This was the perfect place for my family to stay for our annual snowmobile trip! Plenty of space and every accommodation you could ask for. Most importantly there was an awesome hot tub to relax in after a day of riding. Perfect central location to hit the trails. Trail 8 directly across the road was amazing! Matt was super responsive and a perfect host! I would recommend this place to anyone (except maybe those looking to book during my family's annual trip)!

The place was listed as advertised. Very clean, private with great accommodations. We used this as a base camp for a guys snowmobile weekend. Immediate trail access results in having to ride 3 miles of roads or ungroomed trails. After the 2nd day we decided to trailer 7 miles north to Seney where we found trails in excellent condition. I wouldn't hesitate coming back... just wanted to provide an honest review for fellow Snowmobile enthusiasts.

Cabin was super cute. Small, only has a stand up shower. worked great for just my husband and I. Hot tub was very nice! could use some runners or something to cover the steps and walkway to the house from the hot tub in winter weather. Having a TV out there was Perfect! wish we would have had more clear night sky! It is very dark, except for the motion light at the door, it turns off after a few mins. We visited the General store they were very friendly and had what we needed. Clydes Place had delicious burgers and is right down the road.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was just as described—beautiful, cozy, and well thought out. The kitchen was incredibly functional and well-stocked, with labeled cupboards that made everything easy to find. The wood-burning fireplace in the living area added a warm touch. There was plenty of sleeping space for everyone, and the highlight of our stay was definitely the hot tub and the basement amenities, which provided the perfect spot to relax and unwind.

The perfect relaxing getaway if you like things a bit on the rustic side. Being able to swim, fish, paddle around, soak in the hot tub, or just relax and enjoy the view right outside the door was ideal. Plus there was enough space and stuff for kids to keep them occupied and happy all day long. Location was far enough from the city to be completely peaceful, but close enough to easily get supplies or just visit for a few hours. Beds were comfortable and the wood fire stove was there if we needed it to take the edge off cool mornings or evenings, making a cozy space to read and relax. Keep in mind that there is no hot water or potable water on site, but if you're used to simple cabins or camping, this is nothing to worry about. Leslie was great about staying in contact and clearly loves this place herself, which makes it a much better place to be than some of the more generic rental-only options out there. We are already planning our return for next year.

Very nice and hosts very hospitable EV charger was plus we drove EV vehicle from Detroit and it was great to have an EV charging station Great place for winter and skiing at Searchmont. Property would be a great summer/spring place to stay

Awesome place to stay for the family and the neighbors with kids were great!

Had the absolute best stay!! Beautiful place right on the lake. We were able to watch the sunrise every morning and take the kayaks out to enjoy the incredible fall foliage along the lake. Place itself was cozy and had all of the amenities we could have asked for! Lindsey was a fantastic host - let us check in a little early, offered for us to check out late if we'd like, was super responsive, and even left us s'mores supplies and cute mugs to take as souvenirs! Within 45 min from Pictured Rocks where we did a beautiful hike as well. Overall had an incredible trip and would definitely stay at this AirBnB again!! We were so sad to leave!

We felt at home, the place was clean, comfortable and in a great location for snowmobiles. We rode right from here to the Tahquamenon falls. It was a beautiful ride.

My Husband and I absolutely loved the cabin. It was a great small spacious place for just the two of us. It was very clean while taking care of.. we actually added two more stays and she was very nice and responsive. Absolutely love the place and will be returning when we go back up there.

We stayed for a week and loved our visit. The location is beautiful and having a canoe and kayaks were great for exploring the lake. Tony was very easy to work with and very responsive. We strongly recommend staying here!!

Durea's place was amazing! First I have to acknowledge she was always SUPER helpful and responsive and she would always respond when emerging travel situations came up which was so nice. The place is also really really awesome. The cabin was more than we expected (totally felt in a glamping situation) and I would say its location is also really good because even though everything is "far" in the UP , the location is very centric to Pictured Rocks, Tahquamenon Falls , Kitchi iti kipi and other things so definitely a place to consider. Outside of that the cabin is really comfortable and they really go out of their way to make you feel at home. The bathrooms were always in super clean condition with running hot water and the cabin itself was super comfortable. Would highly recommend

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this cabin! The host, Zachary, went above and beyond to accommodate us, making sure every detail was perfect for our stay. Communication was seamless—he was professional, responsive, and always available to answer any questions. The cabin itself was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We felt welcomed and cared for throughout our visit. Highly recommend this host and this property to anyone looking for a fantastic and stress-free stay. We will definitely be back!

This was the perfect cozy spot to get away from the cold after a day of exploring the upper peninsula in the cold month of February. The host Kelly gave me all kinds of information about the area and answer every question I had no matter when I asked them. She gave very good recommendations we absolutely loved ever restaurant we tried. Kelly provided snow shoes to walk around the beach with. It was a cool experience me and my wife got without having to drive anywhere. The wife and I can't wait to come back.

This was the PERFECT place for a simple, serene getaway. Had more amenities that expected for a "rustic" accommodation. Great location away from everything. Just what we needed and love. Can't say enough about how awesome and PERFECT the accommodations/property was- SO wonderful!

We stayed in this place years and years ago several times. Back when it was cross-country cottage. There have been many updates since then. Very comfortable. Everything we needed to cook meals with quality cookware. Couldn’t be happier with the service and kindness we received.

This place was great! Good price, very clean and updated. The location for snowmobilers is top notch. Checking in and out is no issue.

I want to give this property zero stars... if only to discourage anyone else from booking, so that I can have it for myself. Ryan and Shana were great to communicate with and were very responsive to any concerns or inquiries. The hike into the property can be a bit of grind if it's not something you're used to... but it is absolutely worth it. This cabin truly is off-grid; don't expect to be watching any YouTube on your phone. You won't need to anyway, as the surroundings are absolutely spectacular. With no human activity for miles around, you can truly appreciate the sights and sounds of nature. The bees buzzing amongst the golden rod; the squirrels scurrying across the forest floor gathering food for the winter; the call of the loon that can be heard clear across the lake. The entire experience is ethereal, and is not to be missed. Do not hesitate. Book this cabin. Or don't, so that I can.

Cabin in the Cedars was exceptional. Comfortable and cozy. We loved watching the freighters and a couple tugboats go by. It was perfect for my good friend and I to hang out and catch up. So quiet! We slept very well in the comfortable beds and we had everything we needed in the kitchen! We explored all of the island and the cabin was a great starting and ending point. We already are planning to return in the spring/summer
