I really enjoyed unwinding in the garden after busy days exploring Nassau. The wifi was strong. I found walking along Bay Street to get to and from the apartment more enjoyable than Shirley St. Would stay here again.

More than an airbnb rental, this was a highly personalized concierge service for a last minute trip. We were so fortunate to have found Sandi and Terrelle to make our trip a success. They even provided airport pickup and drop off as well as location recommendations and ticket purchases. Best client services ever!!!

Amazing host, so friendly and readily available. Very very responsive and helped us whenever we needed it. Beautiful location, house was spotless and the host provided us with some goodies upon arrival. Only inconvenience was accessing down town, but the host recommends some good taxi services! Long story short, a great host makes or breaks your experience. This one is undeniably was a pleasure to have as a host. I would recommend this if you have a car or good money to spend on taxis or you’re looking for a unique experience!

My family and I loved staying at Spacious Haven. It was clean and had all the amenities listed. We would stay here again if we ever returned to our favorite vacation spot. The simple things that made you feel at home were there.

Anthony was a great host, very responsive and easy to reach if we had questions. The place was beautiful and clean. The check in and out process was quick and easy and the pace was situated in a prime spot a walk away from Arawak cay, restaurants, and stores. I would definitely recommend a stay at Anthony’s if you’re ever in Nassau.

Fantastic Location for anyone visiting Nassau esp. for Junkanoo. Incredible walkable to Embassy, Taxis, Food, Straw Market, Museums anything you can think of. Yet the apartment was tucked away on a quiet street. Peter was friendly, responsive, and had a comprehensive guide. When I had a personal matter that needed his attention, he was flexible and easy to work with. Further plus that's rare in Airbnbs NO INSANE CHECK OUT RULES. Truly a stress free stay; would book again.

Amazing host, amazing place!

We had an amazing stay at the villa ! The place was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect holiday . Kyrene was absolutely lovely, so welcoming, kind, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Her hospitality made our experience even more special. We also really appreciated being able to store our luggage until 3 PM, which made our departure much more convenient. We truly loved our time here and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in the Bahamas!

We had a fantastic stay at Penny’s property! It is a gem of a place and we couldn’t have been more pleased with all the comforts of the house, stunning ocean views and proximity to beaches. Absolutely stunning ocean views, beautiful private beach overlooking turquoise waters. Great open floor plan w lots of ocean views! Very responsive host, replaced broken blender the next day as an example. Very close to airport, lots of walkable restaurants, overall great location that well rent again! If driving, Be very, very careful pulling into/out of parking area into busy traffic! Thanks again Madison! Steffen

My 14 friends and I had a great time here at the house! The ocean and pool were beautiful, nice big kitchen and living room, and enough beds/bedrooms for us all to have a great space!! I would recommend renting a car as there is not much to do around the house so we took the bus or a taxi every time we wanted to go into town, which was fine but we did wish there was more in walking distance. Fany and Lou were fantastic hosts, always responded, brought us more water and propane, and let us have a late checkout. The house has so many pool/ beach supplies and the kitchen was fully stocked with serving wear for us to cook meals! Thanks again for a trip we will remember!

Ramesh a été d’une aide fantastique quand nous avons appris que le van que nous avions réservé à l’aéroport n’était pas disponible, probablement à cause surbooking. Nous en avons informé Ramesh qui a mis tout en œuvre pour nous trouver des voitures disponibles dès le lendemain. Il a sauvé nos déplacements et nous avons pu apprécier cette belle île. Ramesh a toujours été d ‘une écoute et aide prodigieuse. Il est toujours très disponible et répond très vite. Nous remercions aussi son cousin Omar qui a bien aidé . La maison de Ramesh est très bien située dans un endroit calme , avec un Quality market a 10 min à pied. Et l’accès à Cable beach est tres facile, 15 min à pied. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement de cet hôte extraordinaire.

We had an amazing stay at this condo! Elvira, the owner, was incredibly kind, greeting us on arrival and checking in on us throughout our stay. The condo is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood and beautifully decorated with Bahamian art. The spacious main bedroom features a walk-in closet and a master bathroom. The two additional bedrooms share another bathroom. The pool is just steps away, and there are plenty of bath and beach towels provided. The in-unit washer and dryer were super convenient. A grocery store is just 3 minutes away by car. We also loved The Pink Octopus restaurant with its delicious food and stunning beach view. While the condo is a bit away from Nassau's main attractions, we preferred the peaceful location. Just note that the drive may take longer than the GPS suggests due to traffic. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable stay with a fantastic host!

This is a great Airbnb with a perfect location. We walked to the public section of Cabbage Beach almost every day ($20 to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella). We also walked to Anthony’s Restaurant for Happy Hour 3-6pm (B1G1 drinks and $14 appetizers). Also within walking distance is the ferry to Nassau ($7 each way) and the huge Atlantis resort. There is a small, very expensive and sparse, grocery store nearby, along with a liquor store. Everything was close, which was great. The home was a tad challenging to locate at first, but that’s because it was night when we arrived and our taxi driver ($45 from airport) didn’t follow the directions Jasmine sent to us. Getting in was easy and we were pleased to find such a lovely, comfortable place to call home for a week. The place was stocked with most everything we needed. Jasmine was very responsive when I requested a new hair dryer, and had it to us within hours. If we ever travel back, we would definitely stay again.

We went as a group of 5 and fit very comfortably in the home. Silvina was very responsive and even allowed us an early check-in with no hesitation. The condo itself was very nice, clean, and luxurious. Cleaning supplies were minimal, but my party tried our best to clean up after ourselves with what was given during our stay. The resort is separate from the condo, but I believe it was worth the day pass price. There is no week pass available and day passes are $22/day with a 3-day minimum purchase. I know the host mentioned this in her description, but thought I’d share an updated cost description for future stays! If you plan to go off the resort property a lot, strongly suggest renting a car as taxi services will add up. Silvina suggested Cheryl’s Taxi Service which was dependable and extravagant for airport transfers. But if you have short, last minute trips, I suggest finding an independent, local taxi driver. The welcome center will have their contact information to give.

This was a great stay. Samantha was very helpful and proactive. We had an issue with the hot water one night, and within a half hour somebody had already come over and was fixing the issue. very responsive and ready to help when needed. The house instructions were very easy, and we made use of the communal pool almost every day. Cabbage Beach nearby was one of the nicest beaches we visited, and the directions given by Samantha were accurate and easy to follow. Carnivale is a pricy restaurant nearby but definitely worth the splurge. Paradise Island was the place to stay for sure!

If I were to tell you that I looked at EVERY AirBnB on New Providence… you may think I was exaggerating… I would not be… We took so much time and consideration choosing what would be the best match for our needs, and this was perfection. The condo was gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. Heather and her team went above and beyond to ensure that our accommodation and stay on the island went smoothly. We loved the location. Downtown is a short drive that typically took about 15 minutes, a short walk to the public access of Cable Beach, and you can be to Jaws Beach in about 20 minutes. The unit is right next to the pool, making peaceful mornings and evenings. We also took advantage of the outdoor shower by the pool to rinse off at the end of a beach day to ensure we brought in as little sand as possible. The one draw back, if you are a sucker for a sunrise/sunset, then Cable Beach area in general may not be for you. Being in the middle of the north facing island, it was hard to catch either.

Highly recommend this place! The beach is super close by, downtown is at walkable distance, taxi stand is 5 mins away and good restaurants near by. Carina is super responsive and replies very quickly. she's helpful and helped us throughout our stay.
