Great place to stay, just what I was looking for. Noise was minimal (mostly just planes taking off/landing) and The Strip was easily accessible. Alex the host was super responsive as well. The hotel connects to the Cosmo and Bellagio and is right next to Aria.

This place is so stunning and impeccably clean! Han communicated with us quickly and we were able to make the reservation quickly. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed here for F1. It was perfect. Theron was very helpful. We will definitely stay there again and suggest it for friends and family. Very spacous and close to the strip! Had everything we needed. Loved that parking was covered too.

I loved the ability to pick where your room may be when you check in. There is a laundry washer and drier that is super! The rooms used to be apartments so we had a dishwasher and just a lot of room! So clean and the location is very sweet as it's just outside the busy side of Vegas. Easy to find & wonderful service! Absolutely amazing experience! I really appreciated this a lot more than the usual famous hotel of Vegas experience. So, so nice!💯💯

Will definitely stay here again. We need a place with 2 bedrooms because we have young kids that go to bed early, and we need a space away from them. This was like having 2 connected 1-bedroom apartments and it was great! (Must confirm with host about rooms being connected) We even used the smaller living room as a 3rd bedroom. The shopping/dining plaza downstairs has everything you need, so convenient!

Great location and amenities for our week in Vegas. Gorgeous views, comfy bed and plenty of space to relax and enjoy. Nubar was responsive and helpful with anything we asked. We would definitely stay here again.

The location and views of this suite were amazing! We loved having a view of the Sphere from our bedroom window - it was definitely a highlight for us (both parents and kids). Being able to spend time relaxing on the balcony in the mornings and evenings watching the planes take off was an added bonus. The bed was very comfortable, and my kids said the fold-out couch was comfortable for them - no complaints! Great shower as well, and it was nice having two bathrooms, one for each sleeping area. The walk to the MGM Grand and the strip was fairly quick with the moving walkways, and the access to the monorail was convenient. We had a car with us, and the valet parking was fairly quick to bring our car up when we needed it. Cynthia was very quick to respond to questions and very friendly in her communication. We would definitely stay again!

I have stayed in other units here before. So I knew I liked the building, love the employees, always happy to help. Tiffany was great explaining things, and went above and beyond to help when I needed to stay when I had car trouble. I would love to stay again when I'm in town.

Tom’s place was great. Clean, comfortable, spacious, lots to do on the property, and close to the strip. He was a responsive host and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again!

Nice place, Ron was helpful with a small mistake I made, but he fixed it with the front desk for us. Hotel security required required us to allow them to come in every day for inspections for the Formula 1 event to make sure nobody was planning another shooting, which isn’t anyone’s fault. Otherwise it was quiet and undisturbed. If you have light sleepers using pull out couch, just be aware that stronger winds makes the sliding balcony door buzz pretty loudly. If you crack the door it goes away, but then the jets taking off are louder. Very minor issue IMO. I would stay here again for sure.

Good location convenient to Las Vegas Strip. Spacious, comfortable, well kept apartment with kitchen essentials available to cook simple meals. Windows face the lovely interior courtyard and pools. Loved the jetted tub for relaxing after a full day of walking and exploring Vegas. Braxton was a great host. Would definitely recommend.

Had a great day at Paul’s place. The condo is very stylish with a generously sized rooms and bath bigger than some spas I have been to. Just a short walk to the MGM and other attractions, it was a great value compared to other area properties. I’d be happy to stay there again.

Great find that’s walking distance from the strip! Easy check in and check out. Highly recommend if you’re seeing a show at the Sphere. Less than a 10 minute walk from the Sphere. Also, very quiet. I felt safe with the guard gates and it was peaceful.

Where to begin? Terry is an amazing woman and has provided my partner and I a great room and bathroom that was wheelchair accessible (something that is rare to find)! Staying at Terry’s home was like staying with a family member- shes approachable, sweet and caring! Upon arrival, Terry took my partner and I around and showed us our room, bathroom, kitchen and best place to park- something we dont get from a lot of airbnb hosts. Terry’s house had other guests but you would never know because the entire place was quiet- which is nice after a long drive! We didnt stay long and had a busy weekend planned so we didnt have time to sit and chat with Terry which is the only downfall of our trip. We are hoping to come back for a longer stay and hopefully get the opportunity to sit down and chat with Terry. To Terry: thank you for showering us with your kindness, your place will forever be our golden standard to all airbnb accessible rooms ❤️

Great spot! Everything was super clean and comfortable for our family of four. Loved the easy access to the strip, the Starbucks in the lobby, and especially the amazing views of the strip and beyond. Highly recommend!

Mark was super responsive and quick to respond. Everything was as described. Will definitely consider booking again next time we're in Vegas
