat, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy every moment.

The house is stunning, it has indoor/outdoor spaces with an open concept living room & kitchen. It has a gorgeous seating area in the inner courtyard facing the pool with gardens strewn about the premises. All bedrooms open to the courtyard. On the 2nd fl accessible by a loggia. The gated community is beautiful, and we took the opportunity to walk to a local cafe. It feels super safe though just note there is a lot of construction. This didn't affect our experience at all since we were seldomly in the home, but this may be a personal preference. Also, note this is the jungle and you should be aware of insects, bring spray. I hosted a bachelorette party and Celine was there to answer EVERY single question I had from restaurants, a private chef, transportation, even a bouquet for the bride! They had 5 gal of drinking water in the house! Our entire trip was so seamless, and I can't thank her & her team enough for going above and beyond to help coordinate this experience for us. Thank you!

This property was an ideal place for our three-generation family to stay. It was beautiful, well-maintained, clean, private and included everything promised by the listing. It was in a nice residential neighborhood, although we were surprised that the dirt roads with plenty of potholes did not match the upscale dwellings (not the fault of our host, of course). It was away from the bustle of the downtown and yet close enough for easy and quick access. Another plus for us was the pool and entertainment system allowed us to enjoy vacation-quality time even when we weren't out and about. Johanna responded quickly to my many questions before and during our stay and her answers were complete and helpful. We would stay there again in a heartbeat and recommend this property without hesitation to anyone who is looking for the same things we were. This is NOT a party house, for those who might be looking for that. Also, this is not the place for those who have difficulty negotiating stairs.

The location and the house were both truly amazing. Staying on the edge of the jungle in La Veleta was great. I've been to Tulum several times dating all the way back to 2008 and the ways in which it has changed are endless, so to feel connected to nature while being within walking proximity to great restaurants and night life is definitely a great find. The house was super comfortable, and the hosts were extremely responsive. Our stay was sadly affected by the previous guests, who did not seem to be very respectful of the house or the environment. A reminder to people traveling to Tulum: you're in a delicate ecosystem that is dealing with a lot of stress given the volume of travellers. It is our responsibility to care for this!! Huge thank you to the team for making our stay as comfortable as possible considering the previous guest's destruction! A few places of note in the Veleta neighbourhood: OGs, Quetzal, Raum, and Asian Bodega!

Es la segunda vez que ocupamos la casa y todo muy bien. El restaurant Don Tomas muy bueno se los recomiendo.

Ok, i NEVER do reviews. Una Vida villa was so perfect for our wedding party to stay at. Their customer service is absolute top notch. I was a little worried about the location as it is down town Tulum but it was so remote and relaxing. It is best to rent a car though if you plan to go to the beach road a lot. We had other friends stay in the hotel rooms at una Vida and no one had anything but great things to say. My husband and I moved to mi amor on beach road for our honey moon and it was nice too, but we both agreed that if we come back we will stay at una Vida or their sister hotel again. Thank you Artie and Daniella for making us feel like family!

this place is absolutely amazing. Juan Pablo is the best. Emil is also amazing and they were very accommodating. Great hospitality. I would love to come back here. Juan Pablo is an amazing chef so getting the private chef option is a mandatory plus.

This is a lovely private villa on a beautiful stretch of sand on Soliman Bay. The entire property is well cared-for and spotlessly clean. All of the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The sitting areas upstairs, downstairs, and outside create lots of space for different activities. Maria and Jose, the on-site staff, were great at their jobs, patient with our minimal Spanish, and happy to help in any way they could. The bay is perfect for kayaking on calmer days. We enjoyed walking the beach, hunting for sea glass, and reading in the hammocks. We recommend the "Good Pizza" at Mantaray just up the beach. It's good! During our stay, there was some disruption (loud music) from guests to the South. Arul & team responded appropriately to address the issue, and we appreciated their prompt and professional support. It's clear to us this was very rare for this community, so for the purpose of our ratings, we considered this issue a anomaly. We recommend Villa Tres Delfines!
